I’ve been to so many places looking for a good nail spot since I moved to SFL and I’m so happy I finally found one. I got dip with tips and I absolutely love my nails. Efficient yet still paying attention to detail and the salon is not crowded and super clean Such a plus!

Had a fantastic experience here today! Upon arrival Roland (owner), greeted me and offered me water. I looked at the wide selection of nail polishes while Kay (nail technician who is the wife of Roland) finished up on her current client. The pedicure and manicure was the best I have had in years. The chair for the pedicure was super comfy and had several massage modes. The regular pedicure included the usual but Kay made sure I was ok several times after I explained I have sensitive spots and cleaned my nails and shaped them perfectly! Even though I’m ticklish, she exfoliated (with a buffer/scrub tool), massaged and moisturized my feet longer than anyone else could. She polished my toes and finger nails perfectly! I am so impressed by this nail salon and will be coming at least once a month. They do not offer acrylic as they are concerned about clients and themselves breathing in those type of chemicals but do offer dip nails. Lastly, please make appointments as it is only Kay doing nails so they can take one client at a time. Highly recommended!

I called the shop because I decided at the last minute to do my nails. Roland answered and he was so polite and was able to take me in almost immediately. The shop was SPOTLESS! The prices... incredibly competitive! The service... UNMATCHED!! Ke, his wife was very kind and so skilled at my dip and detoxifying pedicure I was in HEAVEN! Not only will I go back, I’m recommending to everyone and anyone I can!! I’m so very pleased I happened upon this place today❤️❤️

Kay and Roland are both very friendly and greet you as you come in. They made me feel super welcome. The salon is exceptionally clean which made me feel so safe. Kay did an incredible job (I got a pedicure and powder dip manicure). She took her time and did exactly what I asked for. It is hard to find someone who actually cares and she does. TVO Nail Spa is a hidden gem that everyone needs to know about. This is, without question, the BEST place for a manicure and pedicure. The spa is meticulously clean ALL the time. The owners, Kay and Roland, are extremely professional, kind and make everyone feel like family as soon as they walk through the door. Kays work is exceptional and I wouldnt go to anyone else!

Okay I spent over an hour looking for a nail salon and I just so happened to find this little hole in the wall on Yelp.The owners were so kind, not only over the phone, but in person. They’re not messing around with this Covid thing. They asked me to sanitize and wash my hands and they took my temperature the second I got here. They take the whole social distancing very seriously so you need to call to make an appointment.It’s so nice and clean here! Granted they’re a new business but I’m very impressed.They’re very respectful, just as long you’re respectful to them too.I will definitely come back and I hope those who are reading this supports this place!

I had a great experience here. Shop is run by a husband and wife and it was honestly the best experience I had in a nail shop. My nails were done beautifully and I’m definitely going back. One thing I loved was that they take pride in their business and will prefer you have healthy nails vs other salons who don’t have a care in the world and ruin your nail bed. 10/10 recommend

I have found my new home for nails. This business goes above and beyond. I am picky, but they exceed all expectations. Wonderful husband and wife business team makes you feel like family and goes the extra mile. Extremely sanitized and clean. They take your temperature when you arrive and pay close attention to detail (a quality that is hard to find.) I was so impressed that I couldnt keep it to myself. Kay is very capable, professional and sweet and Roland is thoughtful and accommodating. If you press him to share, you will hear some great philosophical truths🤫 Or, if silence is your happy place, they can lower the lights and Kay can do some serious reflexology and foot massage. Worth every penny and then some. Beautiful business that operates with character. They stand by their work. They stayed open later than they should have to accommodate me the first time. But I will book ahead, moving forward, as quality deserves respect. They are decent people with a heart for their customers and values that matter. Nail perfection! A hidden gem!

SIMPLY AMAZING. They treat you like family every time and they do an outstanding job! Kay even took extra precautions while i was pregnant! Kay and Roland are great! The salon is beyond expectations for cleanliness, design, and comfort. They have given special care to accommodate COVID restrictions. I am beyond impressed by their services. I have now been for waxing as well as mani/pedi. I did choose the dip powder mani with ombré design, which Kay did an amazing job on! I’ve gotten many compliments. First pic is the day I got them done, 2nd pic is one week later. I do have chipping on 2 of my nails after one week; but I am not worried because I know that I can go get it fixed anytime within a 3 week window for free! I have found my new hometown salon. Love this place!

Not only is the service great & detailed, you can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in . They treat you like family . Mr Roland goes above and beyond to make sure everything is sanitized . Kay gives the best pedicures hands down. The massage was amazing and they are just so professional, clean and sweet every time I go ! I’m so happy I found them and will be back soon.

By far, the best service I have ever received! The place is very clean and organized. They have the cutest set up. It’s a family owned business. The husband even offered me coffee and went to go get it at the Denny’s that is across the spa. The wife is an amazing nail tech. She is a perfectionist in every way. The prices are great and they offer discounts depending on the holidays or time of the year!! They treated me so kindly and even spoke about my background and where they also came from. It was a peaceful and zen environment. I will definitely be going back and hope everyone else tries them out! You will not be disappointed!! :)

This is a family owned salon and this is the best experience I have had at a salon in a long time. I highly recommend coming here. They will help you pick out your nail color if you need help and will make sure you are satisfied with your nails before you leave. I got a gel manicure and a color change and I was in love with my nails. They also do not require for you to have tip in cash wish is a plus because most salons make you have it in cash. Also the decor in the salon is beautiful and the chairs where you get your pedicure are very relaxing. I left very satisfied and happy with the job that they did with my nails. I will be coming back to this salon.

I happened to come across this salon by chance on my way to work by way of a quick google search. It had good reviews so I decided to drop in. The owners were beyond warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The salon is clean and modern. I’m extremely picky with my nails. Slight imperfections bother me more than most. However, I have absolutely no complaints. The owner did a fantastic job and the experience exceeded all expectations. I was even delighted with a cup of coffee! Definitely coming back!

On a Monday night, most salons are closed and the ones that Ive been to in the area that do traditional manipedis are no where NEAR the cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism here. I came for a much needed pedicure and it was the best that Ive had in years- painless, clean lines, no cuts. Kay truly took her time and did everything with such care and efficiency. I was the last customer of the evening, and I also had the pleasure of meeting her son and husband. They make an outstanding team and understand customer service.Definitely go here!

I came here a couple of weeks ago with my sister and we both had an amazing experience. It’s very clean and the environment is very welcoming. The owners held regular conversations with us and made me feel like they really appreciated our business. Other nail shops make you feel like unwelcome, and you almost always feel like they’re talking badly about you. But not here!!! They put a lot of attention and care into their service. I have been to this salon twice now. Each time has been a great experience! Most recently I went on my lunch break for a quick pedicure and while it wasnt quick it was thorough, relaxing and exactly what I needed! The 2 women working (owner and tech?) were SO FRIENDLY and seemed so genuine. I am ecstatic to have found a nail salon so close to my office that has a welcoming and hospitable attitude that is also clean and aesthetically pleasing. I will definitely be back!

This shop just opened up recently, the inside is very beautiful and smells normal (most shops reek of acetone). The service is impeccable. The owners are very friendly. They smile at you, hold regular conversations and make you feel welcomed. They also put a lot of care into the work, and do it thoroughly. I got a regular pedicure and they still gave a nice massage with the exfoliating scrub AND the lotion. She didn’t miss any spots, and my feet feel amazing. Thank you so much.

This place is great the couple just took it over. They are clean they take their time doing good quality work.I brought myself and my grandmother here we got Gel manicure and Gel Pedicure. They don’t cut corners which I love customer service is 100% which is rare in this day and age. Call to book an appt if you can but if not they take walk ins. Tons colors to choose from which is a plus but for me the customer service and cleanliness is what matters most. They even offered us drinks like coffee and water. I can’t wait to go back

This place was recently taken over by new owners. Although I had never been before it was redone, I have never had a better experience at a nail salon. Both my nail tech and the receptionist (both owners) were incredibly nice and offered to get me coffee and water. I did dip nails with tips and they came out incredible. She did designs and used only Hugh quality materials. Just found my new nail salon!

I have never ever in my life wrote a review, but here I am....i mean the prices are great and Kay takes her time with you, and I love that...And I like the fact that she asks ur opinion, before she moves on to the next step...I have never gotten fake nails on my hands let alone long ones but Im glad I did I love them from the color to the design....Oh yea if u ever get thirsty Roland got u...i give them 5 stars if I could give more I would....and yes I recommend TVO Nail Spa to any and everyone..

I can not recommend this place enough! After moving back to Ft Lauderdale, I started coming here for my nail care and every single time I have been received with the warmest care and attention as well as impecable hygiene! This is a place you would want to come back. Husband and wife work together and they do a wonderful work with customer service and nail care, they have great attention to detail and take COVID measures serious. Do yourself a favor, get your nails done here.

This nail salon is very clean with the friendly owners. I have been to nail places where they are not welcoming, but these people are warm and kind. They do offer healthier services for your nails. Definitely will return in the near future.

Best customer service Ive ever experienced in a nail salon, they use hot towels on your hands and feet.They offer water, coffee and other drinks, Wi-Fi and massages.They work with the utmost care for your nails to look perfect with long lasting polish.They are pretty new so they are small sized. I recommend calling for appointments, but when you get there itll be the best personal service for anyone.

I was so grateful to stumble upon this gem during my recent trip to Florida. The owners gratuitously granted me a last-minute appointment after my late flight in. Even though my gel mani and pedi lasted until after closing, care was taken to make sure my hands and feet were their most beautiful. She did not rush my service. I walked in with ragged cuticles and broken nails and walked out with the nails more beautiful than ever before. She was meticulous! And three weeks later my polish is still intact.The salon was beautiful; so clean and relaxing and smelled nice. The owners are absolutely amazing! I’m not sure I’ve ever met nicer people! They were so accommodating, friendly, and funny! I can’t believe how lucky I was to find this place! I literally received the best nail service I’ve ever had! Really Bad First Impression. Tried calling their number after finding them on Google, no answer twice - just assumed they may be busy since it’s Friday. Dropped my car off at the car was across the street and peeked over and saw they had an open sign, walked over to find the door was locked despite it being 3:30 and the hours stating 9-7. Saw a paper sign stating they’d be back in 15 minutes... waited about 10 minutes then called the number on the sign... no answer. Waited another 5 then called again... a lady answered and I said I’d like to do my nails and asked if she was almost back, she paused for awhile and said it would be another 15 minutes or so. I explained I’d already been there 15 minutes along with another lady who was waiting... she said oh ok, but 15 minutes. I explained that wouldn’t do and left. When I looked back, the other lady waiting walked away as well....

My first experience at Johnnys Nail Spa was on the weekend, and of course they were busy, but the service and end product were fine.So I returned two weeks later to have a gel manicure. I had called about an hour before I intended to arrive (it was a Monday) and requested a 6:15 appointment. I was told that I needed to come right at 6 because they were very busy.I got there at 6pm. I was the only customer..... It took the three men working there about five minutes to decide who was going to do my nails, and then the person who finally sat down to begin was too busy playing a card game on his phone to do my nails. I guess thats what they meant by being very busy.He started filing my nails down without asking what shape or length I wanted. The entire time he spent pushing back and trimming my cuticles, he worked at an extremely fast pace and made me bleed several times. During all of this, he would stop intermittently to play the game on his phone.My nails ended up looking decent, but the service was horrid enough that I wont return. I was extremely unimpressed.

They were great in the beginning BUT they are getting sloppy. Tanya didnt even touch my cuticles, my nails are lumpy she never polished to the end of my nail bed looks like a week old.Making an appointment with a particular manicurist doesnt make a difference cause when I made my appointment with my regular guy he was already with someone, so whats the point of the appointment....

Found this gem by accident.... I work in the next plaza. Trina was extremely professional and did a phenomenonal job! I wanted a full set but wasnt sure which was best. She suggested the powder dip and didnt disappoint!!!! So very happy with my nails!!

I found them quite by accident, Ive thinking of doing my nails for some time. Had car trouble, and began walking around, googled nails, and found them right there in the same Plaza. I was astounded, a little afraid, they were new, didnt have many reviews, but I had the time. I decided to take the risk, BEST decision ever, Mr King was the best ever, he understood what I wanted with the nails, Im kind of classic. And when he did the Pedi, I thought I was in heaven. I cant stop being happy about it. This next weekend Im going to do the service and taking my husband to do his pedi. He saw me so happy that he is going to give it a try.

Horrible experience with this salon. For the second time, they didn’t properly write my appointment in their “book”. When I went for my appointment, which I had changed with the owner over the phone 2 days prior, they accused me of making the mistake. The owner wasn’t there, not that it probably would have mattered, and they just kept pointing to this big mess of an appointment “book” with pencil sketches all over the place. The nastiest of all was the sister of the prior owner Johnny who still works there. Instead of apologizing and offering to make amends, she kept barking at me, “look at the book” and if the “book” couldn’t be wrong and it was my fault.I had been a regular customer for years. I used Tonya and was very generous with my tips. My payment for this was being ignored by Tonya during this episode and being barked at by the sister of Johnny whose name I don’t know. During this upsetting episode, all of the workers were going and forth with each other in Vietnamism while I was standing there in disbelief as I was made to feel that it was my fault. I will never set foot in that salon again. There are plenty of choices out there. I will never be verbally abused again in that salon. If I could give it zero stars I would.Had they apologized for the mistake no matter whose fault it was and acted courteous, all would have been forgotten. However, it certainly wasn’t handled that way.

WOW, WHEN I SAY WOW I MEAN WOW!!!! 5 STARS IMMEDIATELY, wait time wasnt long at all calling 45 mins before coming in i was greeted by kimmy and WOW kimmy was amazing she takes her time she makes sure your nails are how YOU Want them, i picked out a lavender color for my nails and kimmy kept looking at lther colors and she picked out an reccomended me and even prettier color! Im not dossapointed at all, 40 dollars for full set no matter what style and an amazing full service pedicure! I am BEYOND HAPPY. DEFINITELY RECCOMEND!!

The salon has a different name (LK Nails). I did not like the service. I requested a new gel set. The lady kept filing to the point of making some short. All were uneven and the pinkie was the longest. When charged, they included the tip without consulting. Never again!

Visiting from Illinois im not used to the manicures here but the french came out good. I chipped a nail and they fixed it for free!

It was okay. Visiting from Houston, and had to pay $10 extra for a pedi that is standard down there. Their Deluxe pedi didnt even include a dead skin shaving. Whatever. Pedi included hot towel that they only put on my leg. When I requested the hot towel be put on my feet, 4 employees didnt know what I meant because they didnt know what feet meant!! 😂 Im from Michigan originally, so no Texas accent. SMH The towels were cold, too. They used a paper towel to separate my toes, instead of a toe separator. 😂😂 Purple lavendar cream had a burning, tingling feeling. When I asked for it to be rinsed off....no one understood, until I reached for the water hose.WTH? I said, water, aqua? (Sorry, African-American, cant speak that many languages). Not my first pedi AT ALL & Im allergic to nothing, as confirmed through allergy visit with doctor a few years ago & 38 years of life. Definitely, a good laugh for my trip. 👍 I would not recommend nor will we return here.
