As far as unload was concerned it was fairly quick...but trying to back into the door was absolutely horrible the sygma drivers pulled up blocked the roadway so you couldnt back in and when you ask them to move up they just look at you and walk away...no cooperation with over the road drivers at all..had to wait over an hour for them to move their trucks so we could back in as 3 otr trucks sat and waited...not to get doors but to back into them... worse place I ever delivered to in 25 years!!!

Avoid. Assuming you are an owner operator you have a choice. I wouldnt advise to deliver a load to this receiver. I am currently going on 6 hrs and still not finished. Come at your own risk. We need to take a stand against receivers like this.

Dont show up before 7-7:30 cause theres no over night parking. Park on shoulder in front of gate and walk to call box to Check in at 8pm. Take your bols with you when you go to call box. Once in the gate and backed to your door I was in and out in 30-45 max. Very pleasant lumper company on sight and the staff at sygma was very pleasant. I will definitely go back there again

Soooo soooo slow!!!!! If youre delivering, be prepared to wait.And wait, and wait.

Check in process is complicated for new drivers. Checked in at 2315 for 2300 appt.. Recieved call at 0115 to back up at the door. They took couple hours for everything. I got late for the 2nd drop by few hours.

If you have a delivery here. Park on the side of the road NOT on the road ! Call the phone number on the boar at 8pm and wait for a call back with a dock number. Place is a mess so prepare yourself well

Unbelievable!!!!!!! Checked in 9pm for 11pm delivery... they took my phone # to call me when they had a freezer door... called again at 1:30am and again was told they would call when they had a door .. 3:30 am called again..was told they are done receiving and must have misplaced my phone # and I will have to reschedule my appointment

Place is a joke. No room for OTR trucks to move around because of the sygma trucks. Everyone is very rude and they don’t have respect for anyone. Took hours to unload me and once I was unloaded I was blocked in by sygma trucks that took nearly 2 hours to move just so I could leave. This place is trash

Arrived at 2018 for a 2100 Appt on 4/14/2021. Called and checked in at 2030. All information provided told to wait for a call and dry door assignment. 6 hours later after nothing I call and the woman in receiving apologized that she never called however they were at capacity and had to turn drivers away.So, long story short. Your facility schedules hundreds of trucks for 2100 appointments when you cannot support that number. What kind of sense does that make? This is the reason that truckers get upset. Its so very easy for companies such as yours to waste our time and money. Your staff should be embarrassed however that is not likely as it is business as usual. Thank you for not being able to do your job as we are all expected and required to do ours.

Had a 2200 appt. last night. Didn’t get a door until 0230 this morning and finished unloading at 0600 this morning. This place is pathetic! First and last time coming here. Drivers please don’t come here!!!

Park on road at own risk no staging area. One way in and always tight. Will only let you in 15 minutes before appointment time. Not terrible on unloading or getting paperwork like 2.5 for a full truck lumber 150 and only by cash or check no credit card

Horrible, horrible experience. Got to stigma to deliver there product at 11:30a just to be told the appt. time wasnt until 8p in which I would be out of hours, plus the lady at the desk had a bad attitude. So drivers beware, this place is an unprofessional nightmare. If I could give 0 stars thats what they wouldve been given

I would think that management of sygma and the lumper services could work out a system to correct the logistical nightmare that is caused by staged sygma trucks blocking otr trucks trying to get to the dock they were assigned at receiving. I Was in the gate at 810p had to wait to 845p to park at the empty dock I was assigned.Potential solutions: 1) change location where sygma trucks are set to depart or change configuration in which they park 2) have receveiving assign the lower number docks 1-10 first which are usually available and are not blocked by staged sygma trucks. 3) Don’t open receiving until 9p when most sygma trucks are usually gone by.The people are great 👍 but the system is broken and has been as long as I have been coming here 2+ years.

This place when it comes to delivering is absolutely horrible. The “staging” area (if you even call it that) is out on the road in front of the facility so when there is a line of trucks waiting to get into a dock door your pretty much sitting in the road that barely has a shoulder. You have to call to check in and you can only do so 10-15 minuets before you scheduled appointment Time. The lady on the phone was rude. When she asked for my PO number I said “it’s...” before I could even give her the number she said “im putting you on hold until you find it” like unbelievable. Luckily I get to choose where I do my business being an owner operator. And I won’t come here again.

Not too bad experience. Arrived about 7:30pm for 9pm delivery. There was 4 trucks parked in front of me on the side of the building by stop sign. Theres a sign posted on grass that says receiving starts at 9pm and has a number to call. All reviews say to call 15minutes prior to your appointment so thats what I did. Other drivers had a 8pm appointment so they were let in the gate before 9pm. After calling they ask for PO number and appointment time. Then they will tell you a door number. Go to gate to enter and, break seal and open doors. Receiving office is on the left half way when you enter. They will tell you to bring seal in and will not start unloading before you pay lumper fee. Someone will come to your truck when loading is done. I was in at 9pm and out at 1245am. Kinda slow but nice people to me. Good luck

It took about 3 hours to get unloaded Ive had worse but Ive also had better the other truck drivers were the ones that were unorganized and everybody wants to be first they dont open till 8:00 stop blocking the road and call they will answer the phone eventually

Meh it was alright, check in at 2045 for a 2100 apt, have to call from street to check in only 15 minutes before appointment. Got do backed in gave them paperwork and was gone by 2358 so not horrible. Just fallow the instructions and youll be fine

They deserve 0 stars. Appt 23:00, arrived at 22:45, assigned to a dock at 3:35am, unloaded at 5:55 AM - system says 3:35 to 5:55 - so no detention paid. One of the worst places to make a delivery at, AWFUL !!!

They say to call 10 minutes before appointment, but theyll take you 30 minutes before. Make sure not to park on the county road cause you will be blocking the driving lane since there is no shoulder and might get a ticket. Fast delivery on Saturday

The check in is redicoulas with their non valid email address and they waste your time by taking hours to unload you it took over 6 hours to unload. Their is no reason to take this long to pull 18 to 20 pallets off the truck.

It took 6 hours to get uploaded.

Took 4.5 hrs to unload and count 1 pallet. I checked in per the signs on the road before my appointment and was assigned a door right away for my 22:00 appointment. They marked paperwork that I checked in at 23:05. You have to pre pay the lumpers and wait in line at receiving to give them your paperwork. I still made it back to my truck well before 23:05 after going to receiving and giving them a check. They are just trying to avoid paying detention fees.

Resiving start in 21:00, only by appointment ( 10 minutes early) very ruthless window lady.Never again take load for Sygma!

Two stars for being nice and polite but they are running theyre receiving department backwards example: You pay lumper first then you get your receipt and bill of lading back B4 they unload you then you wait to get unloaded in the dock also one driver in the building at a time so you either wait outside in a line or guess when the line is gone then come back.

Been coming here for about 10 years off and on. Today was the first time I had to wait for a door but ended up being unloaded in 3.5 hours for half a trailer load

Got there early. They gave me a door. Couple of hours.

Other than a very long li e of trucks to get it, which I admit was a pain...this place was fine! I had a 2100 appointment, showed up 15 minutes before, pressed button on gate, was brought right into a door, took LESS than 90 minutes to unload me...both people I dealt with were efficient and pleasant to work with.Maybe other have had bad experiences but I cant say this was bad at all! Would deliver here again before any Walmart DC!

Little slow unloading it took 4 hours but it was a full load.... theres some parking outside the gate but its park at your own risk I saw some trucks out there parked overnight but I was not going to risk it truck stop about two and a half miles away

Dont know where these folks delivered BUT I was taken an hour early and they told me where the restroom was. No problems delivering here. And the girl at the counter was nice and even told me about truck stops that was around here and which one NOT to go to for safety.

Very slow to unload. Had 3 pallets for sygma. Sygma took 5 pallets off. Had to have them put 2 pallets back on truck. Took 4 hours no over night parking. Can only check in 10 min before your appt time.

I had a 11 p.m. appointment got there at 10:30 he told me come back in 25 minutes I did that then I said outside of the gate waiting on a door for an hour I finally got into a door at 12:30 a.m. an hour and a half after my appointment then they wasnt finished with my four pallets that I had on until 4 a.m. I said theyre five and a half hours for them to take four and a half pallets off

Places like this is the reason nobody wants to be an Otr driver. They don’t care about your hours of service. They don’t allow you to overnight park here. They won’t unload anyone until 8pm at night even though this is one the biggest warehouses in Illinois. Plus they take too long to unload you. For once I would like these people to see what it’s like being a driver and having to put up with this bs.Also they don’t unload in the order of arrival, so have fun watching some of the drivers who came in after you leave before you.

Very bad people

I am truly shocked in todays tech age this place is this bad. Showed up my 15 mins to app. Time was told to come back at app. Time and when I do they tell me its going to be a bit before I get a door if companys refuse their antics the places would shut down

Stay away from this place. They won’t take you in 15 minutes before appointment time which is not a problem but it’s taking them 5-6 hours to get you unloaded. It’s just ridiculous smh

Liars!!Our truck checked in 30 min prior to appointment and they put our check in time at the time we got a door and the broker denied paying detention because we were late.NEVER EVER EVER ARE WE DELIVERING HERE AGAIN. I HOPE THIS PLACE LOSES ALL OF ITS TRUCKS UNTIL THE CHANGE THEIR ACT.

I would give this place a zero star if I could, they are very strict on appointment times and if your late they start the fines at 100 and up. They will only talk to you 15 min before your appointment and then you have to battle to get through the gate because the gate closes after each truck. So you have to hop out and continue to press the button, when you finally get docked and check in you meet the lady who seems she absolutely hates her job. She originally told me 190 for lumper fee but when I checked in at the desk she told me 410. I own my own trucking business so I will not pay that outrageous amount to unload a trailer so I did it myself, everything came off fine and had very limited break down, had 1086 cases on trailer and I only touched 60 boxes and had to add 3 pallets to the order and they wanted 410, I was done in 1 hour. It took them longer to get me processed in and out then it did for me to unload. This place is a true rip off when it comes to the lumper company. Driver and company be ware.

Appt at 11pm showed up at 0100 still got let in they checked me in on the phone got a dock out at 0325 not bad also exit left no rest rooms so hold it in also entrance is on COUNTY ROAD 2100 E, west side of building good luck lumper fee is $85 for my load of flour and if u got damage bags the leave them in your trailer be ready for a sweep out

This place is very chaotic, and disorganized, I checked 20 minutes ahead of my appointment time and didnt get my paperwork to depart until 5 hours later.

8 p.m. appointment pulled up to the gate at 7:30. Use call box they give a door number. Signs on Street say receiving starts at 9 p.m.? Maybe if you dont have an appointment?

I worked there for 5 years and was recently let go. The only reason I stayed so long was the pay was great. Majority of the management staff were useless when u needed help.

This place is BS. First and last time for me here. Strict appt no more then 15 min before appt time. Also beware first time drivers coming here they might try to extort $200 from you saying its for rescheduling fee! Hahaha The story was this load was rescheduled from last week to tonight Sunday night 9pm. I got the load booked Saturday and pick up Saturday 10pm. So I was like what does have to do with me. I picked it up and delivered the way it was scheduled. So basically I refused, saying why should I have to pay, or my company, if we didnt rescheduled. To have to be out of pocket $200 and wait God knows when to be reimbursed. They gave up. Took $112 for lumpers to take 12pallets of bottled water! And wouldnt touch it until the lumpers was paid. As of this moment writing this review its been an hour sitting in the dock and they still havent touched it.

They checked me in and got me to a door right away but it took them four hours to do a live unload. Trailer was only about three quarters full.
