Love this program! I started a few months ago extremely out of shape and a little uneasy about trying to exercise in front of others. My anxiety was quickly gone once I started. I never thought I would be a person who enjoys working out but I do!!! The community is so welcoming and encouraging. There are people of all fitness levels and ages. The trainers, Liz & Zoe are very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Come and join us! Seriously …. Do it!!

I love this program! I love the instructors who are all so welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive no matter what your skill level. I love that there are always a variety of fitness levels in the participants, so I am always learning, and getting fitter, but never feel bad about myself. Its a wonderful program and it has made my life better as well as likely longer!

Since before the shutdown, I’ve been a regular (truly! three times a week!!) participant in the Retire Better X-Fit program with Elizabeth Parsons as our coach. That’s over a year! Nothing - nothing - could have held me like this if the quality and the culture were anything less than extraordinary. As an adult educator, teachers and coaches get extra scrutiny from me (yes, a bit of a curse!). Five stars is the lowest score I could possibly calculate.Please imagine the coaching challenge as most of it has been on Zoom. Yet, I feel seen, I’ve improved, I have avoided injury, and I want more! Part of what makes it so good is that Liz (and her team) always also welcomes questions, observations, and upgrades. Imagine that!!!!

Get Fit Strength and Conditioning is a great place to workout. The staff and owner or extremely knowledgeable and helpful.They are open to questions and suggestions. During the pandemic, Get Fit has been flexible and accommodating. They created an outside space to workout safely, and have also offered virtual classes.Get Fit will surely satisfy any of your gym needs.

The best gym around!! They have amazing service and group classes!! The trainers are always nice and ready to help and motivate you. They modify to your needs. You want to feel better they got you, look better they got you as well!! They have everything. They also carry amazing affordable prices even for students! Trust me you won’t want to leave after training here!! Give them a try! They also have a choice between in person and zoom classes for busy people. Try it today!

The Get Fit Strength and Conditioning program is amazing! The trainers provide first class guidance on proper techniques with attention paid to each member. Workouts combine improvements in mobility, strength and conditioning. Each session is challenging yet fun as the social environment has been a lifesaver during these difficult times.

Ive been going for years and really appreciate the team and the experience they put together. They were so safe and responsive making sure we could still work out outside during the pandemic. Its a great mixed workout with cardio, strength, flexibility, and fun. Its always challenging but never too much and the coaches are really committed to making it a great experience.

Absolutely love the Bootcamp sessions at Get Fit Strength & Conditioning. Each workout is never the same, the creativity and the exercises are class one. I have been training with Liz and the other coaches for almost four years now, and it has been nothing short of transformative. The programming is considered and well thought-out, and the (currently socially-distanced) hands on coaching ensures that everyone is keeping proper form. Lizs ability to move everything outdoors during the pandemic and to keep the classes going is testament to her work ethic and desire to keep her athletes happy and healthy.

The classes at Get Fit Streength and Conditioning are excellent at covering all the bases of physical fitness in a way that is uncommon: strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness. The personal attention you receive is vital, as without regular monitoring and correction by the instructor, it is so easy to fall into bad practices that either, at best, do not advance your fitness or, at worst, do actual harm. The kind of personal attention to form provided by instructors at Get Fit is rare--and such a huge added benefit of their classes. I strongly recommend them!

Coach Liz has really changed my life! I had a difficult time with other exercise programs because of my cranky joints and bad back. She helped me identify alternatives to some exercises that strengthened my joints—all through resistance training via Zoom during the pandemic. You won’t regret trying it. Good luck!

I’ve been going to GFSC for over 6 months. I’ma 63 year old diagnosed with severe arthritis in my knees and a bad back. For many years I’ve had difficulty going up and down the stairs. I took this class because I was looking for a workout to build my strength. I really enjoyed my class at the gym and then CoVid hit. I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy the Zoom class but I continued. I love it. Liz watches our posture and performance and makes corrections and encourages us to build our strength and mobility while explaining the physiological changes that may be happening in our bodies. I can’t thank her enough. I no longer feel like I’m going to need a knee replacement in the near future.

Im a senior member of the S&C group who is enjoying the challenges presented in the highly varied workouts. Coaches E and S are wonderful; always there to answer questions and correct my form if I dont get it right away - which does happen for sure!! I reached out of comfort zone to try this class. I found a progressively challenging class led by knowledgeable and supportive coaches. The bonus is the support and encouragement from the great classmates! Going 3X a week will give results. The coaches are attentive and the classes are interesting. I quickly became stronger !

Ive been going to this gym for a couple of years now after trying a few others, and this is the right place for me. Ive made huge strides in my skill and fitness levels. The coaches are highly skilled, knowledgeable and caring. They pay a great deal of attention to every individual, offering tips and suggestions that help you get to the next level, address mobility issues, and feel better in your everyday life. I love the small class sizes, the friendly people, the variety of workouts, and the ability to pick and choose classes.

The knowledge and competency of the instructors here is amazing. I have been working out for over 40 years and I don’t think I’ve seen this level of skill in instructors before in one place.The classes are small so that there is individual attention and detail to each person.In the past 2 years with the coaches Dan, Liz, and Josh, my strength level has improved significantly. I have a torn meniscus and so they adapt the workout for my knee.If you’re looking for a place where you can improve your fitness level, this is it.

I love the classes and the people! The coaches are motivating and knowledgeable. If you have limited mobility they are able to offer modifications hat are challenging and effective. I highly recommend this gym and program. The coaches also do a great job of building community within each class.

I started going to GFD strength and conditioning three months ago, and have thoroughly enjoyed the workouts, the gains in strength, the clear direction, feeling so much healthier, and the wonderful community. The workouts are always a great challenge, but the coaches Dan and Liz help you to build and perfect technique to make you feel confident and safe. Everyone is so encouraging! Awesome gym with awesome trainers!! I started training in group exercise classes and incorporating more CrossFit style programs into my workouts about two years ago, and Get Fit Strength and Conditioning has been a big game changer for my fitness routine. Every workout is fun and challenging, and I’ve noticed big improvements in my strength, stamina, and overall body composition since I’ve started. All the coaches are great and have a lot of really good experience, flexible class times make it easy to attend depending on your schedule. If you want to get in the best shape of your life and have fun doing it, this is the program for you!!

I love Get fit strengh and Conditioning! I have been training with them for about 18 months now. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always on time. What I love about it is that you don’t have to be a pro in lifting or training because they will work with you and adjust the workout to your level. They r very good at changing the workout to adjust to any physical injury and u can still get good exercise while healing. The workout area is always clean and all equipment desinfected after a workout. Coaches are extremely encouranging!!!

Ive been going here a year. Im getting challenging, interesting workouts that mentally and physically challenge me to learn proper body mechanics and movements, doing bodyweight exercises (pushups, pullups, etc.) and those with weights (kettlebells, barbells, etc.). It is awesome to lift heavy weights. The instructors watch you closely and provide positive feedback, instructions, and encouragement. Class sizes are not too big, so everyone gets attention.
