I rented a car in New Orleans to evacuate in the wake of Hurricane Ida. This Enterprise location allowed me to return my car without any extra fees and offered awesome costumer service. I will happily rent from this location again. Thank you for offering such amazing service during a such a stressful time.
We’ve used every rental car agency in the book (in Baldwin county). This has “by far” been the best experience. Cleaner and better quality vehicles. Super friendly service. We won’t go anywhere else now.
Called to let me know that vehicle was ready for pick up a day early. Had vehicle outside and ready to go ( but not fully fueled, -1 star), and associate did walk around prior to signing out contract on vehicle.

I recently tried to rent from this Daphne,Al enterprise on HWY 98 two weeks straight. Dec-20 and December 30. Both times me and two others received cars that were damaged. The first time the windows did not roll back up and the second time the car would not lock. They always try to put you into another SUV of you rent a compact car. The SUV are damaged also. I’m having trouble contacting hire management for this location. If anyone know how please send contact. The manager is a you stocky black male that was very nice until you report a problem. There’s another enterprise close by. I’ll encourage all of you to go there to rent a vehicle.
We had car trouble while traveling. Called and made reservation-fora rental car. Was told there was a car there for us. Received a confirmation email. Took taxi to enterprise place. Was told they didn’t have a car. They would not look for another car for us at another place.We called enterprise and was told that the nearest car was Mobile and we were on our own to get there and they were closing at noon. This was at 11.

I had an appointment for pickup scheduled at a local collision center. I was stuck at the collision center and waiting on hold with Enterprise, for two hours. We had to call an Enterprise in the next city over and have that manager call/text the manager of the Daphne location on US98. Once they picked me up I was taken to the enterprise on 98 and placed in line, with 3 other people, where I had to wait almost hour, again. No explanations or apologies. Be warned, if you have a car reserved in advance and a pickup time scheduled for 8am, you will not have a ride before 1030am. Absolutely ridiculous! Why even make reservations?
This was the worst experience I have had with Enterprise. It took 3 calls to get them to come pick me up. When I called the second time the manager in training blamed it on another person when I know it was he that I spoke to. The car was dirty on the inside. The trunk was cleaner than the inside. The windshield and mirrors were smudged. It took about 45 minutes to return it. I think the next time I need a car I will look else where.
Good customer service-fast pickup and a great car. Nissan Maxima! Im not happy about getting charged a full day because I dropped off after hours-I dropped it off at 5:30, office closed at 5:00, but thats in the contract. Other than that-Im happy with my experience.
The reservation process was quick and easy. The employee who checked me in was kind and courteous and I received a free upgrade!I returned the car Sunday and received my $200 refund by Tuesday! I will definitely be using their services again.
The process of renting was great, quick, friendly, affordable, but the car itself didnt have any air conditioning and by the time we realised it we were already on the road. It was cool the night we left so i didnt need it but the next day we did, and it didnt work we had my mother in law with us she is in her 70s so made for a long miserable trip

I rented a car for Friday, Saturday. One of the worst experiences of my life, you guys gave me 2019 Nissan Sentra. The person who was sold me the car KNEW the car had issues before he gave me the keys to vehicle, tried to pressure me into getting road side assistance because I bet if you go back to the log the person before me had tire issues and it was reported. Not only that the car had a brake malfunction, the vehicle went into complete stop during the traffic lights and it could have affected my life during those days it was raining both of the days that I had the vehicle, but thank god I remained untouched. You guys did try to accommodate me and stated you would refund me back for the entire car (which you did) but what about a throughly investigation in regards to putting my life at risk. I am unhappy, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this company.
The whole experience was great. The associates were friendly and helpful in ensuring we had a vehicle that suited our needs. The return policy made it easy to turn the vehicle in. From start to finish it all went smoothly, thanks to the outstanding folks at the Daphne location. Thank you.
The people are very nice and Enterprise has good cars with good pricing but the pick up and return operations are overly complicated and time consuming.I am a member of both Hertz and Enterprise clubs with account numbers and all my information stored online. When I rent with Hertz I show up and my ticket is already printed out with the keys ready. I am usually driving away 5 minutes after I get to the rental facility. This is not the case at Enterprise. You show up and and have to wait in line only to find out they do not have the class of car you rented online, look for another car, THEN start doing all the paperwork. Its usually a 20 to 30 minute process.Enterprise needs to have a separate line for the people who have reserved online and have their car ready to go. For business travelers that rent 20-30 times per year this half hour wait just becomes more of what is already going to be a long day. This is why I only rent from Enterprise as a last resort.
Ive dealt exclusively with Enterprise for the past several years. In these trying times I still find them professional and accommodating. I highly recommend!
Always a good experience with Enterprise. The cars are always later model and lower mileage, and they are clean. The staff is always dressed professionally, and there attention to detail is obvious. Five stars!!

I have always had great experiences renting from my local Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Most likely the experience this time was the aftermath of the trials of Spring, 2020. The service was much less professional, less friendly, and felt haphazard almost. We ended up with a nice vehicle but it was dirty when given to us, including the interior. We mentioned it and the representative took it in the back to wash it, sort of. We had to come home and wash the windshield before heading out on our trip.When we came back to return the vehicle we stood waiting with no one offering to help for quite a while. Again, Im sure the excellent management from the past has been affected by the difficulty businesses are having now.
I am not one to leave bad reviews, but sometimes they are due. I rent cars regularly for business trips and four times in a row I’ve had a terrible experience with the Hwy 98 Daphne location. The staff is nice upfront until you have issues. One of the managers was extremely rude after my last rental (during COVID) when they were late getting my car ready and then after hurrying through the check out process I get down the road (late already) to find they didn’t clean the car at all. After a lot of back and forth on the phone and a report to the district manager, I was discounted for the rental. Too little, too late in my opinion.
I am so happy with my rental experience with Enterprise. I needed a car just for one day while visiting my home in Fairhope to take my sister to the doctor. We had to do this at the last minute and I was super anxious.When we arrived they were extremely busy but the representative that helped me was super nice, and extremely attentive to my needs.I ended up in a little Nissan Sentra that was just perfect. I wish I had his name! Anyway he was the youngest one there it seems and had a kind smile. One thing I must say maybe the others they could smile a bit more too. Even with a mask your eyes can say you are smiling!! My vehicle was personally washed delivered it to me. When I got into this car It smelled and felt like new.Also, they all wore their mask and they practiced social distancing. This was a BIG plus to me!!! We are all very 😱 scared now with this virus. Anyway ! Yes loved my experience ! Thank you. I will use them again no problem.

The rental car that they exchange me in was nasty. Dog hair is on the ceiling of the car, red stuff splattered on the ceiling, windshield wasnt cleaned and bumps and scratches on the front and back bumper. I called twice to the rental place and didnt get answer until the next day. Still in the rental due to my car being in the shop to be fix, but I refuse to clean this car. I am going to bring it back just like I received it....nasty. I rent from enterprise all the time, but this is the worst that I have received.

So this was the first time I rented from Enterprise and I was looking forward to trying someone other than Hertz. I picked up the car and they were very helpful and easy to deal with, we walked outside and the representative told me no damage was noted on the car, I looked it over anyways and got the keys and left. I had a great trip and loved the car. When I returned the car there was a lady who walked out to check it out and she was gone for a while so I went out to the car and she asked: did you use your own insurance? I said yes. She said there was a huge dent in the front of the car. I walked around to the front of the car and there was no dent. She said if you look really close you can see a wave in the bumper cover. I looked and sure enough there was a little wave in the bumper cover because it has a support in several different places spaced 6 inches or so apart. I explained that is how the vehicle was made and I had been in autobody and Paint world for 20+ years. She asked me if I hit something or if someone sat on the hood. I said no and had to tell her to call my insurance if she really had a problem with it and she finally dropped it. I always use my own insurance because it provides better coverage than theirs but I believe this may have been a plot to get more money out of me.
The best place to rent. very friendly. Very helpful. Great cars to rent. My opinion is if you need a car, rent from Enterprise.

I just want to say, which I also relayed to the local location in Daphne,AL, that the vehicle I was given for my rental was not clean. The outsidelooked like only parts of the vehicle had been washed, the windshield waslike something was baked on the windshield causing a ton of streaking.Theinterior was not vacuumed or wiped clean. There was sticky something onthe interior doors, seats etc. The carpet had animal hair all over it & I was told no animals in the vehicle.Considering the world we are living in currently with all the sickness andCovid, extra steps would be taken to make sure you are keeping yourcustomers safe and the vehicle would be cleaned COMPLETELY!!I will be needing a rental car I know of for sure next in November and ifthis is the type of cleanliness I can expect, I may have to consider goingelsewhere.Melissa Starnes
We had a great experience with Enterprise (Hwy. 98, Daphne)! Booked a rental since our personal vehicle was going to be in the shop for over a week for repairs. I booked online then called to tell them Id need a ride from the shop the following week. They made a note of it including that Id have a big car seat. They picked me up in a more upgraded vehicle than Id reserved. They explained that the cars on their lot were small and didnt have room in the backseat for a large car seat. They honored my reservation price even for the upgraded vehicle. Excellent customer service! We were very pleased and will use them again if we need a rental vehicle. Thank you!!

The people work at the Daphne office are always nice.The car looked good. But the inside smelled like a smokers car. Everyone who got in it comment on the smell.A little disappointing

I rent vehicles at this location frequently for travel with my job. The staffers are always pleasant and helpful. The vehicles with the exception of the windows are usually well cleaned. However, I have one major issue. Why should I go to the trouble to reserve a vehicle when one is never ready when I get there. I view this is a management problem. If I go into an airport Enterprise, I can walk right up to the counter and Im on my way in 5 minutes but at this location the wait is usually 20 minutes or longer because they prep each vehicle while the customer waits. Several people from my office that live in the Daphne area will not use this location because of this. They prefer to go to the Mobile airport where their car will be ready.Cars which have been reserved should be cleaned and sitting ready for the renter, especially corporate rentals. I shouldnt have to waste my time waiting for a vehicle and then have to clean the windows before I can leave for my appointment. You could improve service and satisfaction if someone stayed as long as necessary the evening before to prep the reserved vehicles. This would also reduce the lines in the mornings.
Reserved an SUV for my husbands back...arrived in Daphne Al to pick up...3 SUVs in the lot, put in the smallest car they had..Ford fusion..lPlates expired in June...would not take a debit card..had to do the transaction outside in 90 degree heat...worst experience ever with Enterprise..also charged same price for small car as an SUV...

Great customer service. From the person who called to confirm my reservation, Especially the one who check me out was great. The process is shorter. I was in my rental car in like 5 minutes. I was really impressed. They have really improved since the last time I rented from them. I would recommend Enterprise to everyone.

Disappointed that I have to even give one starHORRIBLE location, I won’t use enterprise ever again. It will be a complete waste of your time. I made a reservation and not only was it not on file when I arrived, but they had ZERO cars to rent. They also have closed tons of branches so might as well not waste your time and just go with a different company all together. I have used them for years and this was the last straw because they offered ZERO help or a resolution.

They double charged me after Ive already paid weekly then charged another $820 took the keys to my rental refused to give me my money back took my card swiped it without my permission which I believe is a felony...Then made me walk with 2 car seats an all of my stuff a mile to my job..Great service...
Was satisfied with the Service until I was unable to contact ANYONE with Enterprise about the rental I had being stolen from my hotel parking lot.....SERIOUSLY....they dont seem to have a problem calling me to state a return date...guess Ill have to wait for this to happen so they can get the information from the Police report....again....SERIOUSLY?????
I’ve now been waiting more than TWO HOURS for my rental vehicle that was pre-arranged and confirmed via email on Thursday of last week. This has been such a TERRIBLE experience with this Enterprise office. Not only have we been inconvenienced, but have been treated extremely rude by “manager” Eric. Enterprise Corporation needs to take a serious look at how this office is being operated and make changes. After having had a positive experience with Enterprise in Tucson AZ in February, this has changed my mind and I won’t be using or recommending Enterprise in the future.

Comfortable cars. The people treat me like VIP. This place can get busy so make sure you plan in advance online or over the phone. When reserving online or over the phone if they don’t have what’s your reserved often times you get a free upgrade. Please remember to be kind and courteous as you patiently wait to be accommodated.
Despite having reserved my rental for a week prior to pick up, upon arrival I still waited 50 minutes for my vehicle. Corporate travel is my life as is punctuality for a meeting and having to wait 50 minutes for a vehicle I rental a week prior definitely has an impact. I use enterprise as we have a corporate account and not many options and I hope my review will helpImprove some processes. I am hoping my next rental which is scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday July 8, 2018 is a positive experience..... stay tuned !

I was in and out in around 20 min with a great rental. My insurance company (Geico) had set it up. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. They were extremely helpful. I was given a Nissan Altima with all the bells and whistles and they made sure I was comfortable with all the new toys in it. Now I have new car fever. I would love to keep this car, but my vehicle is paid off and it is nice not to have a car payment every month.
I’ve always had such good rental service from enterprise, but my last rental car was not cleaned throughly and had a horrible cigarette smell.
Have been renting cars from Enterprise every year for the last 7. Customer service is top notch. Any cares and concerns are taken care of immediately. Wont go anywhere else to rent.
Needed a car when my vehicle broke down. Response included the correct vehicle prepared and presented by a professional and personable staff at this location. Cannot ask for more. Tie was just the right person to pick me up when I needed something positive, she is a keeper. I spoke to another employee when I needed to extend my rental, he was prompt and correct in assisting me. Returning the vehicle, I was greeted professionally and courteously by yet another gentleman. I have high regards for the entire staff.

Valerie was a pleasure to work with in a time when I wasnt very happy. I was in a car accident and had to get a rental car. She gave me the sweetest ride on the lot and I had to keep it for nearly two weeks. When I returned it she was very cheery and wanted to know what kind of car I bought. Enterprise is always a pleasure to rent from--great customer service every time!!
I had to wait about 15 minutes as it was a busy time when I picked up, but the staff were friendly and efficient and I was driving off the lot in no time. There were no hard-sell tactics when they offered the additional insurance and options. I would use this location again. My car was returned to the Pensacola Airport location a week later and the return took all of ten minutes. Wonderful experience!

I have been using this location to rent cars for a few years since moving to eastern shore. They are constantly working to make improvements in service & turn around times. They can get really busy & have car shortages at times but they will usually call ahead to alert me when that happens so I can delay pickup. The staff here are great-helpful & friendly & make every effort to get you the car to need. Definitely recommend this location!
Non-electronic rear visibility is important to me. The 2018 Impala is very poor in this regard. Also the driver’s side window post restricts left turn visibility. Every other aspect of our rental experience was perfect as usual.
Rented a pick up truck for a day and truck back seat was really dirty. Glad I didnt have any passengers to have to ride in it.

Highly disastified with the service I recieved this past weekend.Ive made a reservation since May of this year with intentions of having a car for me and my daughter. But that was not the case, I instead recieved a call the DAY BEFORE me picking up that I will NOT have a car. Not only was it the day before, but it was after store hours so I was left unable to call back like they said to. I was therefore left in a panic moments before boarding my flight knowing I wont have a form of transportation for me and my child. That following morning/the day I was supposed to pick up, I recieved another call with the same message..no car and didnt even get help in resolving the issue, I instead was told that I reserved my car the day before, which I didnt, I have my confirmation emails from when I first booked and another stating my car will be ready for pickup. I asked if she could help in any way since Id reserved so far in advance and was told no and Id HOPEFULLY have a car that following week, which would do me no justice considering Id be flying back home. I instead was told to call other locations myself and see what they could do for me.So I then called the Mobile, AL location and explained my situation in hopes of them having a car but was given the same story and was told its the holidays, its busy etc, which I understand and is why I reserved so far in advance to avoid mess like this..but still received no help and was put on waiting list leaving me with no car.I then went up to the store myself to get a better understanding, and while waiting, I had seen people renting cars with no problem at all who had only reserved three months prior to pickup which made me even more upset considering I reserved since MAY.Both me and my child were highly inconvenienced and without a car. I was unable get her food and enjoy our vacation here as we planned.
The car was nice and so was the staff. I was surprised that my total amount was around $150 over the online price I was quoted. I knew that there would be some extra fees but not that much. Also for a person whos never driven a push to start car that would of been nice if they mentioned that.

They double charged my husband and I back in early Aug. When I called they indicated that my husbands card declined which is why they charged my card. I knew this was incorrect as we had the receipt from them and credit card company. I understands mistakes happen and supplied everything they needed to prove that we were double charged. However, here we are in Oct with no sign of us receiving our four hundred dollars back. I highly suggest going somewhere else.
Ive rented many cars, from various different rental car companies, in various states across this country; and I have never received better customer service than I have gotten at this Enterprise. The staff is always friendly & Im in and out in a timely manner. Compared to the other Enterprises in the area, this is bar none the very best one!!!Keep up the good work!
My family reserved a van for a long road trip 5 weeks ahead of time. 2 days before the rental we went by and they said it was all fine. The day of the reservation we get there and find out that they dont have a van and we have to take another car. We had to cram 5 people into a pathfinder for a 15+ hour car ride. They told us we could switch out on the road. We drove from AL to KS and kept having to call management back as they never called us back like they said they would each time. They told us not a single location had a van. We went through 4 states and couldnt get any help from enterprise. They didnt tell us ahead of time that the car wouldnt be available instead they lied to us and said everything was fine. We will never use them again and I suggest everybody else avoid them as well.
If you could post negative stars I would. My experience with them is nothing short of a nightmare!!! Horrible people. Dishonest is putting it lightly. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy there.

I rented a full sized car a month in advance for a trip that was going to take 12 hours one way and was given a Ford Focus!! Their service was definitely not customer driven. I was told to bring documentation at the time I made the reservation then told we needed different documentation when we went to get the car. We were told that we could take the Focus or nothing. We will NEVER do business with this location again and perhaps this company! I paid for a full size and expect a full size car....not a mid sized at a full size cost!!! VERY ANGRY!

Received a car that smelled like smoke. Location would not offer upgrade as per email I received. Last time renting (a week earlier) they gave me a car that had a tag on it that had been expired over 3 months not to mention the ice cream all over the back seat. This location Daphne Al Hwy 98 is a bad example of Enterprise and this office has gone downhill since I originally started using them
Slow. Had a line of people around the corner of building. Manager was on the phone talking to girl friend about having dinner. Manager told me he had to stay answering phone calls and there was 2 men outside taking care of customers and both men were helping 1 customer.
The manager is so rude mean and nasty at the one on Fredericks ville road in Daphne all do not go there
So, there’s no secret that this place stays busy but they accommodated me with a rental although I requested it through the 1-800 number after hours the day before Mardi Gras weekend began. They tried to update me about the shortage of cars, but my phone was disabled and I didn’t get the voicemail. I’m from out of town and came in pretty frantic about my phone not working. They figured everything out thanks to help from the manager on duty and the young man that took me out to inspect he rental car. I was told landmarks to look out for to get around plus a GPS in the car. Thanks again!!

Rented a car that was on empty. The car ran out of gas on the way to the Veterans Gas Station. Called and they put me on hold. Called again. Picked up and hung up. 3rd time they didnt answer. Had someone pick me up to get gas. Arrived back and they took knocked a few days off of the bill bc they were understaffed.Rented another car the following week. Attempted to pick it up. Ran 2 different cards. Their payment system was messed up and kicked my cards back which apparently locks your card out for 24 hours. Checked the funds and my card was processed twice. Both times for an amount that was more than the initial rental price. Showed them the charges, but it didnt show on their computer so their resolution was, I dont know what to do; the charges should drop off.They agreed to open early the next day to help out. So 7:15 a.m.The office didnt open until after 7:30. I wasnt the only one waiting. Needed the car the night before so I lost half a day of meetings. That means I lost half a day of productivity.They offered me 25% off of my next rental.Hands down the most unreliable rental company I have ever used. I understand that problems happen, but the reluctance to not help resolve the fact I was charged $267.46 twice and didnt leave with a rental day of is most disheartening. The Foley branch is helping resolve it...a week later. Figure that out.Not slander if its true. Js.

Have been renting from this location for years. Shanta and crew are the greatest. Rented a van from them once, they were not happy about some mechanical issues and upgraded us to Yukon XL at no additional cost. Cars have always been clean and ready. They even strive to get the make we request.

Rented car thru insurance company and was given choice of 2 vehicles, chose a Dodge Journey but after about 6 days it developed a severe engine problem. Took it back and was immediately given a new vehicle. Unfortunately a Ford 15 passenger van was all that was available so we took it for the day. The next day they swapped it out for a better vehicle. They were apologetc about lacking cars at that time but made sure we had something to drive until there was something better for us. The staff was very helpful and extra courteous and pleasant. Will definitely go back to Enterprise.
