Best trans axel flush around. Improves efficiency! Owners were kind to my unforeseeable cancellation and are close to estimates. My Grandfather used to take his Caprice Classic to him and was able to keep it running smooth for 30 yrs. Have had minor service work for leaky water pump on a dodge shadow as well as a prius, these guys are a family run establishment that aims to please.

Awesome mechanics here. Very honest and upfront. I manage a car dealership and take all my vehicles here.

Knowledgable and quality service. The manager was very upfront with me about the parts and labor. I was charged fairly for extensive brake and fuel system repair, and they took much less time to do the job than most other shops wouldve taken. My only minor complaint is that they are lacking in customer service skills. But Id much rather have the job done right, than to be stroked the right way and stabbed in the back later.

My daughter bought a 2003 Taurus from Reynolds Motor in the Quad Cities. Three weeks later, the transmission went out and they basically told her to take a hike. My husband and I are not from the Quad City area, so we had to do some checking to find a reputable repair service. After speaking with numerous repair locations in the area, settled on Sniders West to do the repair for various reasons: they are members of the BBB and in my brief conversation with Scott, I felt very comfortable that this guy knew his stuff. We were NOT disappointed!! Scott said hed seen this issue with Taurus dozens of times and he knew exactly what the issue was. They guarantee the parts and labor for a year, which is better than most places we talked to. I learned there is a torque converter issue with the 2003-07 Taurus. This issue is on recall, but only depending on which plant the vehicle was built. My daughters vehicle wasnt built at any of the plants involved in the recall, but it was the same issue as the torque converters of the cars built in the recall plants. Scott helped me get the info we needed to submit a claim, and to also file a complaint to the NHTSA safety recall people. We are hoping to get reimbursed at some point. But if that doesnt happen, all I can say is Sniders did everything to help us, fixed the car cheaper than quotes from other locations (because others wanted to replace the whole torque converter, and Scott knew that it was just a part within the converter that needed replaced). The car drives perfectly now and the piece of mind is there knowing that it was done right. These people are top notch, and are my daughters new go-to mechanic. Highly recommend!
