Awesome rental experience! They saved our weekend move that the incompetent U-haul botched, sending us to a location that was closed when the sign stated open until Noon on Sat. U-haul reservations had us on hold for 50 minutes and never answered. Here we drove 125 miles to make our move So we called Penske Truck Rental who saved us to get a truck to make our move a success. From now on we will only call Penske because U-haul is unreliable.

Truck rental was simply. Vehicle was clean and fully functional. Retuned it early in the am before they opened. Really nice guy servicing vehicles was helpful.

Never open ontime in the morning... always waiting 15 to 30mins for someone to arrive to open when we need a truck first thing.

Carol was very helpful to me with my truck rental. I ordered a 12 truck for a one bedroom move and, thank goodness, drove by the day before to look at it. I had great reservations about the size. Carole was patient with me and showed me the two different sizes as I went back and forth trying to decide. She was able to get me the 16 last minute and was very accommodating with every other aspect of the rental. I highly recommend her service!
