We report that Chad Carr and Rainmaker Software has addresses out concerns in a businesslike fashion, and we have come to an amicable resolution. In hindsight, we realize Chad and his team did make many efforts to help make the Rainmaker software work for us, however, it was not a good fit for our company. We understand that other businesses using the Rainmaker software are satisfied with its performance as well as with the support they received from Rainmaker.
I bought the system back in 2011 because it met my requirements operationally and also met my budget. While it took some getting used too (I was previously using a DOS based system) I quickly learned how to navigate the system. I received A LOT of hand holding along the way which was much appreciated and needed! Now 4 years later the system is doing what I need it to do. If we had a question with the old system, we had to email the question, and maybe in 24 hours we would receive a arrogant condescending replay making us feel like 2 year olds. Rain Maker employs very pleasant people that are very willing and eager to help us out and YES, we can actually talk to someone when we need help! With this software we are able to mange our retail center real time and have a very good handle on all operations.
