Thanks Neil!!! My computer dead after a power cut, I tested it by myself and have no idea what’s wrong with it. I send the computer to Neil and he fixed it in an hour!! Told me to check my monitors after I back home and woooowww!!! The adapter of the monitor was broken!!! He foresaw the problem and saving me a bunch of time to try to guess what’s wrong!! Neil messaged me that he got the monitor fixed and do I really dont want it anymore? I told him sorry that my company wont able to send me a monitor recently... so, is it okay if I asked the monitor back.... and OMG, he agrees! I paid for the repair fee (which is very low) he helped me to search and find out the right adapter on eBay to make sure the monitor works. Neil is highly qualified persons .Neil Is so skilled to deal with any kind of problem about computers. This is the person to contact when it comes to any computer problem I went to best buy and their fee is ridiculous.Neil is a fabulous Lifesaver! He really helped me survive a virus on my Lenovo computer and made the transition to my cleaned out. My computer does not have anymore clutter on it. Luckily I backed up everything and he got me started on the road to recovery. My Laptop is running 10 times better than before. Yes, it takes time to clean it all up and redo the driver for the printer, but what a difference!If I could give Neil ONE THOUSAND STARS, I would! Thank you so much. Would give 6 stars if I could. Called Neil now three times and every time was able to squeeze me in, fix my issue (as I think he may be a genius) and could not be more pleasant while doing so. Detailed oriented.... didnt overcharge when it was emergency service...and very trust worthy. I just dont see that much great customer service out there anymore so when I do its greatly appreciated. Neil is AMAZING! Ive had a MacBook since 2011, it started acting up and shutting off on its own and then eventually wouldnt work at all. Neil got it to turn on instantly, eventually He decided to run a diagnostic anyway because start up time was pretty bad and its been giving me issues in general anyway. Turned out it was the hard drive. Diagnosis was reasonable and included if i fix it with them. but the repairs and labor ran me about $185 plus cost of drive which is generally i would be spending more at apple store. Neil was super-fast He completed the work in 3 hours which was phenomenal because I expected at least a week. Im happy! seriously Neil cares and does good job in fixing your computer and advise is free after fixing. Also forgot to tell you Apple does not backup your data Neil does for few extra bucks.

My computer wouldnt start and I took it to Neil he was so helpful, efficient and friendly. He diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and I left 30 mins later with a working computer! They had what I needed. I initially went to BestBuy who over charged for a plug. This mom and pop shop were very reasonable with their pricing.

3 of my Window PC were crashing and 2 of my MacBook Pros laptop had malicious viruses.Neil s came to my house and pick up my computer and laptops. Problems solved completely!! I am wowed by Neils service over and over again. The most recent service provided; I have a brand new laptop Windows 10 I purchased in 2016. This laptop never worked well. It had countless Windows 10 updates and if it was not updating then DELL was updating. I felt like I could not use this laptop it was too busy updating!!! It was also slow, and finally would not boot-up. Feeling like I had a lemon, and now its out of warranty, I brought it to Neil. Doing a diagnostic he found the registry had been corrupt due to Windows 10 update! Neil went straight to work on my laptop. He insured my data was backed up, he did a factory reset (wiped the HD) AND in less than 48-hrs I now have a like-new Laptop!!! The best part Neil listened to my complaints about the way the computer was running, and what I do NOT like about Windows 10. When I brought my laptop home and booted it up I was SO HAPPY and surprised everything I hoped to change about my experience with my laptop and Windows 10... Neil made all my dreams come true!
