Left msg yesterday evening and received a quick return call from Adam. Adam graciously worked schedule a time when hubby was awake. Adam arrived on Time! Can’t even tell you this has never happened. I truly believed our house was in dire need cleaning. Imagine my surprise when Adam told me it didn’t. He gave me tips to clean little areas. I cannot say enough accolades regarding Adam an his family company. He is honest, courteous, respectful. Call Adam for your family needs. Bonus was getting to meet such a nice young man!

I have used Sacks Inc. multiple times now and each experience has been Great! Sacks Inc. recently Power Washed my House Exterior, Windows, Patio, Porches Sidewalks and Curbs. The next day was a bright sunny day and I was amazed again how bright and clean everything was. When I opened my window blinds the sun shined through So Bright. I suddenly felt refreshed by his aggressive sales, because recently beung perturbed by apathetic companies not calling me back. My small business of 30 years had a reputation of conveying that I wanted your business, Id always call you back, thanked you for your business, and stayed hungry for more giving you a new business card every time, and handing cards out in community on a regularly.So, because of this factor, and Mr. Sacks personality, I decided to give them a try. His son came with the same personality, knowledge and skills. My carpet cleaning experience was superior! Ill call them again!

UPDATE: I tried to use Sacks again recently. When I called to ask about their pricing, the owner was very nice. When I finally told him I was going to use a different service because wed received a coupon in the mail and it was significantly cheaper, he got upset with me. He told me other companies didnt know what they were doing, but his did! After I finally got off the phone with him, he called me back TWICE to continue telling me only his company knew how to handle dog stains and odors and safe cleaning. I will NOT be using Sacks again.I could not be happier with my service from Sacks. The owner was incredibly nice on the phone and worked with me to get us scheduled as soon as possible. When his son came to clean our couch, he was so kind and professional. He explained everything he was doing and did an excellent job on our furniture. Sacks has gained a faithful customer in us and we will definitely use them again in the future!

I called Sacks Cleaning to help me with a stained oriental rug and heirloom hand embroidered chair cushions. In addition the cleaned my carpet and sofa upholstery. They were very helpful and respectful of the age and damage to my antique items. They even returned several days later to spot clean the chairs, carpet, and sofa. I trusted Sacks with my family heirlooms and will use them for all my cleaning needs in the future.

Adam and his crew did a great job on our home. He cleaned our 2 bedrooms and a rug that had pet dander. They smell and look brand new.

Third time to use Sacks. The first 2 times were for carpet cleaning and they went overboard to make sure that we were happy with the results.The third time was for pressure washing our home and for window cleaning. We have never seen such a beautiful finish to a power washing job! They explained the process that is very different from other companies who often use chemicals that damage the siding or paint finish. Great job!!!

I didnt know, but was very happy to learn that Sacks not only cleans carpet but stretches carpet as well. Im thrilled with the results, which saved me from having to replace carpet in rental property I own. I was dreading having to shop and pay for new carpet, and fortunately Sacks saved me the time, money and inconvenience of doing so. I thought the price was extremely reasonable. We were fortunate to choose their services for cleaning the windows and washing the house prior to moving to Fairhope in the spring of 2017. The work they did was transformative to our property; changing it from tired and a bit worn in appearance to a look of having been brightened and refreshed. Additionally, the cleaning was protective of the structure, preventing deterioration from mold and mildew.We have recently had last years services repeated and with the same wonderful result. We highly recommend this company.

I spoke to a gentlemen on the phone about cleaning my drapes. He told me they only cleaned them while they were hanging. He made a point to say the cleaning wasnt nearly as thorough as a dry cleaners. That was all right with me. I was happy to have them done in place. The quote for two sets of drapes, two couches, one chair, traffic area in two small bedroooms and one long runner was just over $500.00. When the crew came the estimate came to just under $1000,00 The man who was in charge strongly suggested that the drapes not be cleaner. We agreed to do just the furniture and traffic area, runner. The cost was $535.00The rug in the bedroom had residue from maskin tape which they were unable to remove. After the runner and other small areas were dried, except for the runner, the resuslt was unsatisfactory. Another company came in and cleaned the tape residue for $65.00 and said thet do small door rugs complimentary.I feel this service was overpriced and unsatisfactory
