I got great care when I was at Physical Edge. However, what happened when I stopped going is really frustrating. I was preparing to move overseas. At my last appointment, I asked them whether I owed anything so that I could pay off any balance that I had. I told them that I was moving to another country and wouldnt have access to my US phone number or regular access to mail. At that time, I was told that I didnt owe anything to Physical Edge. So I moved and didnt think anything of it.Now, 6 months later, a family member visited me and brought me my mail. It turns out that I did have a balance and Physical Edge sent me to collections. When I called their office, they told me to call the billing department. When I called the billing department, they said that there was no record of the conversation happening where they told me that I didnt have a balance (like thats my fault??). They also said that Id have to contact the collections agency and maybe if its been less than 30 days I would be able to pay the bill and reverse the damage. But it has been more than 30 days since they sent me to collections, because, like I told them, I dont have regular access to mail and didnt find out until today.Im spending a bunch of money to call overseas and they keep redirecting me elsewhere. They seem to have no compassion for the situation that they put me in, and now I dont know whether theyve put a lien on my house or messed up my credit score or what. Its really frustrating because I specifically asked them whether I had to pay anything and they told me I didnt. I would have paid them right then and there if they had allowed me to, but due to their error Im in a big mess. Its a super unfortunate and frustrating way to end an otherwise good experience with the physical therapist.
Attention to detail from billing to treatment. Dr. Vo is AWESOME
Kind patient qualified professionals. Very clean. Good equipment. Therapists, and trainers.
Chiropractor Dr. Vo is great.
Ive been treated here for two separate injuries, and they have really helped with assessing what I needed to work on as well as what they can do on-site to expedite my recovery.
Beware, these people have no integrity and treat you terrible. They canceled my appointment one day because the therapist called in sick at which time I needed to reschedule my second appointment of the week which I did. I just received a bill for 35.00 because I rescheduled my appointment but they canceled my appointment earlier in the week and that was ok. What am I missing? I think it is crazy that the dont value my time but there time is more important. I will never return to Physical Edge Under any circumstances. I called and talked to billing at the office and was told that there is nothing she could so I asked if I should send them a bill for my time when they canceled on me and got no response. They really dont care.Never again will I give then the opportunity to get my money. Terrible service.
The service was okay. My therapist was friendly and professional, but I stopped going after 2 visits because it was clear to me that what he was recommending didnt match my symptoms. He was happy to tell me it was nerve related and have me do stability exercises. When I left and went to a doctor, it was actually an arterial restriction.Im more frustrated with the billing process. The desk clerk told me my copay was$30 for the initial visit and $15 for follow-ups. Thats true, but they never bothered to tell me the total amounts that they were billing to my insurance ($190 and $140), which meant that I ended up owing $150 and $75 after the insurance adjustments. They also didnt bother to let me know that they charge more for some of the therapists than others, and they set me up with one of the more expensive ones.If anyone else is curious, I was just told that current base rates are $160 for initial eval, $80 for follow-ups. If you see the owner Matthew Moore, or one of his students (I was assigned to a student), the initial fee is $225 and follow-ups are $125.
Very disappointed in service especially front desk person....waste of my money...I had to pay out of pocket because they dont accept Western Health Advantage...my appointment time was rescheduled four times, first two times they called, third they did not so I had to wait 30 mins and fourth when they called to cofirm and told me the time was changed again.....I had to cancel because I could not reschedule my client appointments.....today I go and gal couldnt find my appointment...she asks the other front desk gal and she says they cancelled all my future appointments when I couldnt go to the prior...no apologies ...I drove 40 minutes in traffic....needless to say will not recommend or go back....the actual physical therapy session was also disappointing...most times they have interns that are not trained themselves showing patients stretches etc....Im paying $80 for my session I expect a certified PT person...
