Im not surprised by reading all these previous positive reviews after visiting the office and seeking help for a laptop repair on 1/18/21. It was a relatively quick repair, but from this experience, I can already put my trust in this business for future repairs based on the quality and Seans honesty, and his willingness to help. I do not hope that my laptop needs repair in the future (no one does), but if I or my friends and families around the area need laptop repairs, I definitely will refer to S&S. Ive had very good customer service at S&S Compute Repair. There are not many shops that still do computer repair. Im happy to have a shop like S&S where I can still get a computer repaired and get other technical help.

I have gone in a couple of times to have things repaired. The owner has integrity. If it is something that he wouldnt recommend getting repaired he is absolutely honest about it. This is not something you seem to see very often these days.

Sean is very nice and professional. I used his service because my computer made a lot of noise. He fixed the problem within a day. Although it started making noise three months later, Sean kindly fixed it again for FREE. Highly recommended!

I recently went to this repair shop to repair my laptop that doesnt boot. The staff was able to successfully detect the malfunctioning of the CPU and got me a motherboard for replacement, although my laptop was already 7 years old. Thanks for his patient and professionalism!Also note that the store remains open during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a lifesaver for me!

I brought a more obscure Android in for battery swap. The repair person made it happen. Took longer than expected but LG like welded that backing on. Anyway after cussing out the phone we got the battery in and it worked for years after that.

We only have the experience of calling them for help, and when they told us it would be 200$ for a home visit, we declined his service.
