I called Brian Ledbetter of Smithereen Pest Management Services on Friday, October 1, 2021. Brian Ledbetter and Smithereen Pest Management Services were recommended to me by Kim Mountain upon his retirement from Kim Mountain Pest Control. Brian was very polite and thoroughly explained the service/s that Smithereen provide for residential homes. Brian scheduled a service call for Monday, October 4. Service Technician, Sean, arrived shortly after noon on Monday at my condo. He was polite, informative, and thoroughly explained the process of their treatment for pest control. I appreciate both Brian and Sean for the professional work ethic they provide for Smithereen Pest Management Services.
