Awesome experience! I did the virtual escape room for 2 people and really enjoyed it. The interface was easy to use and enjoyable! The meeting takes place over Zoom and the actual room is on a browser. No glitching issues when it came to the game play. Our host did seem to have some internet issues and the initial trailer that she tried to share with us (giving the backdrop of the scenario) was not working. But other than that everything was great. Perfect idea for date night, long distance friend game night, or whatever!

This was my first time doing an escape room and it did not disappoint! The host Karissa was very entertaining and professional at the same time. She helped out when we needed hints and responded in such a clever way. As for the rooms, theyre great. The more you discover the more you want to figure it out. I would highly recommend it and ask for Karissa to be your host, you wont regret it.

We did CIA with just 3 of us and had a great time. The room had plenty of interactive puzzles and set-ups to unlock. Juan was awesome and did a great job giving us hints that would lead to the right answer instead of just telling us what the answer was. Definitely a fun way to spend an afternoon.

After completing the CIA room, it was by far one of the most entertaining puzzles, both a lot of fun and very engaging as well. Definitely worth checking this room and the many others they have out as well, compared to other online escape rooms Ive done in the past, this was priced decently/well worth the value and kept my group busy the entire time. Major shout out to game master Carly as well, she was very attentive/helpful and thoughtful as well. As recommended to me, I highly recommend to you and guarantee you will enjoy every second of it!

My sister and I decided for girls day to do our first ever escape room and Lockbox did not disappoint! We did the CIA room, and we had a blast trying to solve all of the puzzles. It was super interactive and fun. Game Master Matthew was excellent! Since it was our first time ever, there were a few times we got stumped. He gave us clues that pointed us in the right direction, but still made us think hard enough so it didn’t spoil the fun. We barely made it with 2 minutes to spare! Super fun sister bonding experience!

Last night we did the online CIA Escape Room and it was amazing! By far the best online escape room weve completed to date. The room was cool and filled with unique puzzles, but what really made our night was our game master Raven!! He was incredible! He was very funny, enthusiastic and also helpful if we ever got stuck. He wouldnt tell us the solution, but hed point us in the right direction to continue in the room, which was much appreciated. With Raven, we had an excellent experience and look forward to completing another escape room soon!!

Completed the CIA Task Force room, and it was honestly such a great time. Kray J was an excellent assistant! She was very helpful and amazing with providing us with a fun experience. She guided us when we needed help in such a kind way, and made us feel more comfortable and sure in what we were doing. Would definitely recommend trying this escape room!

We had a great time and KraiJ was a fantastic host. I would suggest to low the music a little bit,during the whole activity. Sometimes we couldn’t hear clearly the clues she was giving to us because the music was too loud, but in general it was a lot of fun!

My experience at lock box was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this to people looking to have a fun and challenging time. The puzzles are nicely thought out. My group needed some hints to achieve the escape room and the person that helped me, Rissa, was a very good guide. She helped us a lot and was nice.

My corporate virtual mentoring/networking circle did the Timeline virtual escape room and we had 10 participants in 2 groups of 5. We had a such a fun time and it was a great way for everyone to work collaboratively and get to know each other as the participants were from 5 different countries in varying time zones. We also had a limited time of 1 hour and our Game Master Paige helped us do the abbreviated version of the room, set us up into teams, and helped us along when we were stuck. Charles discussed all the details with me on the phone and helped me confirm the registrants the day of and everything went off without a hitch! Will be recommending to friends and other colleagues.

We had a wonderful time playing Timeline escape room virtually. There were four of us playing, plus our fabulous Game Masters Paige and Erika who both helped us with tech issues and very subtle game clues when we needed them. The clues were just enough to point us in the right direction, but never too much to give anything away. Graphics were great and the puzzles so clever. Many thanks to Lockbox Escape Room for their great entertainment and their exceptional customer service. Will definitely try out another escape room soon. So fun!!!

We did a virtual escape room (The Gamer) and it was soooo much fun!! I wasnt sure what to expect but I was definitely surprised at how fun and engaging it was (much like an in person escape room). Paige was our gamemaster and led the experience so well! It was just the right amount of challenging and fun. We also got photos of our experience. Thank you Lockbox!!

CIA and Framed were amazing but our favorite was definitely Timeline. The rooms were so fun, challenging but made sense which made it even better. Very nostalgic. Carly (iCarly) 😃 was so nice and made the experience even better than what we thought. Definitely recommend going here.

Super fun and reasonably priced. This was my first virtual escape room experience and I didnt know what to expect going into it. It was very nice to have an actual game master there to lead us through the way. I felt like this could have been a weekly D&D group. Quick to reply, and very organized. Highly recommend.

This was my second time going to an Escape room and this experience was awesome. Charlie was an amazing host and was very helpful when we needed it. We played the Puzzlers Lair and it was a really cool room, with 8 people playing at the same time we all managed to focus on different areas and solve the puzzle to escape.

I played the Timeline room with my wife and teenage son. The room doesn’t look like much at first, but you quickly realize that’s what makes it more challenging than other escape rooms. The room was tough but the puzzles were really clever and I especially think anyone in their 30’s to 40’s will thoroughly enjoy this room. Matthew managed our experience - he was a really nice and personable guy and a great fourth member of our team when we got a bit stuck! Lockbox has some other rooms that sound very cool, so we will definitely go back.

This was way more fun than I expected! It took us just over an hour to get out. Paige was very helpful while still giving us time to try to figure it out on our own. They also did a good job explaining how the game would work. We all agreed this was the most fun team event we’ve done since the pandemic started!

Loved this adventure!! On a whim we decided to do this escape room while on one of my husbands work trip that we extended out for a bit of fun. They are located in a strip shopping plaza and theres plenty of parking. We called ahead and were able to book a room for just a few hours later. They were very accommodating!!When we arrived we were greeted and given a waiver to sign. Then we were taken back to the room for the CIA type mission we chose. The attendant have clear instructions and we were allowed clues. It was just my husband and I so we were a little worried we may not get out. We managed to escape with just a minute and some change left!The clues were fun and imaginative. We did ask for help and were given two clues of the three. You can ask for more but the rule is three for a fair challenge.Wee would definitely do this again if were in the area next year.Overall: A+A fun and challenging way to enjoy a chunk of time. Its different and unique!

Game Master Ross was very patient with these four senior citizens trying to play this game. We enjoyed it thoroughly. We were celebrating the 69th birthday of one of us. We went over a little bit, but we had a great time and, again, this was fun. I think we liked singing the songs more than actually trying to solve the puzzle. It was fun, fun, fun!

I helped plan a virtual escape room for a team building event for our company of 17 people. Lockbox was really flexible with the timing (30 min. versus 60, breakout room so that 2 smaller groups could play at once). The 3D clickable experience was really fun. Ive done several escape rooms in person, and this managed to keep the magic of that. It was nice to have Ericka there to help us at a few points.

My girl set up a group of us to check out one of Lockboxs games, we decided on the CIA room.From start to finish, I must say I was pretty impressed with the layout of the puzzles and how the game unraveled towards the end, and of course we ESCAPED like champs!! The crew was on point with their service, and we will be back for Framed (recommended by our room moderator Carlie) Cheers.

Alright. So this place has hella great reviews for a reason. Their games are so awesome! We did Framed and Timeline. 14:57 was for Framed and 10:18 was Timeline. Were definitely comimg back to play the other games. Our Gamemaster Carly was absolutely amazing. So sweet and funny and she showed how invested she was in our game to make sure we were having a great time. Honestly, as a GM myself from Kingdom Escape, seeing her skills and care is something to be commended for. They show their passion for this industry and I love that, because thats what I stand by as a GM. So if youre looking to play here, go already! What are you waiting for?!?

We did the scape room to end a two day quarterly team meeting. We had 14 people joining and divided the group in two teams. It was a lot of fun and a virtual bonding experience for us. Ross was a great help, without him we would still be locked there. I recommend this as the perfect team building activity for these strange times were living on now.

Great experience! We did the virtual version of a real (physical) room, The Illusionists. It was a lot of fun and perfect for our group of 8 coworkers (a mix of experienced escape artists and first-timers). The game master was great at giving guidance where needed and helping us navigate through the room. Would definitely come back!

For my daughters 16th birthday we came as a family and escaped the room! With a little help from Charlie, our OZ man, on getting us started we were able to finish with 4:33 seconds on the clock, not bad for our first time doing an escape room. Greatttttt online escape room experience with Erika. Ive done escape rooms before with multiple people and i was so nervous at having a date with only 2 people to complete a game. Plus - my connection wasnt so great so my sound cut out once the game turned on - but Erika came to the rescue and helped us have as smooth of a process as possible and we both had a lot of fun and figured a lot out with some great hints (great hints = helping you with the process but not giving you the answer straight out). It was so fun! Highly recommend to anyone trying to have a date experience in your pajamas.

The pricing was reasonable, and the room can really be deceiving. I initially thought there wasnt much to work with, but then the story unfolds and you realize you have to dig into the past to really come out on top. It was quite the game. Bravo Lock box for the good times! Hope to be back for the next one.

We did an escape room for a team activity and I was worried how it was going to work doing it virtually, but it went very smoothly. Most of us it was our first time doing an escape room and we managed to work together and escape with three minutes to spare. The puzzles didnt seem too easy and there seemed to be just the right amount. It was a lot of fun!

This was the first virtual escape room I have done and I was very impressed. I was surprised how well they were able to transfer the mechanics of a physical escape room into a virtual environment. I loved how he didnt give away any vital information whilst giving helpful clues to lead us in the right direction.His customer service was spectacular and the escape room itself was very challenging for my wife and i. We were having a bad day because all of our appointments with the parasailing companies were getting cancelled left and right, the escape room was the one thing that made the trip to Florida worth it. Well, not the only thing but one of the biggest things!!Secret doors, locks, pass codes, pass words, was all very challenging and the music was very scary too! I highly recommend you checking it out!! Super affordable prices too!

Had a great time doing the virtual CIA Escape room for a school event that my university had. My breakout group had Game Master Ross and he was amazing! The room was well done and super fun to work through. I hope my university does another escape room through Lockbox again! Really cool how they made a real escape room virtual due to the COVID pandemic. If you are stuck at home, like most of us are, and have a group of friends over, I highly recommend doing one of their escape rooms as an activity.

This is a review of their online escape room experience. My group of friends played their Framed escape room. Weve done several online escape rooms where the game host is your avatar in an actual room where you can interact with everything. This was our expectation going in, however Lockboxs online game rooms are actually just a point-and-click software version of their real life rooms. Its true theres a live game master that monitors your progress, however at the end of the day all they can do is give you hints on what part of the screen to click. I would recommend Lockbox better communicate to customers they are paying $100 to play a supervised point-and-click puzzle game, instead of directing a live game master through a physical escape room.I also thought it was poor taste to ask for tips as part of the thank you email, no other virtual escape room company Ive played with has done this. Lockbox should pay their employees adequately so they dont have to rely on tips.

Never really thought I would be a fan of the concept. But the virtual experience we went through last night was great. Everyone was engaged and contributed. Awesome way to connect as a team and share a mutual experience.

Lockbox has been one of my favorite escape rooms so far, my boyfriend and I have gone to a few in south Florida and this definitely ranks up top. We had an amazing game host, Carly, who made the experience all the more exciting. I would recommend going, 10/10, will definitely be coming back.

We hosted an online virtual escape room for our high school students. We had 3 teams of students and 1 team of staff. I had looked at a lot of reviews of virtual escape rooms before we booked with them. When I contacted Charles, he walked me through how this would work. We did not have an exact number and he was very accommodating with that as well. He even walked myself and my boss through the room to make sure it was appropriate for our students. We truly had a blast. Our game masters were Ross, Ericka, and Loriahn. They were great and went from room to room helping the kids and us. They even let the students who did not finish within the time limit keep going until they finished. We had a great time and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a fantastic time today online with Timeline. Dont worry, we saved the future. Our host was helpful enough to get us through the room while letting us figure things out on our own. Weve done 30+ online escape room games since Covid. We have done them all over the US and even a few overseas. This was one of our favorites. Well be back next weekend to do another. A great mix of puzzles and ways to make this interactive. Highly recommend.

My three birthday party friends and I played Timeline overseen by Game Master Ross, today, March 17, 2021. We had so much fun and laughter with Game Master Ross that we plan to return, in three months, to play with him again.Great fun! You have to Game Master Ross for a good experience.
