Worst customer service. They made a mistake with the scheduling and never showed up I waited for more than a month. Ridiculous you say? Wait till you call the customer service, worst than robots because they are real people, but can not help and know nothing their call center agents are very incompetent and unreliable.What happened to LBC I used to believe that they were the best. Different management, maybe?So now what? Well of course, never again.
