The leasing manager alisha is really horrible to people. Do not move here. It’s way over priced also. The need a new leasing person bc everyone can’t stand her!! Our church members will not rent there anymore

I have lived at Bay Breeze for about a year and a half. It has been the absolute best experience. The staff is phenomenal. I can email/text or call if I am having a problem with something or just have a question and they respond immediately. The maintenance staff is so efficient. When they are finished with any issue I may have I get a service call email asking if everything was done to my satisfaction. I have never lived anywhere that the staff paid so much attention to detail. The grounds and pool area, the gym...everything is kept immaculate. It is a wonderful place to live...and wonderful staff taking care of everything. They take pride in their work and it shows!

Absolutely love this complex. Its tucked away in its own little world yet still in the heart of Daphne, so everything is within a few minutes drive. The office has (hands down - zero competition) THE BEST PEOPLE EVER.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Support Manager Kimberly for helping me feel so comfortable and guiding me through all the steps of my move to Bay Breeze. After visiting and viewing eight places, I knew Bay Breeze was the the perfect place to make home! I love the atmosphere and couldn’t have asked for a better floor plan. I feel safe and love sitting out on my balcony overlooking the lake and woods.I see myself here for a long time! Thanks to all that put and make Bay Breeze an amazing place to live!

So glad I chose this place! First of all, Kelly (in the office) is more than helpful, resourceful and sweet! The grounds are always so neat and clean. The maintenance staff are very prompt and friendly. The community is very quiet and great for pets! I would and will recommend it to everyone!

We moved here from Wisconsin a month ago and chose this apartment site unseen. Glad we did. The staff was awesome and is awesome, very helpful and we luv the apartment. Very quiet and we have lake view, luv waking up to every morning. The apartment is very nice and homey. Met our neighbors, very nice people. Our dog likes the dog park and we have used the pool alot, very nice pool. Getting into this apartment complex made our move to a new area alot easier.

This is a great place to live no matter what age you are. The front office staff is amazing. Kelly is so helpful and really cares for her tenants. The maintenance staff is quick and proficient and the community of people are so welcoming and friendly. This isn’t just an apartment complex, it’s home and family.

I just renewed my lease for another year. This place is amazing!!! It is nestled in a quiet, secluded part of Daphne, AL. As soon as you turn into apartment complex, you immediately get a serene view of shade trees and rolling hills .During fair-weather months, I sleep with my windows open...I go to sleep with the quietness of the night and awake to the songs of birds outside my window. The staff is very friendly and immediately take care of any problems which arise .I feel safe and comfortable here at Bay Breeze. I love the amenities and I truly feel at home living here . Definitely, my pick from other apartments in area .

I love living at bay breeze! The staff is great & they are very quick to fix any problems you may have. I love that every time I walk into the office they know who I am & what apartment number I live in. I have never lived in an apartment complex where the staff that works in the offices knows you by name. Also where maintenance is so quick to fix anything in your apartment that is not working properly. The location is great! Very close to the interstate, gas stations & grocery stores. The best part is that it is very private compared to most apartment complexes.

My husband, 4-yr old daughter, and I moved into Bay Breeze Apartments about 6 weeks ago after moving to the area from NC. The entire process working with Alisha from choosing our apartment to the lease signing process was easily done online without trouble. She made us feel very comfortable and was eager to answer any questions we had about the apartments and about the surrounding area. The day we moved into the apartment was wonderful! We were so pleased with how beautiful the space is. And the view of the lake from our private balcony, living room, and master bedroom is incredible! I commute to West Mobile every day for work and I truly look forward to making that turn into the neighborhood and coming home to my beautiful apartment where I can unwind and relax at the end of my day. I feel safe, comfortable, and appreciated. I absolutely recommend Bay Breeze, hands down.

Best place to live! The staff are not only personable and courteous, but they also are there for you if you need anything. The buildings themselves are wonderful for the prices and very well taken care of. Lived here for almost a year and have never had any problems! I moved into Bay Breeze mid-March and I love it. The office staff has been more than gracious and kind. Maintenance is done promptly. I feel safe here and Im so close to work I can walk there. I love the staff!! Great place to live.

Living here has been great. My patio opens up to some water and the whole complex is always quiet. The office staff have also been great and welcoming. They were fantastic as I was in a rush to find a place to stay and they helped me out tremendously. I would definitely recommend living here.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Bay Breeze Apartments. Bay Breeze is located in a great area if you like to be active outside. My husband and I are also enjoy taking the shortcut, over the dam, to the shopping center thats nearby. We have gotten to know the office staff and they have helped us anytime we have needed their assistance. The maintenance staff is also very helpful and prompt.

BEST Managagment EVER! I moved in 3 years ago and no plans on leaving. They take care and Love their residents. When I have maintenance issues they are on top of it and done almost immediately. . .

My husband and I and daughters moved here from Missouri and have loved this place since we have moved in. Alisha and Kelly have been so helpful throughout our stay here. Both were really informative and we have enjoyed getting to know them and the rest of the Staff at Bay Breeze. They have holiday socials where they award prizes and where all the visitors can come together and enjoy time together. A great place to live! My wife and I live on the bottom floor and never hear our upstairs neighbors! Were quite impressed with the quality they put into these apartments. The office staff are always polite and friendly. They meet and exceed expectations. If there are any issues, maintenance is there FAST! Everyone is just as sweet as they can be, including the community. I highly recommend Bay Breeze! I just love it here!

Recently signed a third lease here at bay breeze and it’s been amazing every step of the way! The complex just gets nicer and nicer! Staff is so friendly and always reliable.

I have lived here two years and recently leased again for a third year. The staff is easy to deal with, kind, helpful and courteous. The apartments are very well kept inside and out. Location is fantastic easy and accessible to Mobile, Daphne and Spanish Fort. I would encourage anyone to rent here. Beautiful apartments in a nice little private nook away from noise.

I love living here! I’ve been here for a year and a half now and have very limited problems. What problems I have had, have been addressed very quickly and efficiently. The management are great! Alicia is wonderful to work with and the maintenance team keeps everything clean and well maintained. Great convenience to Daphne/Spanish fort and actually within walking distance to a few shops and restaurants if anyone wanted to. Best place to live in Daphne by far!

My boyfriend and I have lived in Bay Breeze for almost two years now and we have loved every minute of it! Everyone from the office staff to the maintenance crew has been absolutely amazing. Not to mention the quality of the apartments, grounds and amenities along with their amazing rates! It has been an awesome place to call home!

Let me start off by saying Kimberly the support manager at Bay Breeze apartments is the greatest!!!! From encounters with managers at my last apartment complex I was a little hesitant to call about anything. There attitudes were horrible... But that was not the case with Mrs Kimberly from day one before the move in and after she has made me feel comfortable to call about anything!! My concerns are her concerns. She takes them serious and gets it taken care of. I’m now wishing this had been my first stop before I wasted 5 miserable years at Au**b** park apartments

We decided to sell our house in Illinois and move to the eastern shore last fall. Finding a place to live from 12 hours away was proving to be quite a stressful, discouraging experience....until I spoke with Kathy Morris at Bay Breeze. From the second I started telling her our needs, she was so friendly and attentive! She listened to all my fears of moving from a house in the country into an apartment complex in town and was extremely patient with my million questions and concerns! She happily sent me emails with detailed photos of every unit available! That was huge to me considering I could hardly get even a return phone call from other complexes! Her bright, friendly, helpful personality immediately sold me on Bay Breeze!! She then maintained constant email and phone contact with me through every step of the process! She always had words of encouragement for me as we were making this major life change. When the day actually came for us to arrive at our new home, we ended up running very far behind schedule. She personally meet us at the apartment late at night so we would have our keys!! She went far above and beyond the call of duty for us! Now that weve been here a little over 2 months, I can say this....we LOVE it here!!! Our apartment is absolutely beautiful and has been very well maintained! They pay attention to the little details, which we appreciate! The quality of our unit is outstanding! Any minor issues weve had with an appliance were immediately resolved! The neighbors weve met have all been very friendly and welcoming! Our dog loves all his new neighborhood pals! The amenities are wonderful and we really do feel like were living in a resort. My teenage son is in heaven because he can walk across the lake to Game stop haha! I cannot say enough good things about Bay Breeze and Kathy! If youre looking for a nice place to live in a very convenient location with wonderful amenities, I highly suggest Bay Breeze!!

Bay Breeze Apartments is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and I have lived in about three others. The office and staff is so welcoming and helpful with every problem I have ever come across. Living in this complex is pure bliss.

Its only the result of working out of town that forces a pending move away from Bay Breeze. Its certainly not the fault of the property, location or staff. Frankly, the previous list is the reason why Ive put off moving for as long as I have. Extra mention must be directed toward the staff. Alicia, Kathy and Milton are the reason that this good community is exceptional. I can honestly say that leaving them will be like leaving family. I can highly recommend Bay Breeze without hesitation...

Living here has one of the best apartment complex experiences Ive ever had. The property management is Fantastic and very understanding and works with you when issues arise and gets them taken care of completely, period.

Professionally managed, immaculate grounds, and helpful staff are 3 reasons I like Bay Breeze. I renewed my lease for another year. The location is convenient to the Eastern Shore Trail, shopping and I-10. Every month they do something for the residents...socials, breakfast, movie night, etc.

What a waste of time and gas! I had a tour set up a day before the visit and had an application done online. They waited until I drove from robertsdale to tell me my 6 month old was one heartbeat too many. I could have saved gas if they would have simply e-mailed me.

We moved here back in July 2016 (from Ilinois) without being able to see the apartment. The office staff is always friendly greeting you with a smile. There is a community function every month and we live in a green community. I am totally happy and would recommend these apartmentsto everyone.

Okay, I promise my opinion/review is not biased .So I have lived at Baybreeze Apartments in Daphne, Al. for almost two years. I can honestly say the staff goes over and beyond for their residents. Whenever I have encountered an issue a quick walk or phone call to the office is all it takes and almost immediately maintenance staff makes it their top priority to keep you as a resident satisfied. The administrative staff inside are super friendly and always try to keep the Baybreeze community tight knit by hosting a caviate of events such as bbqs, pool parties, and even movie nights by the pool. The area is quiet, and safe I really like how the apartment complex are nestled away into Daphne and its conveniently located next to a mini mall sure to cater to all your wants and needs. This Apartment Complex is a bang for your buck and will exceed your expectations.
