Best place for an oil change in town. They always do you right, dont have you paying for anything you dont need, and their timely service just cant be beat...never been there more than 30 mins unless there are a few customers ahead of me. I was so sad to hear of Pops passing. This place will always have my business.

Great place. Quick, reasonably priced. But the favorite thing about this store is the signs hanging in the waiting room and the weird thing you have to stick your finger in and turn in a lot of spins. The guy said it was a phone.

Terrible experience!! Overfilled oil. Didnt realize it till I was an hour away from home. Had to pay another company to fix their mistake. Called to report the problem and the guy who answered the phone was rude and did not want to help. Dont trust these guys with your vehicle. Would not recommend

This is the only place I go to get my oil changed, and they always go the extra mile by checking my tires and they answer all my questions. The name really suits it too, it reminds me of a lil mom and pop shop.

Car battery on the fritz.. went to pops these guys always take care of the customer. New battery installed in less than 30 minutes. The fellow even cleaned all my battery cables. Why go anywhere else! Save $30 vs going to big box auto parts place.

They scam on oil change. I haven’t change my oil for over 1 thousand mile over the limit. So I decide to go there and finally get an oil change because it was cheap. So I go and get my oil change then once I do I go home and check the oil my self. It wasn’t changed. The old oil was still inside and the new oil was just added on top of the old oil. Plus by the way the other people who gave their rate a 5 star on this place are the workers it’s not the customers. So please think again before coming here.

I have to say that I’m very pleased with my visit to this shop last summer. These men know their job and are very fair on their prices. Don’t hesitate to give them a try. Great people!

I got a basic oil change for $25.50. There is a $.50 fee for using your debit card. I was absolutely amazed by the speed of service. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Also, the customer service was exceptional. If I could give them six stars I would! They also have a very sweet dog that walks around.

Simple hole in the wall place not much to it. However they went out of their way to take care of us. The staff was great and quick at getting us in and out. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Good work but some of the employees are very rude. And they dont know how to work a stick shift car. Edit since the comapny wrote me back with a sarcastic reply. A post at 1 am probably means I am bored and not busy at work because I you know work night shift. Dont get mad because you go a bad review. That just looks worse on your business.

I got the $30 special which was an oil change with the new oil filter, tire air up, and top off of all the fluids. I was very pleased with the polite service these men provided and the speed of service. My truck was ready to roll in 15 minutes! Great job guys!

So my 72 year old mother goes by for an oil change. He tells her was not sure he had the stuff, but would check. He comes back a little later and advises he has the stuff and would take care of it. Just a few minutes pass and astounds my mother that it ready. WOW that was fast she says! She calls me the next day and I have her take it to the another shop. They advise her due to the condition of oil that it was way over time for a change. Do I have to say more? If you love a thief, stop at POPS!

Got an oil change and tire rotation. Had the best price in town and got the work done quickly. I highly recommend him and will be back when I need other work done.

I did not even make it to the shop. I called to get some information on a tune-up. Of course there is no way they can give an estimate without inspecting the vehicle and determining what services will be needed first. I inquired about supplying my own parts, and could not get an answer accept that he would prefer that I bring it in. Okay, so how much is he going to charge me just for examining my vehicle and making the checklist of needed services/ repairs? When They still insisted I bring it in without any information cost-wise ( Im a single mother of two on a budget and live in the next town over) I asked if perhaps I was misunderstood and just wanted to know the cost the office visit... not including any repairs, parts or additional labor... I was then told that if I could not just bring the vehicle in then I can just take if somewhere else...I assured them that I most certainly would.

Pinched the AC wire harness in my car, Denies they did. I have papers from Edd Kirby’s proving they pinched the wire. Someone got rude with my mother and wasn’t cooperative at all to help come to a solution.

I have always been right in and out. Service is greatFriendly efficient . Affordable.

Ive been coming here off and on for 3 years. Ive never paid less for a synthetic oil change than at this place. He also lets me bring my own oil and filters and will deduct that from the price.

This place is a joke. I took my car in today for an oil change and as soon as the guys pop my hood on my car he broke my oil dipstick and then put a nail in it and got it stuck more and told me that It was my problem. And when I asked to the the cameras the owner told me he would not be able to see anything bc they cannot zoom it. And that the guy was prabley in between the camera and car so you would not be able to see what happen what is the phony of having the cameras of you cannot see what your employess are doing to peoples cars. Then I asked him to help pay for the parts to fix my car after one of his employees broke the parts on my car he said it was not is problem.

My 17 yr old son was traveling to Loganville GA when his alternator went out in his car. The car died in the Advanced Auto Parts lot. I call the shop and spoke to Dawn, explained that I was in Columbus OH and needed help getting my son back on the road. They have gave me the # to Dalton Towing who went and got my son and his car and over to the shop in 15 mins. Dawn and the staff were very accomadating, took my son to the Kroger to pick up the western union money I sent to fix the car and had him back I the road within 1.5 hours. I highly recommend this garage to everyone. Thank you so #stressedoutmominohio
