I feel that it is absolutely hilarious that they can do over the phone appointments when they don’t want to see people in person because of covid. But when their office opens they don’t want to help the people that work Monday-Friday the same hours they are open. Very inconsiderate. And they basically say “i don’t have any other way of assisting you”

Wouldnt help with my grandbabys formula because she didnt meet the requirements for it
