There were so many issues but he did not stop until he found out the exact problem and then priced it SO REASONABLE. I was astounded. I will never go anywhere else for my car. I always bring my Jeep Cherokee XJ to Glenn’s for an alignment. I’ve never had any issues. Even though I do most other repairs and maintenance on my own, every single person Ive sent to Glenn’s for said problem were 100% satisfied.

I have been taking my vehicles to them for years. It is family run operation and Glenn and his wife Irene are both hands on. Everyone is very personable and honest. They are extremely knowledgeable in the world of automotive. Their facility is clean and has all the latest technology to work on todays high tech vehicles as well as the experience to work on your treasured classic.This is the ONLY place, that I have found, where I truly feel comfortable leaving my vehicle for service and not worried that I was takin for a ride when I pick it up!This place is the best example of what other shops should strive to measure up to. Took my Challenger to University Dodge. They told me it would be $750 to replace my flywheel. I bought the part myself. They then told me 3 days later it would be $2000 because ai also needed a starter(I had one in there for 1 week). I called Glenn and told him they wanted to charge me $2000 and he charged me $480 and checked the starter which didnt need replacing. I wouldnt trust my Challenger with anyone else from now on.

Glenns automotive is awesome I went to to Ford places and they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my Ford I got charged large at one of the Ford places and they didnt fix the problem the other Ford place just turned me out because they couldnt figure out what was wrong 94 f350 crew cab four wheel drive 8 foot bed Glen knew just what to do theyre very honest and great people that work there I love this place!!! Glenn, Has helped me for over 15+ years, He’s HONEST,and helpful,he’s repaired my vehicle before and refuse to take payment for it as he said I made some welds on the header I’m just curious to see how long they’ll last. And they lasted to the next owner of the vehicle which was three years later .The other two places I took it to wanted $400-$500 to repair. I’ve sent numerous people to Glenn and everyone of them has been satisfied ! He’s a great human being !

I just picked up my car from there this morning, Its the second time i have taking it in since the warranty ran out. First of all being a car guy, i already know what is wrong with the car before taking it in but i always expect most shops to try to upsell you or plain lie to you (it has happened to me in the past at different places). That is not the case here, they called me and told me exactly what was wrong with the car and told me what parts i needed to fix it just as i expect it. Everyone is super friendly, very knowledgeable and its always ready on time, also reasonably priced.With that said every single car that i own in the future as soon as it runs out of warranty it will always be taken to them, couldnt be any happier with their level of customer service and satisfaction.

My family has used Glenns as our go to mechanic for years. Ive had everything from brakes to blown engines repaired at this shop. I have not once had a bad experience. They are fairly priced, the staff is great, and the quality of work is amazing. I would highly recommend them.

Ive used Glenns for quite some time. But, lately theyve been loosing ground. I brought my vehicle in to have it inspected for a noise. They charged me 50 dollars and gave me a quote. I declined to do the work there and then because the quote was a bit steep at the time. So they said that if I brought it back to them that they would apply the 50 dollars to the quote. Okay, nothing wrong with that. So I call to make an appointment to bring it back in to do the work and come to find out, the girl on the phone said No, we dont apply diagnostic fees to to your repair. Initially that information came from Glenn himself. I argued a bit with her, but she was adamant about her statement. I found a new mechanic in Davie that does work for much cheaper and does just as good of work as Glenns. Ill be doing business with Eduardo Castro at CCR from this point forward.
