Will never return to this company again after issues on their end my insurance supposedly lapsed then when reinstated I was still not correct causing me to eat a majority of my roof replacement cost... was told by the owner he would personally reimburse me up to 1500 dollars and I have struggled since to get back to where I need to be because of this issue... try calling and got excuses after excuses and the agent was never in the office and would never return phone calls no matter how many emails or messages were left for him

Horrible experience. Previous commenters have it right. I hate reviewing a place badly but I had a terrible experience with them due to a claim needing to be filed. Then had issues getting our car back because they kept messing around.

Needed insurance, Anthony said that they could cover the place. He never sticks to a time schedule, doesnt answer calls, nor does he return call or emails. Had to file a complaint with BBB in order to get things taken care of by Farmers main office. Looks like they still havent dropped him as an agent. I might go back with Farmers, but it would NEVER be with this agent again. Lazy, unreliable, and unresponsive.

Tony is great and so is his staff

Worst customer service ever Rosetta is rude and if you ever try to talk to Anthony you never get a reply or an honest answer from him left farmers 2 months ago and never will go back to them thanks for nothing mr Edington way to not hold to anything you say you will do pathetic
