5 stars! I was so fortunate to have Jennifer and Rhonda prepare my taxes for me! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and they explained everything as they went along. They asked if I had questions and told me how to access my information. They provided outstanding customer service. I had an excellent stress free experience and would recommend Jackson Hewitt to my friends. Thank you Jennifer and Rhonda! Keep up the great work!

Alisa Rushing was mine and my daughters tax pro. They are all really nice. Anytime you have any questions they will do their very best to find the answers needed to relieve your mind and worry. I would suggest going to Jackson Hewitt to anyone!

I went in 2 days ago with my paystub was supposed to be able to receive my refund advance. I received an email stating I was approved and everything well 48 hours later never received the money and rather then Jackson Hewitt helping me figure out why they just pretty much shrugged their shoulders and told me to deal with it. I will NEVER use them again. I have used Jackson Hewitt for 5 years straight and never had a problem. I move over here and use this JacksonHewitt office and they act like they are too busy to help with anything! I would recommend usingSomewhere other then them. I’m supposed to pay back a refund advance that I never received? That’s absolutely ridiculous. I just wanted them to help me figure out why.

Jackson Hewitt is a all around awful place. They charged me $700 for 1 w2.They tell everyone they qualify for being advance then after they sign, they arent approved, but then your stuck filing with them.The lady was Jennifer was very rude and unprofessional. I do not reccomend at all.I have filed there the last 4 years and this will be my last. It gets worse every year.

We got taxes filled out. Jen was awesome,went over everything. Was very professional and curtious.

They are very nice they keep it clean and smelling good I would recommend this location to all my friends

Terrible place. Would not recommend ever going here. Charged almost $500 to do my taxes. And I took my w2 somewhere else to double check how much I should get back. Jackson hewitt only got me back $1500, where I checked after told me I was supposed to get $4700 back.

Very helpful.. only problem I had was the tax person was confused about some of the procedures in filing had to call her supervisor many times to file ours

Made an appointment online, did everything right as I was supposed to. Got there on the day and time of said appointment and the place was closed and had a closed sign on the front of their door. Not professional by any means whatsoever. & You just lost a customer.

Ive filed my Taxes with Jackson Hewitt for over 10 years and never had a single problem. All the employees are awesome and actually care about the clients. I had such a great experience over the years I work for JH now! I love my job!

I will never let Jackson Hewitt ever do my taxes again these people did not know what they were doing. 1st they told me that we were being fined for not having Obama care, Even though both of us have medical insurance though the companies we work for, I ended up taking my taxes to a Cpa and found out that we were being fined for pulling money out of a 401k account. Just go to CPA and let them do your taxes they charge you less than Jackson Hewitt

The two ladies Jen and Christy Elliott that helped me where wonderful really really nice and patient and got me more money back than what I thought I would get they are just really good and really nice people I reccomend them highly just gonin ask for either one and tell them heather hunter sent you
