I just had the most pleasant experience with Mr. Pepe . He is a most gracious and generous man, who took a good deal of time to help me solve a problem over the phone! I am most impressed with his skill, knowledge and patience in his explanation of things. He clearly likes to help people, and for that I will use him and recommend him to anyone and everyone I can for appliance repair.

I discovered Mr. Pepe through a referral and am so grateful I did! He was responsive and immensely helpful. I explained what was happening with my Frigidaire dryer, and he quickly ordered a replacement part (without even seeing it). So, when he arrived, he could quickly repair it and I was back to cleaning my clothes. He is also incredibly kind and fairly priced, which is comforting. I never felt like I was being ripped off. I would recommend him over and over.

Pepe was amazing, not only was he friendly with great customer service skills, he was also patient, he explained everything he was doing in details, it was apparent that he takes prides in what he does.. another repairman told me that my washer was shot and I had to get a new one. However, Pepe said he would give it a try and wouldn’t charge me anything if he couldn’t fix. Needless to say that my washer is working again.. I’m very pleased.

I am exteremly satisfied with the service we recieved from Mr. Pepe. He is very thorough and does a lot more than the job requires. He is also very honest and sticks to his prices so you wont be surprised when he is done with the job. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone that needs an appliance fixed. I wouldnt hesitate for one second to use him again if any of my appliances needed repairs!

I called up Pepe Appliance and Services after being disappointed with a previous tech service experience with my washing machine.Mr. Pepe was very kind and offered various alternatives to fix the problem without suggesting replacement of parts which most of the technicians generally do without even looking at what is broken. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and the issue turned out to be a broken knob which I replaced for under $10. He was very thorough and explained in details what he had found was wrong, showed me the broken part of the knob and even put the temporary fix so that I can use the washer till I get the new knob. I’m glad I called him and didn’t pay $300 to the other Technician for a problem that didn’t even exist.On a side note, I rarely take the time to write a review for any company I use. I was really impressed with Pepe Appliances and would use their services in future if required.
