My wax specialist did a decent job but couldnt get everything. Unfortunately she applied serum to my back only. My chest looks like I have the chicken pox and its lasted for day.

Please go somewhere else! I have gone to 2 different waxers here and both have been bad. The rooms are not as clean as they should be. But it is really surprising how much hair they miss! I am talking large patches of easy to wax hair that is just skipped over. There is nothing they do to fix your bad experience, besides a free touch up... but clearly the waxers are not going to be any better the second time around. I am very displeased and now will have to book another appointment somewhere else to fix it. Waste of money, time, and pain.

Love the European Wax Center, particularly this location. They have many talented waxers that are detail oriented and fast. This location has great parking and lots of places to get a snack.

I saw Laren who normally works in San Bruno. First time meeting her and first time at this location. But she was amazing!! Caring, super knowledgeable, transparent and very sanitary.

Went for my first time today. I first called and the lady on the phone was so helpful and set me up for an appointment fast. When I arrived both front desk ladies were so welcoming and friendly. My wax lady was very nice her name is Sophia. I let her know I break out a lot with other wax places that use strips, and she went into details and explained alot about their wax, process and benefits. For the first time in forever I have not broke out or have been itchy, this is amazing for me. She did an amazing job and amazing is underestimated. I found my new wax place and I am very happy.
