Gave me an opportunity to go back to work but fired me due to a health issue which required men to go to the emergency room. If you have ANY health issues...STAY AWAY from this company!!

Was offered position and worked for a week to be laid off without a hour of warning before clock in time and then a week or two later called back to work like after struggling through the weeks without a job they call me back after I already landing position making double. Bad Treatment to their temps verbally and as if they are Expendables! Then have the nerve to say they wont place me out at it..duhhh I havent showed up 3 times. Look like karma got them and if the position was filling like hotfire then why call me..cause I was a great and perfect candidate and to say I was the only one out of all the temps they wanted back. Says alot..GREAT WORK ETHICS AND I WONT BE LOW BALLED OR UNDER PAID

Had me come in said they had a perfect job for me. Well they never call back so I have to keep calling. And they still havent heard anything back after 4 weeks. Waste of time. Go to others agencies .

While my short time with Team Staffing Solutions in Davenport IA, I was introduced to Jennifer Rose my supposed employment coordinator. This young lady had no business in the position she was in and i suffered greatly from her inability to perform her basic job function in a professional manor. First issue i had i was told the wrong start date and i had to call early in the morning to make sure the date Jennifer had given me was correct, it was not. This incident could have cost me my employment and would have made me look bad. It was agreed upon that I would be compensated for my work at $13.00 an hour and the paper work was signed. However my paychecks were coming up short and i could not access their website from my mobile device in order to view my pay stubs. So i thought it would be smart of me to shoot a email over to Jennifer Rose to make sure that my pay is, indeed, $13.00 an hour, she emailed promptly reassuring me that my pay rate was indeed at $13.00 an hour. However, my pay checks were still not adding up and i finally got to a personal computer and went to their website and found my pay stubs. I discovered that i was only being compensated at $10.50 an hour which was $2.50 off of what Team Staffing Solutions in Davenport IA and i had previously/legally agreed upon. After bringing this information to Jennifer Roses and Team Staffing Solutions attention she admitted to filing my job title wrong and told me i would be compensated for my missing hours. I was never paid in full for the hours that I worked at 13.00, and some hours at $19.00 for overtime. This was my worst experience with a staffing agency in all my entire adult life . Jennifer Rose should no longer work at Team Staffing Solutions and they might have a chance to bring a professional staffing agency to the quad cities. However on three separate occasions i was lied to and given wrong information and met with disrespect from Jennifer Rose. I wish I could rate this company lower than just one star. Please take heed and be careful which staffing agency you choose to find work though. I got burned bad by Team Staffing Solutions, please dont let it happen to you!
