This corporation is losing its quality by the day. I sent money to the philippines and they messed up giving my brother a wrong amount. They tried to get the money back from my brother by harassing him. I tried to send a box and scheduled a pickup. They gave ma 9-1pm time frame. I waited for 4hrs, no show. He called me at 12:30pm he said he will be at my house at 1pm. He showed up at 1:30pm. Cancelled the pickup at 1:15pm and left to do my tasks. My wife told me, he showed at 1:35pm. Too late, I already cancelled the pickup, waited too long. Services are declining here, its so bad.

Too many restrictions in air freight eventhough all my stuffs are only made of plastic parts for RC toys.

Employees are talking to each other with their personal issues while attending a client or customer. That is very poor customer service. They are also mean and demanding.

These LBC people didnt care, they just posted that they transferred here but actually not. The space is vacant!!!This is absolutely 100% false advertising!If Im an employee here, Ill be responsible to inform the public about this even if the company will not pay me!
