Nice beard trim and line up

I called multiple times and no one answered. When I showed up in person, the man cutting hair was weirdly rude to me. He kinda condescendingly told me they don’t take walk ins. I told him I called multiple times and he told me the owner was out of town like that was a reason for no one answering the phone. I’m assuming it’s in the shop and the owner doesn’t carry it around but I could be wrong.Really I didn’t even care I couldn’t get my haircut. I just don’t understand why the person working there seemed to be irritated with me for merely showing up. It’s a place of business and a barbershop. People walking in can’t be wholly unusual or anything.I don’t write reviews often and negative ones even less so. Mostly, i just think it might be good for the owner to know the guy he has working there is rude and condescending to potential first time customers. Customers too, I suppose since there are plenty of other salons/barbershops in the qc who are pleasant and nice and work in a comparable style shop. Example:I just finished at Ray’s and got a great cut for a low price from a really nice woman.
