I called on Friday. Setup appointment for Saturday at 2 pm. 20 minutes before 2 texted to reschedule for 3:30pm. The 3:30 time came and past. At 3:50 I called, no answer. So left a message to let him know he wont need to stop to give an estimate. I figure if I was told a certain time that person should be there. I will accommodate for a time change, but will not get blown off a second time in an hour and a half. His business ethics I would suspect are questionable. Should have read the gentlemens review before I called.

Had to finish what worker started. Put down transition piece, Hand cut small molding pieces outside showerstall. Now I have water and stains coming from stool that was put in after flooring was installed. Having water leaking through cracks and joints of flooring. Called and said he would come out and look at it, then was cut off. Never showed up after waiting all day. Not satisfied with work, after person doing job took a new Shark sweeper and used to clean up area. Found out later it failed to work, filled with slurry put on walls clogged up tubing and refuse container. Ended up I had to disassemble and fully clean out everything filled up in tube. It was wallpaper, debris, slurry that dried up. Not my cup of tea! Maybe after Chris reads this, he will be more attentive to his customers.
