Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. Called to pay a invoice after being told that they would come out for 2nd time free of charge then for them to tell me I had signed a year long contract (I hadn’t signed anything). Bunch of crooks!!!! Would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Brian Rush came, the Area Manager, to our business on 11/19/15 to assist with a dead rodent in our vent. He was COMPLETELY rude and unprofessional to our owner and all of our staff, asking our owner to crawl under the crawlspace first before he would troubleshoot the problem and go underneath the foundation to address the issue. He was unable to assist with any of our issues and was completely unprofessional.

The dispatcher was polite but the person that contacted me was very pushy and seemed to have no answers to any of my questions.
