Did a great job repairing my sink a year or so ago. Ronnie is awesome, a very knowledgeable plumber. He shows up when he says he will. They did a great job at a reasonable price and I was totally satisfied. Fast forward to today. Ronnie came out on Sunday of a holiday weekend to check a leak for me. Got the leak stopped as a temporary fix and made a plan to do the rest next week. I have only good things to say about R & R. I highly recommend them. The customer service they provide is exemplary.

As far as tank repairs and pumping they were on on time and cost. I would recommend them for pumping.However,The field lines they were supposed to replace did not happen. The company owner quit and left unfinished and new jobs just hanging. Quotes and estimates mean nothing. Customers time mean nothing. It was a job that could have been finished a month ago. And days they promised to start never happened. I finally got the call this morning telling me to look elsewhere. They could have let me know they couldnt do it a month ago.The field line install and repair side of the company is:AN EXTREME WASTE OF TIME and UNNECESSARY STRESS ON THE CUSTOMERS!As to the Reply...They had me switch companies with a quote we agreed upon a month ago. Then upped the price twice. I agreed. Then lowered the footage with the higher price. And I reluctantly agreed again with that. Then he just flat out didnt show up. They had no intention to fix the lines. As I said before it was a complete waste of my time and time is money. So they wasted my time and money.I REPEAT...Do not use this service for anything but pumping

6 mos ago, we bought the house well call, the Money Pit. About a month ago, our septic system started backing up. We had these guys open the line but it stopped again. They got out their camera and found the blockage but we couldnt figure out where he the tank was? Murray county had us searching the WRONG side of the house, which wasted time and money. Finally after several yards of digging, we discovered that someone had backfilled over the tank and it was 6-8 feet underground. R & R brought their excavator out and in one afternoon we had the problem solved, got it fixed, and refilled the hole. Not only was it fixed but they set it up so that the septic tank could be serviced without having to dig up half the yard. I would recommend them anytime.

It’s Thanksgiving. THANKSGIVING! And they came out and fixed my problem in just a couple hours. I could not recommend someone better. Honestly, they are just the best. 100% recommend. Actually, can’t recommend enough!! Call them for any issue. You won’t regret it.

Ronnie came to our rescue, after I tried to put in a new faucet. The line was loose and water was going all in the kitchen. We cut our water off at the street. He came in and repaired our line and installed the new faucet. We were very happy with his work. This is the second time we have used R&R and both times, they have been excellent.

I had a really bad leak over a weekend when we were away, insurance was involved and everything. I called R&R Plumbing LLC. They showed up fast, with the parts they needed, and the gentleman even took his shoes off before coming into the house. Very professional and educational on what he was doing and why he is doing it. Will not use anyone other than R&R Plumbing LLC. from now on.

If you are looking for a good plumber keep looking. This company is a big waste of time. Ronnie never showed up for our scheduled appointment or called to reschedule.

Jerry Harrison came out because I had called to get a leak fixed. Turns out I didnt have a leak but I needed gutters and a few other things. He gave me recommendations on getting it done and I was shocked of them showing up 30 min after I called. IF I ever do have a leak I will call these people...and praise GOD he didnt charge me for the valuable information he gave me..THX JERRY,Deb Durham

Carl did a fantastic job on cleaning our septic tank! He came out quickly and did an awesome job! They were very reasonable and thorough. He also put in a clean out pipe so we wouldnt ever have to dig up the area again. The nicest people you could meet! Thank you Carl!! The back up in our septic tank was so bad that even though Carl cleaned the septic out, the drains were backed up in the house. Carl came back out the next day and found the problem and crawled under the house, found the clean out plug and unstopped all the drains. I wouldnt call anyone else but R&R!!!! Thanks again guys!!!!

So I called on a Wednesday morning because we noticed a leak in our upstairs bathroom, R&R were out that evening to inspect our problem. They came found the problem is minutes and answered all my questions. They were so polite and efficient. I will be using them again in the future for all my plumbing needs. Thank you Ronnie for coming out, I did not have cash on me or I would have given you a tip for coming out, but i will get you next time. I would recommend R&R plumbing.

Empty promises. Called them a few days ago and they told us we were on the list to be serviced that day. Started to get dark so we did a follow up call and they said as soon as the truck gets back they are sending it our way. That didnt happen. 2nd day same thing different stories. We are in your area today we will be there soon. The truck is on the way will be there in an hour. .. If you arent coming then simply say so. Give me a real ETA so I can plan around it. Dont keep telling us you are on your way or coming today then never come. 3 days of this. Finally went with someone else that actually did make it out within a couple of hours. Very unprofessional. Dont just go by Facebook reviews. Look at their YELP! reviews as well!

This company was terribly rude when speaking on the phone. I called with a leak from an upstairs bathroom dripping through a light fixture in the room below. They refused to even come out to look for over a day. The “24 hour” part of their advertising is apparently not case.Response: I requested same day service for a plumbing emergency from a company that advertises as being 24hrs. I didn’t think that was too much to ask. The company laughed in my face when I requested after hours service. A company can certainly refuse service, but that doesn’t excuse being rude for a reasonable request.
