Horrible experience!Spoke with a representative who stated they will review my policy and give me max return based on my insurance policy.. they also stated that I would not be be charged if nothing is collected .. it was all lies. They were rude and disrespectful, very nasty oh yeah and I got charged for their services although they stated I wouldn’t get charged unless I received payment.From the moment you call you can tell it’s not a professional office all you hear is dogs barking and at one moment you hear two female voices fighting in the background.. I don’t recommend this business to anyone.. Complete rip-off.
