Daria and her team are a fantastic group to work with. I have been working with them for almost 10 years now and have over half a dozen policies with them. They are quick to respond, very diligent with getting me quotes/rates, and overall just go above and beyond. You wouldnt really think customer service and insurance go hand in hand, but when you work with this team it truly does. Katie has always been my day to day contact and I couldnt speak more highly of her as well.

Daria and her agents, especially Katie, are extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable able all insurance policies. I was recently involved in an automobile accident and by the next day was able to go to a car rental office and rent a car without any troubles. They also helped me understand what all the next steps were since my car was determined to be totaled. I was still able to have a rental for another week while i bought my new car. They were also incredibly helpful when we purchase out condo a couple years ago and needed to get earthquake insurance. I’d highly recommend having them as your insurance agent!!

I paid more for insurance than I needed to by accident & they quickly reached out saying they felt I was overinsured.Helped me determine the right amount I should be covered for, and issued a refund!Great customer service.

It was my first time getting my own insurance and I found Daria and her team online. Katie was very helpful and patient with me since I had a lot of questions about what I needed. She was able to explain all the different coverages and by the end of our call I felt really comfortable with my plan. It was especially nice because I am able to see my policy and make payments online.

Ive been with Daria for longer than I can remember and she is an awesome agent. Before Daria, my prior agent, was useless. I was once in an auto accident and called them (the prior agent) and they literally said, Why are you calling me? What do you expect me to do? Try to work it out for yourself and if you cant then call me. My response was, Well, youre my agent and youre getting a commission on my policy so - what is that commission for? Me calling you and signing up for State Farm insurance?Darias office, awesome. Ive had several incidents since Ive been with her from smashed windows from someone trying to break into my car to auto accidents and their response is amazing - within moments of hanging up from them Ill get a call from State Farm collision team, the repair facility Ive chosen, etc., whomever is need to get the ball rolling.I truly cannot say enough about how great Darias office is.
