Ive worked through this company multiple times. Theyre reliable, friendly and easy to work with. The jobs theyve found me have typically been right on the money in terms of what I was looking for. Obviously every job isnt going to be 100% what you wanted. But for what they had available, its usually been a good fit. The most recent agent Ive worked with has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She does follow ups and gets back to me in a timely manner. Shes made the job search process easy. I give this company 4 stars though because of past experiences. Agents Ive worked with before this most recent one never worked closely with me and were often difficult to get a hold of. They found me a job and then left me alone. It left a bad taste in my mouth. But overall, a very worthwhile company to work with.

First I contacted Aerotech on there website. Then I was contacted by Kirby out of the Cedar Rapids office. Kirby set me up with Andy in the Davenport office. Maintenance is the position Im looking for. Less than 3 days to get offered many positions. Well see how it goes. So far so good. Very polite and professional.I will update this experience once Im working.

Id recommend this Staff. Apply for position and give them a call they follow up day one and are there for you if you have any questions or concerns leading to your interview and it doesnt stop there they check in to see how they can be more even after you land a job opportunity. They offer help and assistance. There are plenty of good jobs out there and I feel they have personally achieved in helping me to find the beginnings to my career path. I was told last week by 2 recruiters from Aerotek that there was two available positions for me. I made my resume with my best references and I was told by Makenzie and Andy that on Monday expect a call from one of them. So today I never received that call. So I got impatient and called them. I had to dial them both several times before I was answered. Makenzie states that she FORGOT to call me. Then she states that Andy said that one of my references said I had an attendence issue. And right then I was being lied to. . I got off the phone. I called my reference. This is a professional employer sivyer steel corporation. A company thats always been professional. HR at sivyer steel denied saying anything about my attendance. And I know that sivyer steel wouldnt say anything bad about me. They are professional and like family. I spent many years working there. So I call back Makenzie at Aerotek and let her know that Im not happy with them seeking employment in my behalf. Im going to the better buisness bureau next. Areotek employment recruiters are a joke. FORGOT to call me back. Let me record you one more time saying my references said I had an attendance issue. Ill take Aerotek to court for slander. I have the proof of it . Thats the beauty of call recorder.Im tired of getting screwed over by corporations and individuals. Aerotek recruiters, liars... Whats funny is these people have jobs, to try and get people jobs. And they forget to call you . They lie about job availability . Who needs you idiots anyways. Ill just call the company myself and cut you idiots out. Andy says we all on the same team. Yeah. Thats funny. Your about to be out of a job buddy. Whos on your team now? Your job is to get people jobs. Now your gonna need the same help. Im not letting this go. Lie to me, slander me. I got proof. It kidding every word you ever said to me. Its all recorded and backed up on sync file saved. . . Bit everyone needing a job is stupid... But you two on the other hand. I cant speak for.

Michael Rugger & Bri helped me out tremendously. They found me a job with a great company that has great benefits. I called Mike and told him my hours were up so I was wondering what the next steps were to get me on company. He made a call and within an hour, Mike called me back and told me I was hired on and he thanked me for being a good employee and making their name look good because they like to make sure they help people that are going to be committed. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you again Mike for all you did.

I was ready to leave a job that i truly did not like. I went to Aerotek with a very picky set of requests and was prepared to compromise. My contatct Jeremy was patient and began the search. He was polite and respectful and he called me often to keep me updated. Everyone there is so incredibly friendly and i recommend that ANYONE looking for a new job to go to them. After his searching, Jeremy found me a job that met all of my requests. I could not have asked for a better fit for myself. He continues to check up on me to make sure all is still well. AMAZING service.

Aerotek has been great to work with. My recruiter Marquez Davis has found me a couple of really good positions that have really help myself and my family financially. Marquez put me in an opportunity for long term, permanent employment and I couldnt thank him enough. Other temp services do not stay with you every step of the way after you get a position. Marquez has called me frequently to check in to see if I needed anything and has even brought us lunch out to the site a couple of times! I recommend Aerotek to everyone looking for long term opportunities!!!

Total waste of time! I sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half watching all the employees in the back just screwing off on their tablets, phones and taking breaks constantly. I patiently waited only to be told that they could not help me find a welding job because I didnt have a year of on the job experience yet! I just graduated with my welding certification and your a temp agency telling me you cannot help me! Very unprofessional and aggravating!

Aerotek is a great way to find a great paying job. Marquez is my recruiter and i couldnt have asked for anyone other then him. Hes a great guy and stands by his word. He found me a great job with nice pay. I would refer him to anybody that is seeking a job.

Watched these jokers sit in the back on their phones for 10 minutes before they even aknolodged my presence. Once the one person was able to get their nose out of the fb or whatever they were looking at, she was completely unprofessional, just said take this form and fill it out. I said so I can just take it to my car then no big deal, her response was you can do whatever and couldnt wait to get back to her circle of friends in the back. I returned papers filled out and to my surprise waited another 20 minutes to be. Aknolodged! Once I finally got an interview from one of the recruiters an hour later they told me they could not help me find a job without a year experience

Communication was poor. I had been working for them for a bit of time and never called in. I ended up getting a kidney stone that needed surgery and was told just let them know when i could come back to work and id still have my job. So i set everything up and told them time frame. Was then told its no problem and i still had the job. Surgery was over and time to return to work and they let me go. I lost my house and everything. Me and my two kids are living in one room at grandpas.

From the first day I walked in Aerotek, I felt appreciated and that I mattered. Marquez has gone above and to help me and support me in every step of my employment search, and found me a great job to help me and my family have a more stable, secure life. Aerotek is the place to go seeking employment!!

They are confusing, they send you to creepy drug testing places, and they make you do their work.

A total waste of time. Nothing but bait-and-switch and empty promises. Aerotek hired me for a job but then sent me to another non-existent job, which was humiliating to say the least. TEKsystems (their IT branch) tried buttering me up with promises of interviews with clients and free lunches and coffee. A job offer which was clearly defined at the beginning soon turned into a do-everything-for-nothing affair, with them beating around the bush and never placing me in the end. Read the Aerotek reviews online, and youll soon see that this is very common with this company.

I was told i would almost most defently start work the following monday and i called them for a week leaving mesaages and told my agent was at lunch every time amd call back at 230 and he would be on the phome THABKS ALOT KYLE !!!!

I went there twice then was told not to waste my time the job wont hires you but was told they had different companies. So I apply for a different job they say I cant work for thrm for 6 months the hole thing was a waste of time and gas money!

Horrible my husband totaled his car and was hurt one day of work . worked at the job he was placed longer than anyone on his shift . Worked hard . Since the Covid 19 he was sent home early everyday and now they lay him off because there’s no production but keeps everybody else on his shift including his brother in law my brother . Just bad time to send my husband with no work specially because we have a child and who’s hiring at this time anyway .

So far Ive been very pleased with the process. I immediately started a job. I hate technology, so the all email approach, and all online is a hassle, but thats just the way the world is heading now. In whole Garret McDermott has been nothing but helpful. The office employees are very personable, and helpful. If you are a skilled employee, with good references, and can deliver on your experience, this is deffinately a great option for finding employment.

I was put on a job for one day, told i couldnt come back until paperwork online was filled out then was fired for not goin to work when they told me i couldnt go. Very poor communication waste of my time!

They are not very helpful, every time I go there. They never have anything open, it’s hard to contact them they never answer the phone. So I honestly won’t be coming back there. Thanks for the help waste of time.
