One of the best rent to own places around they will work with you and all your needs. They are wonderful Especially the Manager Trish I’ve gotten a lot stuff from there in each time it’s always been a great experience. Thank you for your consideration we need more company’s like y’all in the area.

Very nice and friendly environment Trisha the manager its always friendly and very helpful and I always come with a smile. I have recommended and sent plenty people to the Buddy establishment because of her. I tell anyone that needs anything and want it delivered on time to go to Buddy and ask to speak to Trisha.

Trish and the staff are excellent and provide great customer service, plus they willing to help you out when need to reschedulea payment. Ive bought all of my furniture from Trish and Ill continue to do so. One of my best experiences with them was when my mother passed away they sent condolences cards to my home and called me...I was out of work for a month and Trish put my account in forbearance until I returned to work....thats why I will always buy from her and the staff!

Moved here from New Jersey, I called about a stove, ensured me they had what I was looking for that I had seen online, someone came got my money and 7 HOURS later got my stove after 8 pm in the evening. Not only was it used it was worn around the dials AND it was DIRTY NOT TO MENTION broken! I have paid on it for 3 weeks now and FINALLY got a call yesterday they have a brand new stove in for me to deliver today between 2-7, an entire afternoon into the evening, I HAD to pick up my kids from school, my son in law was home, rather they begin to move the new one in and take old one out they LEFT said to call, they were gone TWO mins. when I Called back to get it delivered. They said they would get to me after he was through with the delivery he was on, called at 530 was told he was on the way, just called again 40 minutes later, told the same! It takes 20 mins to get anywhere in this town! I cant believe the attitude I got on the phone and the expectation of dealing with that kind of professionalism. Totally disgusted!

They have a great staff great service... they have done everything in there power for me to keep my furniture even if I couldn’t make a payment... love them

I will never as long as live get anything else from here when the guy Drew worked there it wasnt that bad but now that place is a joke they are unprofessional and play around way to much and Ill advice everyone else to take there business elsewhere a 1star is pushing it they dont deserve that

They are unprofessional call your phone over and over leaves notes on your door threatens to take you to court You can call tell them you going be two days late they will still call you and leave voicemails if I was you I will not rent nothing from this business
