Unfortunately, I received one of the worst haircuts I can remember, here. I explained what I was after but still was just very dissatisfied with the result. I called the owner and left a message and asked for the chance to come in at open the following day to try and clean it up, but he never called me back. In the end, itll grow back, and Ill look elsewhere for a mens barber.****Robert called me back today and apologized for the haircut and invited me back in next time for a free cut. I appreciate the response and the offer to help make things right. Bad haircuts happen and Im sure Robert is a fine stylist.****

Came in for a straight razor shave. Top notch work, and great conversation. He’s first come first serve, but I only had to wait about 3 minutes. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

First time customer. I had just relocated my wheelchair bound dad to a nursing home and he wanted to make a good impression on the other residents. I called ahead to make sure the barbershop was wheelchair accessible. The service was friendly, fast, and efficient. In this day of corporate chain styling salons where you never see the same person twice when getting a haircut, its nice to have someone you can trust to always do a great job. I know where Ill be going from now on and Im going to strongly recommend it to my adult sons.

I recently moved to the Quad Cities and needed to find a new barber. I looked at the reviews and decided to give Gray’s a try. I passed a few barbershops on the way to Gray’s but stuck with my instincts. I am really glad I did. I got exactly what I asked for and could not have been happier. I felt like a regular within minutes. I am not sure what was better, the haircut or the conversation. I highly recommend this place.
