I remember this place from beginning to a end unfortunately but I didnt come here to lie or disrespect this big business.I loved here and what I learned especially there people here Bruce,Jeff, Josh.These men taught me so much and love them for that.Yea Bruce is him but he started that place and dedicated his life to it hes a boss but a human but he helping with guys like me fresh out the penitentiary they wanna see you grow but its all on you.. Great company and will never forget this establishment you wanna learn great place.peace

Advancement within this company is possible. It all depends on your attitude and work ethic. I started off as a torcher, was moved into the weld shop, then moved into the maintenance department not knowing anything about fixing trailers. The company paid for the training so I could do annual DOT inspections on trucks and trailers. Then I was promoted to shop supervisor, now I am a manager, all within 9 years.

Great work place. Advancement encourage if you’re willing to work and make life better for yourself. Helped me get my CDL’s back. Paid vacation after 1 year of continuous employment. Raises available also. If you work for Bruce’s Enterprises, they will work for you as well.Thank you.

I came to Bruce’s establishment with NO EXPERIENCE straight out of driving school and it was COVID-19 shut down he still gave me a chance to get my foot in the door and continues to work with me to make me a better driver. Since I been here I learned 4 different driving jobs with Bruce. He really big on getting you ur 40 hrs. All said and done great establishment.

I wouldve liked to give this review no stars but unfortunately, I cant. Bruce is a joke to work for! Hes cheap & arrogant. Minimum wage is not ok! WOW $10 an hour lol youre so generous!
