This company is not very good at what they do. My lawn has weeds still growing in it after 2 treatments and on the second treatment they caused chemical burns on my lawn. Then they had the audacity to blame me for the burns since I spot treated the dandelions. If you are considering this company i would find another one.

I have been using Tee Time for about 5 years and I have always been happy with the service and quality of the lawn treatments. We really wanted a pet friendly and non-liquid product and what we get for the price is worth it for sure!Customer Service has always been responsive and friendly. Today Eric came out and really spent time walking the yard, talking about things we were seeing, and really took the time to make us feel like a valued customer. This is exactly what i want...fast service, quality product, and people like Eric that takes a few minutes to talk about the things when you need it. Thanks.

6/10/21 Nathan came and applied our lawn application today. He seemed to do a very thorough job and was very friendly. We told him we had a lot of maple tree seedlings and hoped his application would stop them from going. Hopefully they will. Very hot day for Nathan. Thank you for your service; great job!We have had lawn service for awhile through Tee Time. A key issue I hear from many people are lawn companies are not responsive or dont return phone calls, never answers the phone, doesnt check voicemail. I just want to note this is very important for a business.We have the yearly fertilizing and weed control. Over the years we have had various lawn care technicians, and I must say Eric has been fantastic and very helpful. I have been with Tee Time going on my 2nd, yr. we have had a Tech, Eric Sullivan who explains every detail on what product he is using and what it will do for my lawn, my yard has never looked so good since we have been with your lawn service, one Great Tech you have working for you. Please let him know what a Great Job he is doing for you. They are pretty hard to find these days for sure.

If you want a lush, thick, and green yard tee time is the business for you!!! You will be mowing your grass twice a week in no time!!

They didnt do a good job on my lawn. By August I still had large areas with no grass and lots of weeds - I hired them specifically for those problems and paid for an entire year of service in advance to get a discount. Also, I told them repeatedly that I wanted to be home when they came, but they came without notice anyway. I wont hire them again. These photos above were taken in late summer, but this is what my lawn looked like at the beginning of summer too.

This is my first spray with them. Phone Staff is really nice but the guy that came out to spray my yard was in a hurry and I dont know if all my yard was sprayed.

We just signed up with Tee Time earlier this year and our grass has never looked better. They are very responsive to our requests and call ahead before they come treat the lawn. So far a great experience with them!

I just want to report that we had our lawn serviced by Tee Time this morning. The technicians name was Jacob, he was clean cut and very personable. He called a few minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived we got off to a great start as he introduced himself by shaking my hand and explained what he would be applying today. He also noted that he focused on quality. And I must say, he certainly did, I checked on his progress several times during the application and he was very through and diligent in his efforts. I was very satisfied with his work. This is the best lawn care company I have had in over 20 years. They have done my lawn for the last five years. They start in early spring and eventually finish in late fall. If there is ever a problem, just call and someone will come out and take care of whatever your problem might be. Their price is better than the others I have inquired about. Tee Time Lawn care gives excellent service. They always call in advance of their intent to show up, depending on the weather. They also give a detailed account of what they noticed, and what needs more attention.

We wanted organic and pet friendly fertilizing service. Tee Time provides this as expected. Their service is timely, and the Techs are always very friendly. Their aeration and overseeding service is also top notch. I recommend Tee Time to everyone.

I signed up this year for some routine care for my lawn. I spoke directly to the manager, Scott. Even though he said he was new this year, he was very professional and helpful. His tech showed up and did the work on time, and my lawn looks much better after a summer of hard work.

Update 2/15/2019. Iowa Dept of Agriculture found them in violation of several codes, and fined them a total of $1,740 as a result of this whole incident. Pesticide Case# 18-0199Tee Time came unsolicited and made an application to my lawn 2 weeks after I completed my own -- they were supposed to be on a different street and 4000 numbers off the right address. I came to find out that the applicator was not certified, a legal requirement of Iowa, and thus he and the company were operating illegally. The applicator also seemingly skimped on product and only did a partial application as evidenced by the back half of my yard remaining unaffected. This is also consistent with other reviews here. As a result, I am now re-sodding my lawn after the crazy lawn burn that set in. Tee Time denied all responsibility of course, and also showed a deep level of negligence, as well as ignorance in their core business services. I would seek out 4-5 star companies if I were you.

Worst lawn care provider I have EVER used. Did not call to set up appointments, I HAD TO CALL, and then they miss their appointments and do not call to give you a heads up.Then when you try to contact them you are on hold for 15-30 minutes. Sometimes they answer otherwise you have to leave a voice message. Voice messages are never returned.This company is an absolute joke, still working on getting my refund from this company and I canceled my services over 2 weeks ago.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Great company to work with, they have answered all my questions and have done a great job on my yard it looks wonderful.

My first year of service was amazing, but it just kept getting worse. I had them seed the backyard and they seeded my planters so much so that I had to tear out my planters because I couldnt get the grass under control. I was constantly still having weeds and towards the end of my service my lawn looked worse than before I hired them!

Used Tee Time for 3 seasons. First service year was great but has been on a steady decline since. Continually have to watch them to make sure they cover my entire property. Routinely fail to call prior to arrival as promised so I can make sure dog is secure (techs show up at property clueless). Seemingly little things that add up to be a big nuisance when you have to address the same things month after month for something you PAY to have accomplished! Going to look for another service for this season.... although there does not appear to be a lot of reputable choices in the QCA.

Started out in the first year doing an ok job and then it went to crap. My lawn is covered in weeds and they were not treating the yard as they were being paid, big areas not treated. They damaged my lawn by burning it with to much chemical by unloading the spreader in the lawn dumping chemical all over in one spot. I called to complain and they never fixed it or returned when they said they would. Every time I call I get nowhere as its always a customer service rep and has no control. After three phone calls, a month later and still no return call I cancelled service and will go to someone else. I recommend anyone thinking of using this company to not pay until you are satisfied with the service they provide and by no means should you pay for anything pay in advance.

Missed appointments and make-up appointments, ignored request to cancel, caused pesticide damage to lawn confirmed by three other lawn contractors, was unable to explain to me what work was done or what I had paid for. Nice people on the phone but certainly not good business partners.

They are a poorly ran company that lacks integrity and customer service. The manager and owner are arrogant and completely unprofessional. They are a company that will not last!

Travis came out and raked all of my porcupine balls from my gum tree and it looks like a different and clean lawn. So far, I am pleased with the lawn service.

Every fertilizer tells the user to sweep off of sidewalks and drives to prevent contamination into water streams. Tee Time never does this. They leave massive amounts of fertilizer on hard surfaces. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I cant write a review because every time I call to set up services I dont get a return call.

Tee time continues to call me after I cancelled my service and asked them not to call! Its too expensive and they do not do a good coverage job.

Used them for years, now all of a sudden this year there a no call no show and cant even reach anybody on the phone and Ive seen their trucks.
