Customer service is non- existent at this location. I returned a truck that was picked up at another location and dropped off here. After filling up the fuel tank before returning it I was told it was not completely full of fuel. I explained that when I picked it up I was told that the gauge only went so far when full. I also explained that I have filled it up multiple times on my trip and it always read the same. I offered to show him my receipt which was time stamped 5 minutes before pulling in, or even take a ride with him to the gas station where I would be happy to add gas (which would pour out if I tried as the tank was filled to the top) but was told I dont have time to do that. What he did have time for was to make me feel as if I was a thief. The same poor attitude and service was displayed by the female staff member behind the counter who said she would need to confirm with the location I picked up with that my story was true. After she called and they confirmed she still had the gall to say I dont have time to argue with you and we will still need to fill it up. Incredibly rude and lacking any sense of what customer service is about. Not surprised to see they have such poor reviews on their site...what is surprising is that they are still in business at all. Extremely unprofessional.
Gave us barely 2 days notice that they couldnt keep our reservation that we made well in advance, and we wasted all day on the phone with customer service reps that couldnt even try to help us find alternatives. Just what you need when youre about to move 3000 miles away... Its worth paying more to use a company that takes you seriously and doesnt leave you scrambling at the last minute to find another place that can help you.
The staff was incredibly helpful and gave us great advice along with reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone.
