Didnt stop at stop sign and almost ran into the side of my boyfriends truck. Another River Bend Transit driver who was an older man with white hair was being creepy and staring me down for a good minute and a half while I was in the car with my friend.

The bus driver of 202 was VERY VERY RUDE. A VERY UNPLEASANT MAN. HE DONE A PICK A PICK UP @ ONEIDA 4 MINS 7:28 - 0731. I WILL CALL LATER WITH MORE DETAILS. TY

Great company to work for because everyone cares about providing transportation to those that need it.

Extremely affordable and its amazing theyre as proficient as they are with transporting over 1,000 trips per day!Without this service, Id be stuck at home!

They almost didnt show up until we called them. They said the bus driver cancelled. We almost did not make a very important appointment because of them. They are incompetent and not at all organized. Also bus drivers do not listen. I told them many times I was not this person and they just ignored me and drove us home. Very unprofessional as well.

Horrible transport company. Never on time. Keep me waiting for 2 hours or more for pickup after my appointments. Every driver I’ve come in contact with has had a negative attitude. I recommend staying far away from this place!

They should call this River Prayer Transit because its only through a miracle and prayer you get to your destination on time. I tried scheduling a ride and after their window expired of when they said they would arrive to pick us up only then did they say the bus driver didnt show up to work that morning and that wed need to make other arrangements to get to our appointment. After some complaining we got the manager to get us a ride to the appointment. On the way back home tho not only was river bend late it wasnt even the one for us apparently but they finally agreed to let us take that one home if you need to be somewhere important at a specific time never trust river bend transit.

Horrible always late picking up from doctor appointments. They need to be shut down

Had a appointment at 8am never showed up or called this has happened more than once also left me for 2 hours after app when I asked when i could expect driver no answer only were working on it finally got them red flaged with my insurance so now i dont have to wonder if Im getting to doctor thank God

Terrible customer service. Was on hold for an hour and a half this morning before I gave up. The bus showed up an hour and a half early for the pick up time(6:50AM!!) started ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door (woke up the entire house) what a poor service. Will never try to use this bus service again and I recommend you don’t either. Riverbend Transit has lost a customer for life

Avoid using this company. The driver on the Elmore route nearly killed his passengers due to reckless driving. Find a safer alternative.

They are always late and whenever they do arrive I always am the last person home and all the other people live in bettendorf and I live in Davenport and so I always have a hour long ride because they pick me up in Davenport and drop everybody off in bettendorf then come back to Davenport to drop me off even though my stop was right in Davenport where we began dont use their service it sucks royally
