We rented out two party buses for our wedding on Aug 21st of this year. We initially thought we needed three buses for our guests, but we werent sure. They were very professional and worked with us on trying to figure out how many buses we would need for our guests. In the end we ended up only needing 2. The bus drivers were there on time, with a good attitude, and very patiently waiting for everyone to board the buses. The buses were very clean on the inside and we were able to plug our phone in to play our own music.Would highly recommend!

I had hired them for my wedding July 24th of this year. I had to contact them the week before and touch base with them, they never once went out of their way to confirm or reach out about my upcoming rental.Day of the wedding comes and they never showed up. We waited and waited with all of our guests for them to come and never showed up. I had already given them a deposit. After an hour of trying EVERYTHING to get a hold of them they answer a FACEBOOK message from my friend, saying they called and left a voicemail to say they werent coming. I NEVER received a call and NEVER received a voicemail. Furthermore, as a business owner I would have not given up trying to contact a BRIDE on her wedding day until I spoke with someone in person. So I naturally, I was upset, what bride wouldnt be. I asked for a refund, he said he was driving another bus at the moment soooooo you supposedly called me at 10 that day but didnt issue me a refund right away??? So after me threatening to have to take them to small claims court if I didnt get my money back, they stopped responding to me and FINALLY issued my money back then next morning at 5 A.M .they claim they didnt know it was a wedding, lies, I have the E-mail, which Im going to share below, but even if it was a bus to take people out to dinner, what does that even matter???So, long story short, they completely ruined my night. We had a end time on our venue early with an ticiapti0on of the bus, we had purchased hundreds of dollars of alcohol with anticipation of the bus.This was hands down the WORST vendor I have ever been in contact with

I used City Limo for my wedding. They were professional, on time, and always responsive. I was very impressed with their part in helping to make our day perfect!

Due to COVID-19 my party bus was forced to cancel. Since the event I was using the bus for was a one time opportunity there would be no need for me to have one in the future, so rescheduling wouldn’t work. I reached out to The City Limo and they informed me that they would be keeping a “cancellation fee” per the contract. I was very unsatisfied with this decision by them since the events were unforeseen and unprecedented. Many companies across the state are giving full refunds and ignoring cancellation policies for their customers in these uncertain times.

We used The City Limo for our wedding last month and I couldnt be happier. The bus was clean, the driver was so funny, and he was even early to roll out the red carpet. I called a few other places and only a few answered or called me back. Not one had the service or clean vehicles like The City Limo. We loved them so much I recommended three of my girlfriends to call Eric and only Eric. I had tons of vendors to worry about and The City Limo called me a week before my wedding to double check times and answer any last minute questions. Again I was absolutely pleased with everything they had to offer.

I used the City Limo and Party Bus for my birthday and overall I am very pleased with the services they provided. Eric is by far one of the most organized and easy to work with person and made my party bus experience unlike any other. I highly recommend this company and trust me you wont be disappointed.

I booked The City Limo for my wedding a year and a half in advance. As I called around some of the companies were not even in business anymore, so piece of of mind for me to know this isnt their first year in business. Scary to think that these vendors come and go. Just happy I chose Eric at The City Limo & Party Bus. Prompt on time, excellent quality service and vehicles. Exactly what I wanted.
