Had a great experience. Rented a convertible and the manager worked hard to fullfil my reservation. He also took my reservation 30 minutes prior to opening so I can get in and out quicker. I also was able to return it a different local location for no extra cost. Over all a great enterprise.
Alan was extremely nice and helped me when my transmission went out in my truck. He found me every discount possible in my time of need. Thank you so much Alan for all of your help!!!
They failed at least two of Enterprise statements. And first is RELIABILITY. When I need rental car I always go with Enterprise. It was always great. The key word was. This time Enterprise added bitter taste to my vacation. Like almost everyone we came to Florida during spring break. I understand its a hot time but I reserved car 2 weeks in advance and it was confirmed. When the time came to pick up the car I was told there is no cars available and I need to wait. In an hour I got a call and was offered a smaller car. I decided to wait until I get the one I reserved. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. Next day I called this location again. They said they dont have car for me. They made me wait on the phone for about an HOUR. Nobody ever apologized. (Another statement failure customer treatment) The problem was, that instant rental at this time is about 5 time more expensive than I reserved in advance. I thought if my reservation is confirmed it means there will be a car available for me. Apparently not.
Planned to drive from Hollywood to Key West. Reserved a convertible for the drive. They contacted us the day before and requested a call the day of my reservation. When I called, I was told that they did not have a convertible but had another car as an alternative. Was also advised to call later to see if a convertible became available. I made 15 calls. FIY, when you are on hold for longer the 13 minutes your call is dropped. Finally was able to talk to someone to cancel my reservation. Would have appreciate more notice that my request was not available so I had time to look somewhere else for the car I wanted. I will have to visit another time to make the drive. I will probably use a different rental company in the future.
Great experience renting a car from here. Made it very easy. Call ahead and set up to have a car available for you before you get there. If due to a car accident your insurance will have a reservation number. Bring license and debit or credit card. Easy peacey😁
I rented a truck at the Aventura agency (Miami, Florida) and it was never available. I had to go to another agency (Dania, Florida) where I rented another 3 hours after, and it was in very bad condition, so much so that one of the tires exploded on the road (All the tires were flat). I had to change it at the Fort Lauderdale dealership where they finally gave me a better vehicle. However, both vehicles had an intense cigarette smell. It is unfortunate the loss of quality of this company where I have always rented vehicles of very good quality and with excellent service.
The only negative I can find is that the location is hidden. Had I known it was there, Id have rented from them years before. Customer service on phone is amazing; people from the location called a day before to confirm my reservation and ensure I had no other needs or questions. Pick up was EASY. I needed the car an additional day, I called the location. EASY. I dropped the car off.. EASY. Streamlined, priced right. Heck.. when I left the 1st day, the rep sent a text to let me know who to call if I had any needs or concerns while using the car. Amazing first impression. Only place Ill ever rent from.

This trip was supposed to be a vacation but after airline and accommodation problems it felt more like work. Thankfully Andre was in charge of my rental and he made things smooth and uncomplicated for me even though there were issues with my credit card. The car was exactly what was reserved. They are following all safety measures for covid.I will skip the airport pickup and go to this location every time Im in the Fort Lauderdale area from now on.
I just arrived in Ft Lauderdale and went to go rent a car. The process was very fast inside, but I did not get a good deal at all. When I spoke to the representative, he only offered me a deal on an economy car, and wouldn’t give me a cost for upgrading to a mustang or a jeep. In fact I was told he gave me a triple upgrade to a Toyota carola. In all fairness I think this car is an economy car to me. I am away on vacation for the first time in over a year and I wanted to actually drive something equal or nicer to what I have at home. I have 4 big pieces of luggage and other carryon bags. I’m going to have to return this car early and take a shuttle to my returning flight. The only reason why I gave this review a rating of 2 was for the speedy process inside, but the experience deserved a zero. I’m sorry enterprise, not happy.
I have rented from this location several times. They always go above and beyond. Cam and Tamara are always very helpful and friendly. Even when they didnt have a car for me, they contacted another location, found a car, and drove me there. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a car in the area.
BEWARE: a confirmed reservation ≠ Enterprise providing you a rental car when & where you agreed. Ubered here from the airport to find that our car that we had reserved would not be available, along with 5+ other customers. They claimed there “wasn’t a car available in the state of Florida.” They couldn’t even email or call ahead of time to let us know that they wouldn’t be honoring the reservation, they allowed us to waste more time and money getting to their location away from the other rental agencies. Not sure what’s worse, the customer service or the company policies.
My experience with Enterprise rent a car was good in this location. The Dania office customer service was good, they took the time to speak to me and show me the vehicles I can choose from. It was nice to be able to pick the vehicle. First time for me to be able to do that. Vehicle was clean smell really nice. Thank you for the good experience.
Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I rented large SUV. I requested XM radio feature; at the check in it didnt work; i was told it would come on in 5 minutes. it never did. on my 12 drive the next day i was on and off the phone with the office trying to trouble shoot the matter. Eventually the office person just failed to call me back.The vehicle was filthy. it wasnt washed. windshield was covered with bugs. the interior wasnt vacuumed. it was a mess.service at the local office was lacking too.
I’m in Fort Lauderdale from Ohio. They had no cars available after we reserved a premium car days before. We waited over an before we took an Uber to our air bnb. We called 3 hours later for them to tell else they may have an compact in a another hour and we needed to Uber back up there to get that car. WOW. Unacceptable.. Very disappointed. I’ve spent over $60 in ubers because the rental place have no rentals. Not to mention I couldn’t reach any on th phone.
Ive always had a Great Experience with Enterprise this Last One was horrible.The Car Reaped of Cigarettes and when I told the enterprise employee he said it was cinnamon airfrshner. I then found a cigarette in the back seat, when I spoke to that location the next day they promised a call back.They didnt follow up and I had to drive with windows down the entire ride.When I returned rental and Express how unhappy I was the person started questioning me. No apology No coupon for next rental.Ive never had this kind of experience with Enterprise ever before.
Our reservation was an hour late, and then my friend commented how unprofessional it was for a employee to show up with Starbucks in the vehicle we were going to be in and then they proceeded to cancel our reservation. Extremely unprofessional and they were upset that the truth was being stated. This needs to be addressed and can not be occurring for people coming to vacation here in Fort Lauderdale.
They dont tell you you dont have a car ahead of time, so u drive all the way from wherever you live for them to say oh its 2 people in front of you and we dont have cars. Rude customer service. I wish I can give no stars
DO NOT RENT. We just rented a car here. Yet the lady who received it when we returned it, sprayed all door handles and came back announcing that we had broken a back door handle. A handle that worked just fine the 5 days of rental, a handle that I had used to open the door minutes before she inspected it. When we had it, the door handle was fine yet when she inspected it, it fell apart. Seems like a scam to me. If they dont get your money one way they will get it another way. I have no doubts there is something fishy going on. Extremely upset about the subtle way they rob you and make it look like someone might have tried to break in. Unbelievable.
Everything went fine and the little car was great. However when we returned the vehicle, the gentleman helping me accused us of cracking the bumper wide open. I remembered vividly seeing the crack when I picked up the car and the younger gentleman pointed it out. He eventually went back out with the older gentleman making the accusation and confirmed that it had already been there. This same guy when we first came in was telling another customer that he messed up one of the tires on a rental so I think this is something he does pretty regularly. I understand you want to be careful with company property but as a customer it didnt feel good to be accused of something without making sure you are right. It was even noted on the receipt when I picked it up:

My appt for pick up was at 12 noon, I was told their were no cars available. Right before closing I was offered a different car from what I booked, with my only option of excepting the car or having no car over the whole weekend I excepted the car at 6pm right before they closed. Which means I waited and wasted a whole day of my vacation. I get to enterprise and it turned out the car I booked had been sitting there and another lady was taking the car I told was for me. Afterward the girl there gave me the car I originally wanted but it only cost me a day of my vacation. I was then charged for a full 3days with no apology no remorse or any reduction of my bill. Totally horrible experience and I wouldn’t rent from them again.

Horrible. Needed a car for family emergency. Show up first of all and there’s no cars anywhere when I had a reservation. Second the young manager so he said was not helpful at all. The website states if you pay with a debit card you must bring a utility bill. When I presented my cable bill he told me that wasn’t a utility and he wouldn’t rent me the car. Very unhelpful and just completely rude. Never again

We rented a Toyota Sienna that was very roomy. The van drove well. I gave a four star because even though we had an issue with cleanliness the Enterprise personnel addressed it and I was pleased with how she handle it. I always give Enterprise my business.
Cam set me up over the phone and TJ helped me out once I arrived. The process couldn’t have been easier thanks to these two guys. If the need ever arose, I would not hesitate to rent from this location again.
First of all, we made the mistake of thinking we were renting from the airport Enterprise. There were plenty of cheaper options from companies we were not familiar with, but went with Enterprise thinking we were getting quality. We could not have been more wrong. Our flight unfortunately got delayed an hour, so we arrived to FLL later than expected and after also waiting for an Uber, arrived 1.25 hours past our original reservation time. The customer service lady was rude and accusatory to us and said they already rented out our reservation. After just 1.25 hours??? She said she called multiple times and I just didnt answer. 1. We were in the air and 2. I showed her my call log to show the only missed call was a day prior, to which I returned that call and confirmed on the automated system. Continuing to be accusatory, she said I should have hit the star key to get to the actual branch to confirm. I listened to all menu options and that was NEVER an option. She gave us some long story of how the driver had to do this and that before bringing us to another location. Fine. The driver was very nice, although drove a bit fast and went over a bump so hard I actually hit my head on the ceiling of the van. When we got to the next location across town, the first car they tried to rent us had a large dent in the side that I am SO GLAD I saw. They got us another car that had supposedly been detailed. It was filthy and smelled of marijuana. The windshield was so filthy we had to later stop and buy Windex and towels to be able to see. On top of that there was ZERO gas in the car. He just wished us luck to hopefully make it to the gas station because they were out of gas cards. This car sputtered on a very busy 4 lane highway. This was the WORST experience in my years of renting cars and will be telling the hundreds of people flying into FLL for our wedding to avoid this location at all costs.

I Had a bad experience with a rental I received from another location. They actually gave me a car with no windshield wiper fluid. I Live near the beach and the windows get salted up pretty bad. So its important. The original vehicle was also too small. I came to this location to swap out for a different vehicle. Greg The manager did just that. He set me Up with a different vehicle that was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend THIS Location over others as I feel they jump through hoops to make their customers happy! Set reservations for a mini van, when my husband arrived to pick up the vehicle Miguel was very rude and told him there was no mini van there for us. We asked where is it and what to do and he said I dont know what to tell you, go to the airport location because he was supposed to pick it up but wont be able to get around to it my husband replied but our reservation was for this location the employee refused to help in any way at all and literally sat behind the counter ignoring my husband. I had to call the main line and have them transfer the reservation to the airport which was now gonna be more money at that location. My husband had been dropped off and had to get a ride to the airport because they dont provide pick up, after speaking with the escalation department we were given the proper rates and the airport location was very helpful in making sure we were taken care of quickly. Apparently the employee at this Dania location is so sure the manager Greg wont care he feels he can be rude and behave however he feels.

Car interior was not cleaned to expected standards, windshield was filthy.Car tyres we’re not balanced and kept pulling to the left, made driving a difficult task!Extended my rental for a week and was charged more than my original Week!
Employees are friendly and helpful. Biggest problem is there are not enough of them. The two weeks I have renters from them there wer never more than two at the counter and only one on a Saturday morning. Just be aware you will have to wait. Other than this, no complaints.
Wish I could leave 0 stars! Did not have the convertible we reserved weeks ago. Greg said he didn’t get it from the airport location because we didn’t call him back the day before to confirm. I was traveling all day and there was nothing about that on the reservation email confirmation! Very unprofessional. Offered us a completely different car. Rude! Just wasted an hour of my time, didn’t offer any help and instead helped everyone else even though we were first in line at 9 am. Found the car we wanted at a different Enterprise but I could’ve stayed at the airport and saved myself $30 in Uber Rides.
Tj was awesome and made my car renting experience flawless. He got us into a car within hours of inquiring for an outstanding rate, and was eager to accommodate us when the first vehicle didn’t work out. Any time I am in the area I will ask for him!
Place showed that had cars available online. Went there and they had 0 cars available. No further help from anyone to book a car in another location. WASTED $30 IN UBER.

This place is short staffed all the time, they are horrible at picking up the phone as well. It is to be noted that knowing this company makes so much money and it’s short staffed it’s just depressing and overwhelming, in order to receive services you have to wait at least 30-45 mins and if they are really busy busy then more than an hour.. plan ahead if you are renting from this company. Also, this particular facility gives you damaged cars and then they want to charge you for it as well.. I will say run run and run away from this business.. although staff is friendly but the way the business is run is just horrible. Good luck

I went to pick up a SUV from Enterprise Dania Fl. for a church workshop in Key West. My vehicle was ready and just what I ordered. The new manager G. Shaw was professional and friendly. He even gave me a bottle of cold water. My check out was smooth, fast and pleasant. I will definitely be back to rent from this location.

I have been using enterprise consistently for the last couple of years I’ve been traveling. I started out comparing all the companies trying to find the lowest price. Not only did I not have any surprises on my bill, and have the lowest prices of what seemed out of all the main rental companies, but the car I received surpasses my expectations. In Phoenix, a gentleman helped me to upgrade to an awesome convertible, and was very accommodating to my questions. The last experience was just as pleasant. I just signed up for the rewards so I’m hoping there are good incentives once points are built up.

Ive rented thousands of cars all over the world, and this was, by far, the worst customer service experience Ive had anywhere. It was so bad I ended up taking a Lyft to the Enterprise location in south Fort Lauderdale. They were great, and before you have the same experience I had, Id recommend you go there. Ive had many good experiences renting from Enterprise over the years, but this location does not represent the company well. If you can, avoid this place.
I was charged an extra day. When i returned car at 7:45 am. They dont have night drop off and open at 7:30. I had to dispute my charges for them to refund me with a customer service mamager. Which was super nice and apologetic. Plus the 2 times i made reservations they didnt have a vehicle for me the next day. And i called the second time to confirm there would be something there. I waited an hour before they offered an upgrade for a small truck. But i wanted a car with a trunk. So the backseat was spacious for my son to travel comfortable. But if i hadnt taken the truck i might not get a rental. Some people were accommodating and some were not. But they should not tell people they will have cars in the morning...when clearly there is lack of communication from somewhere.
First Time Renter was hesitant on where to go but decided to go with Enterprise. The entire experience has been great! Quick efficient, accurate professional service would definitely recommend.

I received excellent service at this Enterprise location. Agent Larry was always super friendly and professional. I had to keep extending my initial reservation and spoke with different agents on the phone. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and professional. My initial pickup and my return were both very quick with no delays. The car was clean and competitively priced.
Eric Williams has become my Go-To guy for all things Enterprise. With the service that he provides, I have no reason to ever go anywhere else.MY MAN!!!! Keep up the awesome work.
A little more time could have been given to acclimate us to this brand of car. Airbag service light kept coming on as well but the people were very nice, efficient and the car was also nice and comfortable. They gave us a little something toward our next rental for our inconvenience. We left happy customers and will be back.

I received very bad serviceIt all started when I made a reservation for a weekend special.My car was broke down so I needed to rent a car for few day.I called Enterprise 800 numbers to make the reservation and received a confirmation number. The next day I had a relative drop me off at Enterprise. I gave the representative my confirmation number he accepted it and then he told me he didnt have any cars. I told him that I had caught a ride up the Enterprise because my car was broke down and then have a way to come back and pick a card later he said the car should be in within 45 minutes and he will come to my house and pick me up since I only live less than 2 miles from the Enterprise Rental car store.Hour and 15 minutes went by no call. I called Enterprise and manger say he had car at a higher price than the weekend special advertise and that I had a reservation for. I told him that I would rather have the car that I had a reservation for at that price he told me he will keep checking.I decided to take the car at the higher rate because it was getting late and all of my day was going back. I called Enterprise and another represented said the manager was working with another customers outside and hell be back in in 15 minutes.I called back in 15 minutes to minutes and the represented said the manager was out to lunch.He asked if he could help I told him what was going on. He said he know of my situation that I have to understand that they make a bunch of reservation since many times people dont show up. Ive been what do that have to do with me. Do you say that if they had told me they would give me a call and they will give me a call back before the end of the day and that was it I never received a call back from Enterprise. Ill call the 800 number back got tossed around to a few more Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations and never received the car. I will personally try my best to never use Enterprise Rent-A-Car again or recommend them.I went to economical Rent-A-Car got a great deal no problems and fantastic service.
Let me start off it is a really filthy store. They say they’ll go to you to change the car that never happens they always busy. Renting small car from then, instead they gave me SUV and tell me there will swap it out tomorrow between the hours and 9 and 12 I never received a phone call the next day. Sunday they were close I called him back on Monday and tell me they’re sorry they don’t have any other cars to gamy. If you’re reading this I recommend you to drive extra mile and go to a different location do yourself a favor
I asked for a pick up time of 11:00 am. I had to call 4 times, they finally arrived an hour late. When they picked us up, the van was filthy with white dog hair. I’m covered in dog hair, late for our travel plans and the customer service rep didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. His comment was we are trying to run this office with two people. There was a lady who came out of the office to leave for the day (manager?) but didn’t address us. She knew we were very upset with the experience. She talked about going away to a bachelorette party to the customer service rep. I am very disappointed with this experience. My advice book with another company!
Employees at this location are horrible and have no respect for peoples time. Avoid at all costs if possible.I Reserved a pick up truck for a 12:00 noon pick up on a Saturday. Was contacted by an Eric Williams a couple of days prior to confirm pick up. This should be indicative that the vehicle will be ready for pick when I arrive.Unfortunately, I arrived late at 12:10 pm and location supposedly closed at 12 noon on Saturdays.When I enter location, the gentleman there asks Can I help you and I proceed to tell him that I have reservations for a pick up truck.He tells me not at that location and that he is closed and has shut down computer.Doughting myself, I pulled up the app and showed him the address on app. He said yes the address is that location but it didnt matter because he did not have any pick up trucks to rent. WOW REALLY!!!its obvious they had no intention of renting a vehicle to a repeat customer.Theres a reason why HERTZ is #1, its called Customer service
Wow what a disaster. We were directed to this location via the Corp enterprise 1-800 number. We were asked to call the branch to secure delivery of the car and where told there was no available driver but if we showed up before noon we could get the car sooner. We arrived at 11:50 and where promptly told the car was not available. We where like what car and how do you know what were here for. Turns out they had NO cars! We where basically left to determine our next move on our own having just been dropped off by Uber and being told WE CLOSE IN 8 MINUTES Fortunately for us a van showed up around 12:15 when Greg at the counter said we just got lucky. I cant in right mind say greg was pleasant or in any way seem happy to help us but he did stay till after 1pm to get us into a car. My feeling is this was a corporation issue more than a greg issue as customers came in to pick up cars that where not there and he had to turn them away. His attitude was less desirable for sure but when enterprise rents cars that are not available I can understand his frustration and loss of focus. And furthermore, be sure to have your insurance name and policy # on hand before you rent. Im not sure if this is a local policy or corporate policy but Ive never had to provide this with enterprise, ever. This experience was a long drawn out frustrating hour and a half that this business needs to address. Rent elsewhere if you can.
Car was ready, staff was courteous and helpful. They picked me up before the rental and dropped me off after. The car was fine. Using this off-airport site saved substantial fees. Final rate, all-in, was quite reasonable. Definitely worth considering.

I used Enterprise car rental while in Hollywood Beach, Florida. They had a couple of offices away from the airport, but close to my hotel. Since the hotel had a high parking fee we used Uber from the airport to the hotel. When we were ready for a car and driving to Orlando, we got a car from Enterprise on Dania St. They picked us up (great service), took us to their office and we got our car quickly. The car was in good shape and we had no problems. We dropped it off at the Orlando Airport. I made the reservation well in advance and my only negative was the $80+ drop off fee. I knew about the fee in advance, but it still bothered me.
The absolute best customer service you could ever ask for. The professionalism, courtesy and efficiency keeps me coming back again and again. Plus, the line of cars in inventory is first rate! Loved it!
We have used this location a couple times now and have always had a great experience. The crew at Enterprise was very nice and made our transaction easy and fast! We would highly recommend this location to all of our friends!

For the second year in a row, having reserved a car, we went to a Fort Lauderdale Enterprise location to pick it up when we were told there was no car available. Five hours later, a rep picked us up, and we went to the location and finally received our rental. We were very, very disappointed in the service. We lost an afternoon without a car and wasted our time going back and forth to the Enterprise location to solve the issue. Mind you, the personnel were most accommodating, and I dont blame them. I blame their senior management for overbooking. This is the last time we will be using Enterprise in Fort Lauderdale. I am sorry. I wish this could have been a better review, but your company needs to provide better service.

Made it there on time, first reservation when I took the car out car is not good likely to have another one so I was able to take another van right out. But I was late one day and they charge you an additional $100 for one day which was a little insane

I recently had a death in the family, and needed a vehicle to drive my family North. I accidentally reserved a Ford Fusion. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I realized my mistake, and asked for a larger vehicle/SUV. The management acted quickly and professionally and rented me a new Explorer. This was the best service Ive ever recieved, and would commend the entire staff! I will definitely be using them again. Thank you TJ, and Enterprise.

Service at Dania Beach location was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Thank you Ramon.Only real negative, the car was not cleaned prior to picking it up. Seats terribly stained, and inside front windshield was not cleaned. Turning back car was quick and courteous! Thank you, we will definitely use you again!

I wish I could have given this place no stars, but had to give it a star to write this review. My mother had the worst experience at this Enterprise. After they promised her a refund of the deposit for the rental car, she still never received it. So after a week of waiting she went back to the location asking for an explanation to which Greg Shaw (taller gentleman) gave her attitude and refused to help. He got aggravated with her and threatened to call the cops. Im not really sure who is training the staff but when a customer asks for the corporate number, he should not refuse to give it to her.

I almost always use Enterprise however my last experience was not stellar. The staff was very friendly however no matter how many times I this then I needed the car for 2 days and a few extra hours and that I was well aware that I would be charged 3 days, they kept quoting everything as 2 days. Did the whole contact as 2 days. It gave me the impression that they were being dishonest even though they likely werent. The worst part is that they do not pick you up or drop you back at the airport in Dania, FL. You need to use Uber for the 1.5 mile drive. When I picked the car up I was told I could get a ride to the airport. It wasnt made clear I had to make those arrangements. They did however take the Uber fare off of my bill. Better communication would have given them the extra Stars.
This has to be the worst rent a car in the world. They dont car about people. They really messed me over and cause me and my family of 11 to find a 15 seat bus from budget. Once again I will never tell anyone to try enterprise there garbage. I rented from 801 south federal highway in dania beach florida
I rent full time from the dania beach location, Chris and Brian are always very helpful, nice, and proffessional, and always see to me having a nice car, i wil continue to rent from this location and reccomend everyone to as well. Its a busy location but they handle it like pros!

If I could leave a minus rating I would. This branch had to be the absolute worst Enterprise car rental agency that I have everUsed. In fact, it has destroyed my image of this company, which I have always preferted for 30 plus years. I am not sure if I will continue to use them.
