Came up to my mother in laws in Daphne and needed to get the house taken care of before we sell it. Rugs need to be cleaned, sofa and most important the duct work cleaned out. We called Stanley Steamer of Daphne, what a great deal. We are so happy with the work the two brothers did to the house. Both Chris and Dustin did an outstanding job not only with the rugs but the air duct work did wonders. The air is cleaner and just feels great. Definitely recommend these guys, not only professional but friendly and down to earth. Great guys and great deal!!

They cleaned the carpets and they look better than they have vs any other service that has cleaned here. Having said that...The technician/salesman will show up and try to sell you a ton of services that they will give you a great deal on because they are your friend. Decline all of it. The enzyme treatment, pretreatment, post treatment, etc.seem to largely be imaginary. I signed up for some but they did not modify what they were doing at all.Also they will not move or clean under any piece of furniture that you do not EXPLICITLY ask them to clean under, so keep an eye on the work and speak up; they wont do anything they dont absolutely have to on their own.Having said all of that, the carpets look great.

We had quite a few pet issues in the carpet and the guys came out and used a special cleaner on the areas and it got rid of all the spots and smells! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Worth calling these guys out. I added before and after pictures!

The guy broke the valve on my water hose connector when hooking up his equipment & left me stuck with a plumbers bill of $247 for his mistake!! Also, my tile looked the same as it did before the job was done to say the least, definitely would not recommend.

The guys that steamed clean my carpets are great! They were extremely nice and very professional. My house smells so clean and my carpets look brand new! I also have pets and a small child who constantly leaves stains on the carpets. Now theyre in pristine condition! Highly recommend these guys!

The Stanley Steemer reps, Chris and Blake were awesome!! The grout lines in my kitchen and bathroom tile were grimey and black from years of high traffic from kids and pets. Stanley Steemer had several options for me and after discussing their colored sealants and the fact that they offer a 5 year transferable warranty on them, I felt like this was an opportunity to have my tile flooring looking “better than new”. My only regret is that I didn’t get them out sooner. Also, the Mobile/ Baldwin county Stanley Steemer is family owned and operated and it was very evident that their customer satisfaction is top priority. FIVE STARS for these guys!!!

I was very pleased with the service, the professional knowledge and equipment, and friendly courtesy of the two men who came to my house.I did upgrade the cleaning technique and add a protective treatment after the cleaning to sustain the good results. These were good recommendations given the condition and traffic patterns of my carpet.I wont wait 3 years again to call them! I sincerely recommend them.

I am absolutely amazed at how my carpet looks brand new again! The new owners of this franchise are extremely professional. The gentlemen who came to steam my carpet were first class professionals. Stanley Steemer is not cheap, but we were looking at the prospect of replacing all the carpet in a home we just bought. They came in and made it look like it was nearly new. Nobody cleans like these guys do. They also cleaned the tile in our shower and made it look like new as well. They just went under new ownership and the guys showed up in a brand new truck with top notch equipment. Friendly service that I would recommend to anyone. They saved us thousands.

Dustin and Blake were very professional and on time! They did a walk through with me and paid very close attention to all the problem areas and removed all my stains! Chris came to clean my carpets. The company was extremely Covid-19 friendly, and he exercised extreme caution and professionalism. The carpet was heavily soiled with older stains, and they did an amazing job getting everything cleaned. He explained the process, and even altered my service because I had ordered a process that was not needed for my carpet type. He saved me money! I will be calling them again soon on my other properties.

I have nothing but compliments for the Stanley Steemer team that came to my house today. I woke up to the fact that my German Short Hair decided to mark my loft banisters which meant it went alllll over the top and the bottom floor. Apparently he snuck up there before because when I went up to see what happened there were dried set stains. It was a mess.It was about 10:30 when I called Stanley Steamer. Chris and Dustin were here by this afternoon and unbelievably got every single gross mark out of my upstairs carpeting and even cleaned the rug underneath for me. AND my house smells so good.They explained the process, let me review what they felt should be done to take care of the problem and did a fantastic job.Very personable clean cut guys who know their business.Thank you for a very positive experience.

They wouldnt clean my furniture it was 2 young guys and it was late in the evening and you could tell the job was too long for them to do so they told me that they couldnt do my furniture so I called another company and they did exactly what Stanley couldnt and wouldnt do cleaned my furniture

Technicians were very polite and professional, but my complaint is that my credit card was billed twice and once I called the office and spoke with Patrica she informed me that they noticed that and has credit my account which will take 2-3 days, after noticing I have more transactions pending and and this will place my account NEGATIVE she stated she had no control over how long it take to process. I asked to speak with a manager (Megan) who stated the same thing so nonchalantly offered to send me an email of the transaction, she also stated the technician shouldn’t have taken my payment, and again how is this my fault as a customer! All she offered a useless apology and will send me an email. How does this help my account with my financial facility. Needless to say I will NEVER use them again nor will I recommend them.

Stanley Steemer came out to do a few rooms. It looked good until it dried. They graciously came back out and commented that the streaks in the carpet, possibly due to clogged jet during initial cleaning and cleaned the problem area again. Note that we do have pets/pet stains, but the streaks are still visible and in different places the same width of the equipment they used. We gave Stanley Steemer a try and think we will go back to another carpet cleaning service.

Didn’t move furniture as promised, didn’t clean under rugs, didn’t do a closet they were asked to do. Won’t give a refund. I had family coming in the next day and rented a cleaner and cleaned it at midnight. I called to complain, the manager won’t call me back and the lady on the phone was rude!

Ive used Stanley steemers multiple times and they always meet or exceed my expectations. Great work at a great price!
