Allstate really does take care of their customers. Ive actually had to pay less on my month payments during this pandemic so it really shows that this company cares!

William White Allstate in Danville has been a great source for me with my business insurance. They are always on hand to help me with anything I need and they make it so easy especially when I have a last minute requirement for a certificate of insurance.Every time I call the office someone always picks up. I moved all of our insurance over to Bill & Teresa White in Danville after I had water damage on one of my investment properties on a Friday evening. My State Farm Insurance broker was no where to be found. Teresa & Bill walked me through everything I had to do, even though they were not my brokers. On Monday, when I called my State Farm agent AGAIN (he never called me!), all he wanted to do was sell me more insurance! Thats when I switched to Bill & Teresa. Since then, they have taken care of so many of both my personal and business insurance needs. They are the BEST!

I am very disappointed in my agent, Bill White. The company slogan is youre in good hands, - maybe not with this agent. I would expect any agent to work for the company, but with me as well and not seemingly against me. I am a 26 year customer of Allstate who has never complained, paid premiums on time, and never once filed a claim. When I had a recent issue with a rental property, I became painfully aware I was dealing with an agent who didnt have my best interest at heart. I would recommend anyone dissatisfied with their agent to take action. Contact corporate, change agents, or even companies if need be. If still not happy, file a complaint with they Dept. of Insurance. After many years with Bill White, I am no longer recommending this agent.
