Have iI got a story for you. My family and I traveled to Davenport for a college visit and due to many factors there were no cars for rent. Caught a cab to our hotel and decided that the best idea was to get a car/limo service and that is when we found the most amazing company, VIP Transportation.From the first phone call to our final drop off, we experienced punctual, professional, and intelligent drivers I have had the pleasure of being in the car with. Tyrone and Brian were fantastic. Great information about the city, great suggestions of where to visit and things that I would have never known about an area that I am considering sending my child to for college.Prices based on short notice were still very reasonable and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. bey even made a change in the size of the vehicle for my families comfort (We are a tall family).Just call VIP to be treated like a VIP.

Unfortunately we have had a very different experience with VIP transportation than everyone else. Our 1 star isn’t because of the mechanical issues that happened during our wedding, causing the bus to break down but instead because of the customer service we experienced afterwards putting blame on us and simply put, without going into the ugly details, making us question their integrity. While I’m sure this isn’t a typical experience, it makes it extremely difficult for us to recommend their service to others.

Using VIP transportation was great! On time, easy to work with, and a lot of fun! Our entire wedding party had a blast on the trolley. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and stylist transportation!

We rented a trolley for a Christmas light tour this year and it was SO fun! They were extremely easy to work with, incredibly organized and communicative before, during and after our trip! They had all the stops mapped out and we didn’t worry about a thing. All our focus was on watching our kids eyes light up and singing along to Christmas carols. We plan to do this every year, what a great evening!

After a near disaster with another transportation company, we had to scramble to find a bus or trolley or winged marmoset in order to get our wedding party from the church to the reception venue. Lo and behold, VIP came through with a great trolley at a good cost without any hassle. The driver was great, the atmosphere was perfect, and--most of all--it was a smooth ride. Definitely look into them if you need large-group transportation in the Quad Cities.

I have booked the boom boom bus through VIP Transportation the last two years for my birthday and both times it has been nothing short of an incredible experience! We have had two different drivers so far, Jeff last year, and Brad this year (this past weekend) and they were both top-notch, excellent drivers and extremely fun and easy to work with! Everyone had a blast and continue to tell me how great of a bus driver we had! I could go on and on, and really just have nothing but good things to say about my experience. We werent even planning to have another bus for my birthday this year, but it has now become a tradition and one that I am already looking forward to for next year! Vip was awesome! I booked the H2 for a party and it was great! Lynn was our driver and she was also a lot of fun! Highly recommend these guys for any transportation needs!
