I brought my laptop in because it was overheating. I needed some custom parts which needed to be ordered. They were easy to work with, straight forward, and honest, and got the job done well. I was particularly happy with the testing they did on the laptop, it was clear that they knew how to do the job correctly, and they were transparent with the process and results.I had previously tried working with another computer store in the area and had a lot of trouble with followup which was not the case here. They took the information, kept me informed while parts were in order, and were clear about any unknowns along the way.

The service in here is very good. I had a bad system and bios Alienware computer fixed in here. They did well with the data corruption and system restore. Also, its the fastest repair in bay area, you can pick up your computer back on the next day although I feel really sorry about their lunch time.

I wanted to upgrade my original computer, swap motheboard/cpu and install watercooling,My original case didnt fit the components and I brought it in, I explained what I wanted to do, they tried to fit the watercooler with my original case but I told them Id buy a new case.Left my computer with them to do the transfer of components, got it back within 24 hours, fastest turnover Ive had. Employees were extremely professional and helpful explaining concerns with my setup, how to take care of the watercooler.

The best place for any issue with pc, laptop etc. I spilled tea on my tower looked for help everywhere. I found this place online. I needed my pc asap as it was my only work tool and they fixed it in the shortest time possible. My cpu and motherboard was fried up and I went to a store. When I came back it was past his scheduled time to close but he waited for me. The owner is very skilled and nice person. Would recommend 100%.
