This is the second time River City has come through for me when I had a flat tire. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and got the tire I needed in quickly. I also really appreciated the inspection report that helps me plan future maintenance. No one enjoys getting a flat tire, but they make the process as painless as possible.

Great customer service!!! I needed my tires replaced before I left on a trip. I waited to the last minute to get an appointment. Although they did not have my tires in stock, River City Tire provided me with two options - one that they could do at their shop, and another that had me getting tires at a competitor so I could have them before I left for vacation. That is a totally customer focused business!! I will be sending all of my friends your way!

Purchased a new set of General tires for my sons 2007 Civic. I had an appointment at 11:00 and was out the door with a new set of tires in 30 minutes including an inspection of the vehicle. Had no issues at this time which was nice to know. Highly recommended!!

We called and made appointment for new tires. They recommended tires that we currently had on the car, which had 68,000 miles on them. We were very pleased they continue selling the same quality tire. They gave us a Black Friday deal and offer free rotation and spin balance.We are pleased with River City Tire.

The tires were good and that part of the install went well. They also were friendly and communicated well. However, when we got to the end they told me that I needed to replace the upper ball joints in my car in order to receive the half off alignment, which is understandable if there was actually something wrong with the ball joints. They “gave” me 45 days to get the repair done with them and still get half off on the alignment. I took it and had 3 professional mechanics inspect it and all three saw no movement up and down or left and right in the tires and no damage to the ball joints. It felt like either they didn’t want to do the alignment that day for half off as advertised or they just wanted to generate more revenue for the shop. Overall it left a bad taste in my mouth as well that they wouldn’t do the alignment half off without the other work being done.

I had a positive experience with a tire repair at River City Tire. I had an appointment and my car was seen/fixed promptly. I would have felt a bit more comfortable if more staff and fellow customers were wearing masks, but I plan on going back when the need arises.

Just had the car repaired by River City Tire. Bad front wheel bearing. Not a cheap repair, but impossible for me to accomplish at home. This shop has consistently provided quality work at fair prices. Dont expect a discount, expect professional diagnosis and focused work. They dont find a bunch of problems on the car that will cost you plenty for not much benefit. They do the work required and requested, with no pressure to buy unneeded services. I have worked with them for many years now and they are one of the few shops I completely trust. I describe them in two words: Integrity and Quality.

Ive been going to River City Tires for many years. Have I tried other service centers? Certainly, plenty, including those at sales dealerships. Regardless the make or model, I always end up back at RCTs. Theyre the friendliest and fairest repair center around. And they truly want their customers to be happy. Do they ever slip up? Certainly. Theyre only human & do make mistakes, but they dont take offense when you bring it to their attention, and they correct it quickly. You dont need to complain & bad-mouth them on Facebook to get satisfaction. Just give them a call or stop by. And they arent high pressure like many other centers. Theyll make recommendations and tell you how soon you should take care of it; immediately, 6 months, 2 oil changes later, whatever. Good people to deal with. They recognize you when you enter the shop, and remember what vehicles you drive. Thats how they win the Quad City Times, Best Auto Center, year after year.

Great service cheap price new tiers

On Nov. 8, I ran over a large object in the lane of traffic on North Brady street just south of Silver Creek. The object strike flattened the tire, caused a 2 inch deep dent in my wheel and broke my wheel cover and messed up my alignment. I was able to limp into the parking lot of Village Inn and from there had the car towed to River City Tire. Kurt and Tyler at River City took good care of me even initially arranging for the tow. Tyler continued all that day to work to find discounts from the manufacturer of the tire for the road hazard incident. The tires on my car were purchased at River City and presented some premature wear wear as well. Tyler continued to update me on the acquisition of a rim and wheel cover and provided me with a loaner vehicle until my car was fixed two days later. The people discounted labor on a premature weak battery as well. All in all, River City made a bad experience tolerable. They even put my spare that I had taken out of its storage and the tools back in their proper places, without being asked!
