Without even doing a proper diagnostic on my refrigerator, technician told me it was a common issue that a compressor and coils go bad and quoted me a price at just about the cost of a new fridge. When I declined the work he tried to sell me a maintenance plan. A total waste of $99! I ended up getting a second opinion and it turned out that wasnt even the problem. What a scam and try to upsell you !!!!

Repair services were excellent. The service technician showed how to keep snow blower clean from junk but also the type of fuel to use. He spent over two hours with use. When he left the snow blower was working.

An absolute brutal experience. Took over 6 weeks and 4 visits to fix my Dryer and the final solution (F1 Error) was the same solution i set up the appointment with in the first place! No wonder Sears is going out of business and this dryer is the LAST piece of Kenmore in my house. Next time it breaks, new dryer and officially no relationship with Sears again!!!

They couldnt fix my old appliance yet they still charged for coming out. They couldve just told me over the phone that they cant fix it and not waste my time and money.
