Car was dirty. Drove with speedometer off. Got to my destination shut car off and then it wouldnt start. Associate insisted I get insurance for roadside assistance $18.99 a day. I call and waited on the phone for an hour and a half and no answer. Finally a gentleman stopped and asked if I needed help. I turned the key and he had me pop the hood. Battery box lid was off. Obvious marks from previous jumps. I was told to go buy a portable charger so I could charge the car to keep it starting. Had to buy one just to keep car starting each day.When I was renting it they said I was paying to not have to clean it out, bring it back and got charged for cleaning due to candy wrappers and some sand? I would never use Hertz. Dishonesty is their policy. Told me one thing when picking up car and opposite when dropping it off. They charged me nearly $100.00 extra on return than my receipt said when I rented it. Never again well Hertz get my money.

Its a bit expensive if you get the additional insurance. I would suggest using your own insurace to cover it. Also if you need same day rental make sure you have a credit card as they wont take debit or cash. Also the car i rented had a leaking tire and i wasnt told about it before hand. It may have been over looked but keep an eye out for simular situations at this location. Otherwise, nice service quick service and accomidating.

Not only did Curt resolve an issue I had with a rental car picked up from a different location, but he did so while demonstrating exceptional customer care. People like Curt are the reason I stay with hertz and keep elite status. Keep up the amazing work Curt, you are an extremely valuable contribution to the Hertz brand as well as the team at this location! This review doesn’t even begin to describe how impressed I was with his demeanor. If I could have given more than 5 stars, believe me, I would!

I was picked up yesterday by Curt, the conversation and ride over was Very Pleasant. Upon arrival to Hertz, Curt helped me on the inside with my rental. I had an accident in my vehicle and my ins sent me to this company. My vehicle was not completed within the time that the insurance had allocated for me, instead of them calling and saying that the time had run out with the insurance, they just started charging me the daily rate. I was charged for 6 days over and no courtesy call was given. Really a bad experience, will not use them again.

Im very disappointed, I didnt get the car I paid extra for. I got the cheapest car on the lot (without Sirius radio). I made it a point to order a better car. The customer service did not care about me being upset. Wont be going through Hertz again.

I am not happy with this company!! This company does not allow cash. It does take debit or charge cards for a deposit. But to penalize people who do not have either is unreal. Nor is it right.

State Farm insisted I go through Hertz imstead of my usual Enterprise, because of better options on rental. I was told I did not get a second option when I picked up the rental, because of availability. I was handed the keys to my rental w.o proper inspection of the car, so I did my own quick inspection and went back inside to tell them of an existing damage so I wont get dinged later. I drove off and later in the day, I found a boat of fried fish bones someone had eaten for however long underneath the driver seat. In the glove compartment were 2 prior receipts. Not sure if they had even cleaned the car in between client use or if they just totally missed the boat of an intact spine of fried fish bones! Talk about poor sanitation, especially with the pandemic virus going around. I walked into the location a few days later to return the car. Stood inside for about 10 minutes, and no one was to be found. Busy elsewhere - understandable, but someone should probably be watching the desk maybe - not my problem I suppose. Overall friendly staff. Lack of organizational skills and professionalism. Not sure how I feel about Hertz in the future.

VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! Charged for two extra days after dropping off vehicle, would have been charged for more if I had not checked account and called to question extra charges. Then manager lied and said it just was not closed out right. Then two days later after I still was not reimbursed I called back and the manager lied again and was very rude, then I found out they did not enter in that the vehicle was returned and that is why I was charged extra. Never was apologized to or treated as if they wanted me to due business with them in the future, customer service seemed to not care at all about my concerns. I had a good experience with this location previously, but now I will not be renting from Hertz again and warn others to stay away!

Best car rental period. The only place I go. I make my reservations online, then car pickup is always ready. Last visit took less than 60 second from walk in to in car! Not that I was rushed by the staff, but they were ready to get me going! Ive had questions before and the staff is very responsive. On the road support is also great.

This Is the best counter of the three locations that are shown for our area, staff here goes out of their way to make sure your trip goes smoothly. They take the time to go over your options to make sure you understand everything about rental. They have a great weekend deals at a substantial discount on many weekends.

I found the service at this location was very satisfying. There was no wait time once I arrived the car was waiting the paper work was done. My only complaint there was a $200 deposit that was not mentioned when I made reservation for the vehicle. That $200 is returned when you return the vehicle. Overall I would use them again.

Love these guys, they take good care of you. I do recommend doing your reservation online so you can try out different coupons and other offers before you go. I would recommend that for all locations and not just this one.If you rent with literally ANY level of frequency I suggest joining their Hertz Club Gold.. its free and makes pickup amazingly easy after the first time.

The sign isnt clearly marked. Its partially covered by shrubbery. We wasted a good 20 minutes driving up and down the street looking for the place. I do not recommend renting from this location.

Went early to pick up car said to early dont even have car here. Can we fill out paper work? No need car here. Went back after 11am took 2 people to finish contract.Said they would pull car around stood in cold for to long before car appeared. Will allow under 21 to drive. Expensive

People are helpful.Clean location.Location is not easily identifiable from street while driving.I always faced either payment or reservation problems due to lack of experienced staff.... they are always some trainee manager people over there who do not have enough knowledge of the system

Horrible customer service, dropped a key in the drop box they said they never recieved it, charged me for a key that was returned!!! Im beyond furious I would NEVER NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Very unprofessional. The guy picked me up and drove me to the store with the windows rolled all the way down with the AC on full @ 17 mpg, the whole time he was texting while driving. I wanted to throw his phone out the window. Then they changed me a surprise amount after all was said and done. 2nd time using Hertz. Will NEVER use again.

I booked a car rental through Expedia and filled the tank right before I returned it and they charged me almost $50.00 because supposedly it wasnt full. I rent cars almost once per month and I have never have this happened to me before. I went with another place this time because I really needed a minivan and the airport didnt have any more available, but this will be the last time with Hertz

Customer Service was great!! The vehicle we got was alright. The worst thing about the car is that the drivers seat didnt adjust accordingly. We had over 20+ hours in the car and it was quite uncomfortable.

We made a reservation the morning of the pick up and got to the location to be told they didnt have any cars available. I asked why didnt anyone call to let me know and the guy at the desk told me my reservation just popped up. Very annoying and unprofessional of Hertz!
