Folks, this is by far the best dental office Ive visited (while adulting of course). I just moved back to the area not too long ago and had a huge surprise issue with one of my back teeth. Dr. Roberts and Elyssa made the otherwise complicated process completely seamless. They not only recommended me to a stellar surgeon (Dr. Ramadan), they also took care of insurance needs with relative ease, and knew exactly what they were doing to finish up the job. The process took some time and a few appointments but I had no hesitancy nor anxiety because of the their demeanor through it all.Dental work isnt all about the work; Dr. Roberts work is as good as it gets and Elyssa is a gem. But its also about feeling comfortable and trusting the folks working on you. Dr. Roberts and Elyssa are kind, gentle, and hilarious. They truly made me feel like Ive known them my whole life.I have visited at least 6 offices in 3 states over the past 5 years, of which some Ive simply walked out on because of how they handled things. When it came to Trinity though, I felt as comfortable as you can feel right out the gate.Trinity comes highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been seeing Dr Roberts for many years now and each time is always a pleasure. She is so personable and really cares for the health of my teeth and gums, can’t recommend her enough! Even better she accepts my insurance so that’s a great plus

Dr. Roberts and her staff at Trinity Dental are absolutely phenomenal! Having just moved to Connecticut from VA (and not seen a dentist in quite some time), I was in the market for a new dentist in the area. I did my research through reviews from different websites and was impressed with all the results. Scheduling an appt. was quick and easy and was even able to complete the requested forms a day prior and send as a PDF—definitely a timesaver! My first impression was that of a very professional and caring organization. Dr. Roberts and the staff I interacted with were deeply warm hearted and seemed to truly care about for the patients. Both the Dental Assistant and Dr. Roberts took the time to explain any procedure and made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout every step. I am not only recommending Trinity Dental 100%, but I will also be returning with my wife and daughters! Trips to the dentist can seem scary and nerve wrecking to young kids (and adults) but I am more than certain they will have the same experience as I did!

Dr. Roberts saved my life!!!!My previous dentist did not seal my crown correctly. Dr. Roberts noted bacteria on my x-ray in the root canal of the same tooth with the crown.If I didn’t switch dentists, and finally make appointments, I could have ended up in the ER with bacteremia.Since I don’t like going to the hospital, I could have died from sepsis!!! In 2018 I had a fever of 103.9, could barely walk, and didn’t go to the hospital until the next day because I was forced to. Just to give you an example.Thank God for Dr. Roberts!!!

What wonderful experiences I have with my recent dental procedures in the very capable and compassionate hands of Dr Roberts. Yes you read correctly, “wonderful experiences” and “dental procedures” in the same sentence and that is because I was being cared for by Dr Roberts. With three separate dental emergencies within a 2 week time frame and during this pandemic no less she was able to take care of me right away no more tooth pain. I was so nervous but it is only her and her very sweet assistant and they make you feel more like family than patient. Dr Roberts explains everything before she does anything and her assistant is fantastic and very attentive to your needs (i.e. she makes sure you aren’t drowning during a procedure!). I recommend Dr Roberts to everyone I know and am so happy she has finally opened her own practice.

Dr. Roberts is amazing. I’ve had so many bad experiences with dentists but she was not one of them. She and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. Her before and after photos of my teeth were absolutely amazing!! She does such a great job and is so gentle and accommodating. Highly recommend. Love my new dentist!!!

Dr. Roberts has been our family dentist my children are grown now and they still travel to come to her. She is the most professional and comforting dentist I have ever met in all my years. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts and her practice! I had seen her over the years at a larger practice and was very excited when I saw she had opened her own. As a person with anxiety at dental visits, I have always found Dr. Roberts to be warm and calming (I actually dozed off in the chair during a procedure once). The new office is warm, inviting and has the latest technology.

Dr. Roberts is an excellent dentist--pays a lot of attention to detail and does so in a very friendly manner. I could go to a dentist much closer to home, but I choose to go to Danbury because I trust Dr. Roberts with my teeth. Shes been my dentist for about 15 years.
