Ive recently rented from their property management and the whole process was quick and easy. Kelly is amazing and very thorough when going over the rental lease.

Great friendly staff. Office may not be open for walk ins but you can pick up an application and a list of their properties right outside the office door. Someone is always there to answer your calls. The maintenance lady takes care of everything in a timely matter. I wouldnt rent from anyone else. Thank you Hauser reality group for our new home.

If you decide to use this company for rental property, I would strongly advise you to inquire about the owner of the property before you sign the rental agreement.We have lived in the same house for 5 years, and the owner of the rental property, Mr. Patel, is not responsive to requests to fix/replace essential equipment in the house in a timely manner. We have waited 3+ weeks for the refrigerator and stove to be fixed. It seems that we have an issue with plumbing every other month. The city inspected the house in February and the owners were given 30 days to fix the issues that the city identified. After several estimates and failed attempts to solidy a contractor, they have began the process of making the repairs...but they started from the outside.Needless to say, it has been 6 months and still no identifiable progress, and we have been refusing to pay the rent. We now receive phone calls every month asking for an update on when we plan to pay the rent; however, no one can seem to give us an estimated due date for when they plan to have all of the citys mandated repairs completed that they have had since February. While they have taken their time to address these issues, they still expect us to pay the rent in full, on time...And every month we hear, Well, they cant make the repairs without money coming in.. Excuse me? Weve been sending in money for the past 5 years...I am so over this!

They are some very rude people one of there property managers is nothing but a liar she said she had everything in the house fixed come to find out she disnt they day of move in then come to find out the issue isnt livable at all

Not so great. Charge $25 for application. Then tell me my income isnt enough. Doesnt how I budget & my record of paying rent over 45 yrs count???

I have used them for property management, and I must say I have not had any issues whatsoever with them. They work with me and are very knowledgable and easy to get along with. I have no complaints.

Terrible customer service. And a realtor failed to tell us the full information on a house before we put down the offer. That information made the process take an even longer amount of time which would have been nice to know before. Would not recommend at all. Wilkins realty co. Is much better service.

Real Estate Agent, Alvera Grimes, is the BEST!!!

I simply had some questions to ask and the lady automatically referred me to someone else, she didn’t even give me a clear phone number the first time. I had to call back, not very good customer service whatsoever. Once I called the number she provided, the gentleman was not seem very happy to have someone call him about some property... said he send me a link about the properties.... I’m still waiting on it. Long story short, I did not get to even ask the questions I wanted to.

No listings of rental properties, website is complicated to navigate

To think Ive called for the last 10 minutes to someone answering and hanging up. I know there is a voicemail answering service. To know that they have a childish individual answering and hanging up surely does not scream PROFESSIONALISM. I will be putting in my 30 days notice and will warn everyone I know they lack professionalism if your office manager sucks. You all suck!!
