The people are very professional and friendly and did a very good job on my Volvo XC 60 T AWD R Design which I love.i do recommend them.

Oh where do I start, these guys are highly unprofessional and incompetent people. Three weeks ago I spoke to the owner (George) and asked if he could replace the head gasket of my BMW M3 and I inquire if they have done any head gasket replacement for performance vehicles like this. Owner assured it can be done and he has perofrmed many tasks like this. End of first week, I called to get a status of my car and he mentioned one of his mechanics are sick and wasnt able to get to the car. Thats fine, people get sick. Middle of second week: he (George) mentioned he has conducted some preliminary diagnosis and he doesnt believe anything wrong with the car head gasket wanting to do more. I explained that head gasket is damaged between cylinder 1 and 2 and engine idles rough and if he had a chance to drive the car, and he said no. After further more tests he aggreed with my findings. By this time I had ordered addtional parts that cost me close to 700 dollars. End of second week: Called to get an update and to find out they dont have the tool to do the timing belt. Seriously??? professional mechanic place didnt know this needs a special tool to do the timing belt and accept a job without knowing what tool they need to fix a car??? but he mentioned he has worked on perfomance cars like this before...I wonder how?? He said he order the tool and be here on Monday. Tuesday of third week: He hasnt recieved the tool and waiting for the tool. Wednesday of third week: Went by the shop, car is sitting outside the shop doesnt seems like they have even touched the car at all. Called him to find out whats going on and he said he just got the tool and before I was going to say anything he lashed out and said come and get the car. Went to pick up the car and after closer investigation of outside and engine bay it seems like they have not even touched the car at all. No indication of even open the hood. During all this time my car was sitting outside in the rain and the sun. I rate them with a single star and realistically they dont deserve a single star and only reason I did so I can post this on Google.This may be family owned but bunch of unprofesssional, incompetent, crooks. Please do not take your car to them!!

Very competent technician trained to work on Porsches. I had an emergency shift cable failure and they looked at my car on the first day as well as locating the only replacement part available outside of Germany!!!Great reputation in the Eastern Shore area.

We have been using Jordan for years, for our Lexus. No matter how small or large the job, (blinker problem to rewiring) they have been fair and courteous. A couple times Ive left the car thinking that the fix would really cost me, but the honesty of this business never fails to come around. They fix the problem, charge a fair price, and are courteous to boot.

They are the best but be prepared to wait because they are busy.

I recommend that you steer clear of these baboons. Unfortunately, I trusted them to work on my car. They damaged my suspension, then the owner tried to intimidate me and yell at me, saying that my car was fine, when it left. Unbeknownst to him, I was listening outside the garage, as his son said, I dont know why I couldnt get it into calibration. The baboon had bent the sensor on my electronic suspension, so that the suspension was locked out. This damaged my mounts, as well. In addition, they didnt remove my tail lights, before removing my bumper and scratched the $h1t our of it. In addition, despite asking them if the backup sensors came painted to match, they installed black, unpainted sensors into my metallic gray car. In addition, they zip tied the towing hookup so that it hung so low to the ground that theres no doubt it would be ripped off the first time that I drove over a bump. In addition, they left a part off my car that prevented the sound from transmitting through the floor board. In addition, the baboon-like father yells and blames the victim for his shops incompetence. He also proceeded to spitefully rip out the foam insulation from my car, when I asked them to removed the incompetently installed part. In addition... steer clear.

Quality and consistencyThese guys are tops. Ive been using them for 15 years. Their integrity is impeccable. Ive been with them for 15 years. But they really work to make things right. A family run operation and they all work like it. Cant say enough good things about them...and I am not a easy customer...I question everything, take nothing at face value. Theyve never knowingly steered me wrong. I think there was one mistake about 10 years ago and they made it right...in fact I think they discovered it. You wont go wrong. And far from the most expensive...a great value.

George and his team are fair, nice, and honest. I take my bright red Z4 there, and no where else. Recommended to all.

My husband and I have been extremely pleased with the service and genuine concern that this company has provided, advising us on our 89volvo 740T. We had several things that needed attention including a timing belt, radiator, door hing, back hatch hydraulic lifts, just to mention a few.Yes it took a few days to get the parts but in the end everything we wanted repaired was compleated. And yes it was a sizable bill but we have always taken the approach that the cheapest car to have is the one you already own. We couldnt have purchased another car for the money it took to repair it, then if we had, we wouldnt know the history of a different car. We know this one!JORDAN Automotive is the best foreign car garage on the Eastern Shore if not in all of Alabama. We highly recommend them.
