Five stars simply isn’t enough for AAA! I cannot praise this business enough! We have unfortunately had septic issues for several years, at our previous home, and our newly purchased home. We thought we had escaped all issues but they seemed to have followed us! At the first sight of problems at our new home, after having used AAA at our previous home, we promptly called AAA. It took several visits from them but they did not give up! The fix wasn’t an easy or obvious one but these guys did not give up until they figured it out! Tom, Eddie, Randy, Chris, and Jeff all showed up and showed out! Their work ethic and overall genuine concern was outstanding! We HIGHLY recommend AAA to anyone who has any septic issues! This is a true, honest business!

These guys came out several times, dealt with my wife while I was at work. We had septic problems dealing with a pump. They never gave up, coming out multiple times to make sure our job was done right. Eddie, Tom, Jeff, Chris and Randy were all very professional and made sure that they got our system working right. I appreciate their work ethic and not taking advantage of us. Could have charged us for a new pump, but they did their job and got our system working again without charging us a fortune. Thank you gentlemen, I appreciate all you did for us and I will highly recommend you to anyone needing your services.

I would give 10 stars if I could!So, to sum it up... great receptionist, Jeff was a very polite, and efficient plumber. He was here early, and charged me less than I was expecting to have a pay. VERY GRATEFUL FOR JEFF, AND THIS COMPANY!!!FYI- You cant put liquid plumber in a toilet. I had no idea until immediately after I did it, and it was too late. Its a big no no!I had called another company that wasnt able to fit me in, and suggested I called triple A. The receptionist was very sweet, and eased my worries a little bit. I called around 8, and she said someone would be out around lunch, and theyd call to give me a 30 minutes notice. Jeff called and gave me a notice, and it was even earlier than what I considered lunch, so I was grateful for that! I had asked for an estimate. I told him my problem, and my extra mess up with the liquid plumber. He estimated $125, but said hed have to see. I figured that was a low ball just to get him in the door. I was really worried that I was gonna have to pay a lot more than $125, because being a young woman ignorant to what those types of services are worth, I have been, and could easily be taken advantage of.He came in, trouble shooting the problem, went outside, dug something up, and a little over a hour later, our clog was fixed!He charged me $120. So very grateful for that!

Weve received incredible customer service from them multiple times now. They have been quick to respond most times and the guys whove come to our house have been incredibly helpful and polite. Highly recommend!

The worst drain cleaning company in Dalton. I called the lady in office in morning and explain the problem and she gave me the rate of $110.00 for the whole service, somebody came in afternoon and the guy dint tell me anything about the rate I taught its going to be $110.00 because thats what I got from their boss but when he finished the work he wrote me $200.00 invoice. Thats really sucks. My advice to all the customer avoid these people there many cheaper places around. They cheated because they gave me one rate and charged another.
